I prefer not to receive lecture emails. I contacted Rover support and the sitter, Jennifer W., over the phone regarding details of a recent booking. They both understood my query and we resolved the issue. I've been using Rover.com for pet stays for several years, usually 2-3 times annually. Accusing me of intentionally breaking the Terms of Service is offensive and unjustified. Please let me know if you plan to cancel my account, so I can find an alternative pet boarding service. I have other options available.

I created my Rover account recently and have been patiently waiting for service requests to come in. However, I have noticed that my account does not appear in the list of available service providers when I search from a different device. I am concerned that I may have overlooked a step during the setup process. I am seeking assistance to ensure that my account is fully functional and visible to those looking for service providers on the platform.

I'm facing an issue with a regular client whose rates I can't seem to update. I walk her dog daily, so her stays don't show up as past ones. Even after adjusting my rates for walks, it doesn't reflect the new rates for her bookings. Unfortunately, I'm at a loss on how to change her rates without having to cancel her reservations (and re-book them at a higher price). It's not ideal, especially since we are fully booked through October and November.
