Reef Customer Service Issues

I recently bought a pair of leather sandals directly from Reef.com. The sandals are VOYAGE LUX in BROWN, size 11 US. The item number is RF0A39TPBR2-[redacted]-M. However, I encountered issues with the left sandal, as it has footprints with signs of wear, a lighter color than the right sandal, and is thicker, particularly at the proximal arch, by almost 1/4 inch compared to the right sandal. While the first two issues will not impact my comfort, the thickness difference is affecting my lower back pain. I have emailed them twice with a photo of the pair last week, but as of today (Tuesday, July 21, [redacted]), I have not received any response. I also attempted to call the provided number for returns, but it has been constantly busy with no answer available. Additionally, the return instruction sheet does not have a return address listed.

I purchased a pair of flip-flops with a faulty strap that broke immediately. I am now seeking an exchange or refund. I am struggling to find the return label details, and it has been nearly a month without any contact from customer service. Despite the 30-day return policy, the lack of response from the company is hindering my ability to return the item in time.
