Hello, I was a satisfied Napster customer for many years, but I noticed a decline in the service quality towards the end. I used it with my Sonos system and encountered an issue where tracks in a playlist would not play, requiring me to search for them again on a different album. I switched to Apple Music on October 25, [redacted], and subsequently canceled my Napster subscription through the provided link. Unexpectedly, I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my PayPal account, dating back to May [redacted], totaling £80 with the latest in December. I have not accessed my Napster account since switching to Apple Music, so the charges seem inaccurate. If this is not an innocent error, I may need to involve PayPal or my bank to investigate potential fraudulent transactions. It is puzzling why the charges have resumed from May [redacted] onwards, considering I no longer require the Napster account. Best, Terry B. [redacted]

I would like to cancel my Napster and Rhapsody subscriptions. I want to stop the monthly $10.00 withdrawal from my bank account that has been happening for the past decade. I do not want you to select music I dislike as my favorites. Despite trying for 10 years, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. Today, I couldn't even log in. When attempting to reset my password, I was told there was an error without any further explanation. I am writing to inquire about obtaining a statement reflecting the streaming activity on Napster for the past three months. Despite receiving statements from my distributor, none of them include information about Napster streaming. I have contacted my distributor multiple times, and they claim they did not receive streaming data from Napster and advised me to reach out to Napster directly. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in obtaining this crucial information. Many of my fans, friends, and family members use Napster, and it is essential for me to have a record of this streaming activity to provide to my distributor. Please help me by sending a statement detailing my streaming on Napster for the past three months. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Rhapsody for many years. When setting up my account, I used an email address that is now inactive. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I am unable to receive the reset email as it is sent to my old address. I have been trying to cancel my account for years but am unable to access the app. Even after changing my credit card, Rhapsody managed to charge me using the new card number. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
