Last week, I spoke with a representative named Mike about adding a locking device to the dumpster located at [redacted] West Patrick Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada [redacted]. We have been having issues with unauthorized use of our dumpster. Mike mentioned our trash service days and scheduled the installation of the lock bar for yesterday with a one-time fee of $[redacted] to be added to the bill under David Stanton. However, no one came for the installation, and we are frustrated as we are still facing the same problem. Please contact me at [redacted]. Hello, I am Joe G. from Holiday Park in Palm Bay. Currently, we have waste management services that handle Trash, Recycling, and yard waste in a single day, which works well for us. However, the new schedule outlined in the flyers you sent will split these services across different days, which is not efficient for me as I do not generate enough trash weekly. Moreover, the proposed fee increase of $23.50 will be burdensome for many residents in our park, especially for the elderly on fixed incomes. It would be more convenient and cost-effective for all 3 services to continue on the same day as they are currently. Please reconsider these changes as they do not align with the needs of the community. Thank you.

This morning, RS delivered a medium trash container to replace the large one with a damaged bottom. Initially, I was promised a replacement of the same size. I have contacted them multiple times to inquire about the large container's delivery date and if I can temporarily use the medium one. They took the defective large container when swapping it out with the medium one. As I am leaving town soon, I urgently need to store the new container in my garage. Kindly contact me at [redacted].

I rented a 40-yard dumpster back in August 31, [redacted], for 9 days but later extended it to 3 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite repeated calls to your company, the dumpster was not picked up until December 24, [redacted], causing significant business losses as it blocked my shop entrance for four months. Now, I have received a bill of $[redacted].78 without the $[redacted].00 deposit being accounted for. I request that the bill reflects as paid in full and my deposit returned promptly to avoid legal action. I prefer communication via email to resolve this matter within 10 business days. I canceled my Republic Services account in early December [redacted]. I was informed that the garbage can pickup would occur on January 8, [redacted]. Due to a last-minute doctor's appointment, I missed the scheduled pickup. After rescheduling for January 15th, the can was not collected. Despite placing it out on the 16th, there was still no pickup. Today, after speaking with customer service, I learned that the pickup was actually scheduled for the 22nd, not the 15th as originally communicated. I am unable to leave the can out indefinitely and need a specific pickup date due to community rules. Please provide me with a definitive date for collection so I can ensure the can is ready. I have contacted your company multiple times in recent weeks regarding a missed pick-up of my recycled cardboard. Your customer service has scheduled a "special pick-up" seven times now, with the most recent one being yesterday, which the driver failed to show up for. The driver also refused to pick up one of the containers weeks ago, claiming nothing larger than a pizza box can be put in there, despite both containers only having cardboard cut to the same size. I have raised this issue with your company, but there has been no resolution or communication from management. For several years, the driver who collects my trash seems to have an issue with me. I have contacted you about this at least three times. The last time was when he left the dumpster in the middle of my driveway, making it hard for me to pull in. This time, he has been leaving it further from the curb each week. I took pictures yesterday showing it over 3 feet away, right in the street unlike my neighbors. I try to park it where it's accessible, even hinting by positioning it off the curb for ease of pick up. My neighbor sometimes parks close to it, but I can't control that. I canceled my trash pickup services with your company in July [redacted], and the containers were picked up in early August. Despite discussing my final bill for July, I was charged $89.00 for a month I didn't receive service. After contacting them, they agreed to provide a courtesy discount and quoted a final bill of $61.65, reflecting the unused service in July. However, I just received a bill for $[redacted].59, which does not match our agreement. Please send me a corrected bill for $61.65 as previously discussed.

I arranged for new trash pick-up service for my residence at [redacted] Lincoln Ht. Alum Creek, WV [redacted] at the end of October or beginning of November. I was told by the representative that I would receive an invoice with my account details by mail. However, I have not received it yet. I believe my bill for November is likely overdue. I have been attempting to contact your customer service, but it has been challenging due to my night work schedule.

I arranged for a new trash pickup at my new home and paid for the service. Despite putting out the container on time, it was not collected on the scheduled days of Thursday, 1/20/22, or Monday, 1/24/22. I even reported the issue and was assured it would be taken care of before the weekend but it was not. It's frustrating as I can see all my neighbors' trash being picked up except mine. I live at the end of the street, and my neighbor's trash is also picked up, so it's clear there are two containers for collection. I just want my trash to be collected as agreed upon when I signed up and paid for the service.

I have attempted to contact Republic Services 12 times via phone, waiting up to one hour and 27 minutes, only to be disconnected each time. I just want to speak to a representative. I received a significantly increased trash bill of $47.18 compared to the $33.00 I used to pay with another company. As senior citizens living on a fixed income, this jump in cost is unmanageable for us. Could we please receive a discount for seniors? I am encountering problems with a driver named Tracey who is not driving safely and causing accidents without reporting them. It seems like she has had multiple incidents, including hitting objects and even her coworkers, which have not been properly addressed by management at the [redacted] Littleyork Rd location in Houston, TX. Despite having evidence such as videos, no action has been taken. It is concerning that she continues to drive recklessly and put others at risk without facing consequences. I feel hesitant to report this through email out of fear of retaliation. Many employees are aware of the issue but feel powerless to speak up due to possible repercussions.

On December 3rd, we requested a new garbage cart due to ours being damaged by the trash truck. Unfortunately, on December 10th, the replacement truck mistakenly exchanged our recycle cart instead of the garbage one. Additionally, a wheel with an axle was left inside the new recycle cart, causing it to be crushed when picked up by the recycle truck, resulting in the lid not fitting properly. As a result, we still have the original damaged garbage cart that needs replacement. We now require both the garbage and recycling carts to be replaced due to the mishandling by your personnel during trash collection. Our address is [redacted] Misty Rose Ave., Henderson, NV.

My trash was not collected on Tuesday. I have contacted the appropriate number in Jerseyville, Illinois, and was informed that they would notify the dispatcher on Wednesday. Unfortunately, nothing has been done so far. Despite calling daily and leaving messages, there has been no response. This situation has been particularly distressing as I had to deal with this issue during a funeral with garbage accumulating at the end of my driveway. I urgently request for this mess to be cleaned up today.

I am a Republic Services customer residing on Ronald Road in Akron, Ohio [redacted]. It appears that Republic Services forgot to collect the entire street's trash on Friday, April 7th, [redacted]. Despite checking online alerts on Saturday, it still indicated that we were "on schedule." When I called Republic Services on Friday morning after the usual pickup time, a representative mentioned that "they must be running late." I would expect better communication and proactive updates rather than assumptions about delays. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that there is no option to email Republic Services for concerns. Despite this recent issue, we have always held Republic Services in high regard.

I wish to report an incident involving one of your drivers. This morning in Boise, ID at 6:30 am, I witnessed reckless behavior by a driver of a blue cab truck with a tan dump truck body traveling south on Cole Rd. Unfortunately, the license plate was unreadable due to dirt and damage, including a partially torn mud flap. The driver was speeding at least 45 mph in a 35 mph zone and tailgating cars until they changed lanes. The truck proceeded south on Glenwood while I had to turn onto Chinden for work. The aggressive driving displayed by such a large vehicle is concerning and gives a negative impression of your company. Sincerely, Leah.

I noticed that my new neighbor didn't put their trash can out for pickup today. I assume they may not be familiar with the pickup schedule yet. I wanted to inform them, but I couldn't locate their can to put it out for them. I kindly request Republic Services to offer them a grace period to put it out tomorrow without any additional fee.

I have some suggestions regarding the Republic facilities in Burlington, Washington, and Ferndale. It's disheartening to see what Skagit County is attempting to do. Railways are known for their efficiency in transporting waste. Firstly, have you considered collaborating with the Ferndale facilities and the Sumas, Washington, team to work with BNSF in transporting more garbage in unit trains at a more cost-effective rate? Secondly, have you looked into grants from the Washington and Oregon Departments of Transportation for railway transload facilities to enhance and maintain your Burlington, Ferndale, and Sumas facilities? Lastly, the Port of Tacoma has unused containers and railway cars that could potentially be utilized for hauling garbage when the need arises. Have you explored the possibility of working with the port and BNSF to utilize these resources effectively?

I observed the residential pick-up on Concord St in the [redacted] block. The driver unnecessarily flipped the trash off a tote instead of disposing of it properly in the hopper. Having worked in sanitation for 38 years, I can see a decline in the quality of workmanship and pride in the job. I have witnessed trash being spilled out of the hopper, leaving the totes flipped on their backs. When I tried to address this with the workers, I was met with attitude. I believe some customer courtesy training is necessary in addition to the emphasis on safety. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improving the service.
