I attempted to buy a vehicle but faced difficulty reaching the company. After pressing 0 for after-hours assistance and receiving no answer or voicemail option, I called the claims department for help. I was informed that underwriters would only be available on Monday. Despite being encouraged to do it online around 6:23 pm, the online process was nowhere to be found, causing frustration for myself and the Toyota of Union City dealer helping me. Subsequent calls clarified that online processing was not an option, leaving me unable to purchase the car due to insurance issues. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed.

I have an ongoing case with Safeway Insurance due to an accident caused by one of their insured drivers. I am eagerly awaiting the compensation for the property damages from the incident. My attorney has forwarded the necessary paperwork, including the Power of Attorney and keys to my totaled vehicle. I am patiently waiting for the check to arrive so I can proceed with resolving the situation. The absence of transportation is hindering my daily activities, and I am hopeful for a prompt resolution.
