The dirt bike operator, Jacob Lee Graffius of [redacted] North Sage St., was involved in the incident. The police narrative reveals that the Chevy Malibu, driven by Jean Ferguson, was hit by the dirt bike. I have been struggling to reach Safeco for assistance without being transferred between representatives continuously. On 09/27/[redacted], I submitted a claim (#[redacted]73) for a broken rear glass in my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler. Safelite Glass informed me that the glass was unavailable, leading to the cancellation of my appointment. Contrary to their information, Manchester Auto Glass confirmed glass availability. Despite this, Safeco arranged an appointment with Manchester, who later declined the job due to payment issues, despite being under contract with Safeco for glass repairs at an agreed-upon price. Frustrated, I purchased a used glass myself. When I requested reimbursement for the glass, I was informed it might not be possible. I believe reimbursement for the glass is fair since I installed it myself. I am dissatisfied with my experience and intend to discuss switching to a new insurance company with my agent. I hope this message reaches someone at Safeco who can address my concerns. - Ed B.

Subject: Inquiry Regarding Claim Status
Hello Matthew Sturgell,
I am following up on claim number [redacted]57-01. Last fall, I paid around $[redacted] for home power washing. Unfortunately, the chalk paint used by your engineer inspector has left permanent stains on the downspouts and siding, which now require replacement and staining. Additionally, there is hail damage that still needs attention.
I also noticed that the paperwork did not mention the damaged shutters on the front of the house caused by hail. The paint on two shutters needs fixing, as they no longer match the others.
I have replaced the hot tub cover and can provide a copy of the paid invoice separately.
Please update the estimate so I can share it with the roofing/siding professionals for their assessment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Diane L Tytko
Brunswick, OH
(Please note that my emails to the claims adjuster have been undeliverable due to their termination. Kindly contact me to resolve this claim.)

I switched my insurance from Safeco to another company a few months ago. However, it seems my former agent incorrectly canceled my homeowners insurance, leading to Safeco charging me $[redacted]. I never received any communication about this outstanding balance and now it's affecting my credit report, hindering my ability to secure financing. I've tried contacting Safeco but only reach automated messages. I need assistance to remove this error from my report as I dispute this debt. My former agent mentioned reaching out to someone in the Eastern US for help, but I am uncertain of the validity. This situation has restricted my financial options for an insignificant amount. I'm hopeful for a resolution without having to pay for this mistake.

While attending Mt. Angel Octoberfest in Oregon on October 16th-17th, [redacted], our RV trailer was struck by another RV causing damage to the roof, corner piece, and awning. After contacting Joe's Mobil RV for an estimate and filing a claim with Safeco Insurance, we were met with difficulties. Safeco believes the damage resulted from two separate incidents rather than one as we explained. Despite our efforts to communicate, the claim handler did not return our calls leaving the case closed without resolution. The insufficient repair check received has not been cashed as we continue to push for a proper assessment of the damage. Safeco's denial of sending an estimator in person has hindered our ability to show the full extent of the harm done. We are seeking a fair resolution as per our policy and considering reporting Safeco to the relevant authorities. Thank you for your assistance.

Regarding Policy #A[redacted]
We recently received a policy notification addressed to Ilya Brookwell at [redacted] Virginia Street, Unit [redacted], El Segundo, CA. However, no one by that name resides at this address where we have lived for three decades. It's possible there was an error in the address, particularly as two units have recently changed ownership, and the new owners have yet to occupy the premises. A review of the address details would be appreciated.

I was involved in a car accident with someone who has Safeco insurance. I already submitted a claim, but the accident has caused me to delay my move to Las Vegas. I need to have a diagnostic test done on my car to determine if it can be driven to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my claim representative is not responding to my inquiries. I am seeking assistance with regards to Policy F[redacted]. I contacted on Thursday, January 13, following the instructions provided by customer service. However, I have not received any response regarding my dispute and have been referred to collections amid a refinancing process. My agent is currently absent due to pneumonia. I have attempted to contact you at [redacted] but have faced disconnections seven times. I had canceled my insurance in early September due to premium adjustments, and despite informing my agent, I received bills and subsequent collection notices which I disputed. I submitted documents on January 13 as advised by an agent but have not heard back. I urgently need a resolution as my credit is now affected during a crucial refinancing period. I implore a customer service representative to reach out as soon as possible regarding this matter. Regards, M.K.

I would like to know how to determine my insurance credit tier and what factors are used if I am not at the highest tier. Also, I am interested in getting a copy of my insurance credit level.
If you wish to appeal your insurance credit tier with Safeco Insurance, they consider various factors including your credit history to calculate your premium. You can request a re-evaluation of your policy with updated credit information, which might result in a different quoted premium. To do so, send the form to Safeco Insurance, Attn: Policy Support, P.O. Box [redacted], Salt Lake City, UT 84[redacted], or fax it to [redacted]. You are allowed to request this review once every 12 months or as permitted by law, and any changes will take effect at your next renewal. By submitting the form, you are requesting Safeco Insurance to reassess your policy based on your current credit information.

Hello,
I have been a loyal customer of Acuity/ Alliant Insurance, holding both vehicle and homeowner's insurance policies with them for many years. The Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted my financial situation, especially after I decided to resign from my part-time job due to health concerns as a senior citizen. Consequently, my income was halved, leaving me struggling to make ends meet with only my SSI payments.
Unfortunately, this financial strain led me to make a regrettable decision to let my vehicle insurance lapse. Now, I am in the process of exploring new insurance options from Alliant Insurance Company through a quote provided by Ponderay Insurance Company. Despite this setback, I maintain an impeccable driving record and primarily use my vehicle for local trips within my town and occasionally to the nearby Coeur d'Alene.
I am looking forward to reviewing the insurance quote and hope to secure a policy that fits my reduced budget without compromising on necessary coverage.
Best regards,
Laura M. C.

I am seeking a statement regarding an accident on 01/10/[redacted] to confirm I was not at fault. The Safeco policy number involved is x[redacted]. Despite the police report's omission, I was rear-ended while stationary at a red light by an uninsured driver without a valid license. Safeco compensated for vehicle repair and injuries. To satisfy my current insurer, I require a statement asserting my innocence. I kindly request Safeco to email the statement to me for forwarding to [redacted], including policy number 58-TNSF[redacted]45 in the subject line. I also request a copy for my records. Please send this document to [redacted] Thank you.
I attempted to contact Safeco directly, but the automated system was unhelpful, and I struggled to reach a knowledgeable representative.

My insurance policy was canceled without my permission by my agent at Delta Insurance Agency. I have been undergoing treatment for stage 4 cancer and have had brain surgery recently. This has happened with two of my policies. When I addressed this with them, they were uncooperative and even added more late fees. Fortunately, the other insurance company involved reversed the charges for the canceled policy with them. I am looking to have the same done for my Safeco policy [redacted].

While I was on my way to work, a Safeco customer hit my vehicle as the light was changing to green. The Safeco customer quickly drove away from the scene. Luckily, I was able to find another person nearby and they helped me contact the authorities. The Safeco customer was followed by a police officer to her home address. She mentioned she was rushing for her son's appointment and there was an off-duty officer behind her when the accident occurred.

I need the fax number and the supervisor's name. I was canceled for non-payment in October [redacted] without being informed by Safeco, which led to a suspension of my license. Safeco continued to take payments without notifying me of the cancellation. Now, Safeco needs to assist in reinstating my license so I can drive and obtain insurance. I have documentation to support this. I can fax the necessary information to resolve this issue. Contact me at [redacted]. I am Kenneth Place. My attorney advised me to reach out before pursuing further actions. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Kenneth Place.

My claim number is [redacted]19. Currently, my car is at my Honda dealer's repair shop. I am in the process of waiting for an agreement regarding an estimate discrepancy for the necessary parts and labor costs to fix the damage. The appraiser, kwasi from Safeco, has not visited the dealership in person to speak with the repair supervisor or technician, and there seems to be a communication issue after the initial assessment. I am looking for guidance on how to get the appraiser to physically inspect the car and liaise with the repair team at the Honda dealership. Thank you. - Tom R.

While driving on the highway in my son's car, we encountered an unavoidable obstacle that damaged the fuel tank. We took the car to Christian Brothers, who confirmed the need for a replacement tank. Unfortunately, the insurance claim filed with Safeco, which we have bundled with our home insurance, only covers $[redacted] for a used tank. We had hoped they would cover a new tank to ensure our safety, especially since we've never filed a claim before and are loyal customers. This situation has left us disappointed in Liberty's handling of our claim and may lead us to consider changing insurance carriers.

I declined the enhanced coverage for Liability amounting to $66.80. The Safeco agent has not removed it or credited me as requested. The Texas Department of Insurance does not mandate this coverage according to their regulations. It seems like a fraudulent charge for enhanced coverage in Mexico on my policy. If a full refund is not processed on my Visa card ending in [redacted], I plan to report this deceitful behavior and file fraud charges with the Attorney General's Office. I have already lodged a complaint with the BBB.
