I used RoboForm years ago with my current email address. Recently, when I tried to use it, I was told the email was already taken. I created a new email with Outlook Express, but it was not accepted. I upgraded to RoboForm Everywhere, but I'm struggling to install it. I even tried with a newly created Outlook email, which also failed. I am considering creating a Hotmail account to see if that works. I would appreciate detailed instructions sent via email, as I am 87 years old. Thank you. - Wendy J.

I am attempting to add Everywhere to my new device. The software was installed correctly, but when I run it and input my password, a green Roboform title screen quickly appears, followed by a black screen where it gets stuck. There is no prompt for a device verification code or OTP. I am unsure where to enter this information even if I had received the OTP email in time. Can someone assist me with this? Thank you. My elderly mother is struggling to remember her master password on Roboform due to memory issues. I have concerns about resetting it as it may cause her to lose all her important data. I've come across information on disabling the master password, but unfortunately, we are unable to access the account. Is there a way to reset the master password without risking the loss of her data? Given her age and memory challenges, it's crucial to find a solution that won't disrupt her access to the app and vital information stored there. I am seeking assistance for an elderly friend experiencing memory issues who has forgotten various passwords, including his RoboForm master password. We have successfully recovered his Microsoft account and Wi-Fi passwords, providing some relief. However, concerns arise regarding the potential loss of data if we reset his RoboForm password. It appears RoboForm requires periodic master password verification, which he can't recall.
Uncertainty remains about whether he enabled biometric authentication or a PIN on his Windows 11 device. We wish to aid him in recovering or changing his password without losing valuable information.

I encountered issues using Roboform while making an online purchase. The expiration date and security code were entered incorrectly. When I tried to edit my information on the Roboform website, I couldn't find the options I needed. I've been a loyal Roboform user for many years, and the last time I sought assistance was several years ago when I could speak to a real person. Hello,
I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Android Z3 flip phone to a Samsung Galaxy Android Z4 flip phone. However, I am having trouble signing in with my password. I have followed the instructions multiple times but haven't had any success. It would be greatly appreciated if I could speak with a technician as I am a paying customer and unable to use the service.
This is my third written request for help, and I am quite frustrated at the moment. I enjoy using the service when it works correctly, but the instructions provided are very challenging to follow. I am experiencing an issue with RoboForm not accepting my Master Password. When I try to log in with my usual password, a message appears stating, "RoboForm Master Password was changed from another device" followed by a prompt to enter a new password, warning that entering a new password will erase all existing passwords. I did not change my RoboForm Password and I am concerned about losing my saved passwords. What steps can I take to resolve this and ensure that my RoboForm Passwords are not deleted?

I would appreciate clearer instructions from the start. I came across a suggestion to contact via phone, but couldn't locate the phone number. As a new user, I attempted to transfer my keychain to Robo Form, which seemed successful initially. However, upon checking later, the data was no longer there. Due to time constraints, I'm unable to address this further today and will revisit it in a day or two. I'm sharing this concern for assistance.

I have encountered an issue where my Roboform is showing as "Read Only Mode," which is not what I was promised with my lifetime license purchase.
