I requested our subscription with {Fitch} to be switched to "large print". However, it seems like our subscription was only canceled, not updated to "large print". Additionally, we have a gift order heading to Belchertown, MA, which is all in order. I noticed a charge of $15.00 but was informed that the MA subscription is valid until [redacted]. I am quite puzzled by these details. Could you please look into this matter for me? Thank you very much. MaryLou

I received a notice about an unpaid bill for a book I did not order. A few months back, I got a package from Reader's Digest, which I did not request. I resealed it, sent it back to the post office, and was charged around $6.00 for return shipping. Recently, I received another unsolicited package from Reader's Digest. I did not open it and promptly took it to the post office to return. Surprisingly, the same package was delivered to me again two days later. Subsequently, I received a collection letter from your company yesterday. I am eager to hear from you soon to address this issue, and I plan to return the identical package once more.

A courier was delivered to my residence at D20, Sector 41, Noida a few days ago, and my servant paid Rs [redacted] for it. Upon opening the free gift book, I discovered it was a Readers Digest subscription. I did not order this subscription, so sending a courier without my authorization is unethical business practice. I have two options for you to rectify this situation: a) Please return my money and retrieve your free gift. b) Provide me with my subscription number so I can track the order placed by your marketing team. The recipient has decided not to keep it. The purchase was made using my Mastercard, and the transaction appeared on my account on December 23, [redacted]. I have contacted Reader's Digest magazine, 'Best Health,' several times about this issue. I sent an email on 4/2/[redacted] regarding a bill for $31. I explained that I only received the Aug/Sept. [redacted] issue, possibly as an introductory, as I never subscribed. I have been a health professional for over 40 years, staying updated through medical journals and Mayo Clinic Health Letters. While it seemed resolved, the Dec/Jan [redacted] issue just arrived. I did not request a subscription and find it frustrating to deal with this frequently. I have made it clear that I will not pay any bills for this magazine.

I have been receiving two copies of the same Reader's Digest magazine for 2-3 months now. I reached out via email 2 months ago regarding this issue but have not received a response. I would like to cancel the one-year gift subscription from my sister, Nathalie Wattinne (which expires D/Jan22). Ideally, I would either receive a refund or have the gift subscription's year added to my existing subscription. The problem is my sister did not use my full name when gifting the subscription. Here are the details: 1. My subscription: #RDA[redacted]/6#, Expires J/Aug23 Subscriber: Anne-Michele Morse 27 Briar DR, Milford, MA 01[redacted] 2. Gift subscription from Nathalie Wattinne: #RDA[redacted]/5#, Expires D/Jan22 Subscriber: Michele Morse (Gift from Nathalie Wattinne) 27 Briar Drive, Milford, MA 01[redacted] I would appreciate it if you could update my subscription (#RDA[redacted]/6#) to include the extra year and end around JUNE [redacted], while canceling the subscription from Nathalie that ends in D/JAN23. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Anne-Michele Morse

I recently received a letter from a collection agency named North Shore Agency stating that I owe $27.77 for an overdue subscription to Readers Digest. I did not personally subscribe to this magazine and am unaware of any account associated with me under the number [redacted]8. I am seeking information on when this subscription was supposedly initiated, who opened the account, and how it was created without my knowledge. Please provide me with an explanation promptly to clarify this matter as it is concerning to receive a notice for something I did not authorize. If this account is active, I request that it be ceased immediately, the subscription canceled, and the collection process halted as I do not acknowledge any debt. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Walt Waggoner.

I wanted to inform you about a suspicious call I received yesterday from someone claiming to be "Michael Fisher" from Readers Digest, stating I had won a $2.5 million sweepstake. Despite his insistence that it was genuine, I was skeptical. He provided me with a claim code and directed me to purchase a $[redacted] VISA gift card for a delivery fee at a grocery store, with the promise of reimbursing me at the post office. Refusing to give him my cell number led to him using inappropriate language and pressuring me. I was wary of his tactics, especially when he asked if I understood, as scammers often try to manipulate responses. Notably, he initially addressed me with my first name and incorrect title, then spelled my last name. Having been a loyal customer of Readers Digest, I felt it necessary to alert you to this potential scam.

Recently, I received a call from a person claiming to be from Readers Digest, stating I won $8.5 million. Assuming it was a scam, I contacted your number to report the attempt to acquire money or information under false pretenses. Unfortunately, I was informed that there is no department specifically dedicated to handling scams or fraud under the Readers Digest name. I am disappointed that there aren't resources in place to address these concerns promptly. - John

I have requested a change of mailing address twice without success. The last two issues were sent to my old address, PO Box 42, Jacksonburg, WV [redacted]. My current mail at the old address is being held at the post office. My new address is [redacted] N. Preston Hwy, Bruceton Mills, WV [redacted]. I am currently without internet service at the new address, as my old service will be discontinued today. Email communication is not an option for me. I still have several remaining issues in my subscription, and I kindly request that they be sent to my new address. Thank you. - Jennifer B.

I renewed my subscription on 2/17/[redacted], which was extended for an additional six months until May 5, [redacted]. I changed my address from [redacted] Maryview Drive, Webster, NY [redacted], to 37 Skylight Trail, Pittsford, NY [redacted]. However, I have not received the October and November issues. I cannot provide a mobile number to receive a text code. I will call later to address this. My priority is to receive the missing back issues and future ones. From, Marilyn G. Bondy

I sent a $20.00 check, no. [redacted], dated 11/14 to Reader's Digest magazine for Sharon Rains at [redacted] Preston Drive, Waynesville, OH [redacted]. My late husband, Robert Parker, was making payments, and now I received a notice for a preferred Gift Renewal Rate for Sharon Rains which is incorrect. Please rectify this error.

In September, we renewed our subscription to Readers' Digest, which included a free subscription for a potential new customer, Iris Chester. We paid $20 for the subscription, but the payment has not been processed. We are still receiving renewal offers and are unsure if our subscription has been successfully renewed. We are eager to ensure everything is in order. Thank you, J and L Smith.

I believe I accidentally placed two orders for a gift subscription today. My credit card has been charged twice. I was attempting to update the delivery address but ended up with a duplicate order. I tried to cancel one of the orders online, but the website doesn't recognize either address, and I seem to have misplaced my account number. Thank you. - LaDonna H. from [redacted] Sisley Trail, SE, White, GA [redacted]

In May [redacted], an article written by Norm Pierce, my brother-in-law, was featured in MORE of Our Canada magazine in the 'Our Travels' section on pages 24, 25, and 26 titled "Papa's West Coast Adventure." He was under the impression that upon publication, he would receive a complimentary year's subscription. However, it has come to my attention that he did not receive the subscription or a copy of the issue his article appeared in. I was hoping to inquire about the possibility of him still being eligible for a year's subscription, which would be a lovely surprise. My late mother used to gift him an annual subscription to Our Canada before she passed away seven years ago. While I understand this may be a long shot, I appreciate your time and consideration. Thank you, Cheryl Butler from Middle Musquodoboit, NS.

I was informed by Reader's Digest that my subscription had not been renewed. On 10/11/22, I renewed a two-year subscription with check number [redacted]. I have a copy of the cancelled check with Reader's Digest endorsement on the back. Believing it may have been lost in the mail, I sent another check on 12/11/[redacted]. I request to cancel the second check as the first one has been cashed. I can provide Reader's Digest with a copy of the initial check as evidence. Thank you for resolving this matter. Dorothy L.

I recently renewed my subscription to Reader's Digest magazine for 2 years. Today I received a hardcover book from Reader's Digest containing four stories. I did not order this book, and the enclosed invoice shows a charge of $0.00. However, I am confused because the invoice indicates a payment due date of 4/18/[redacted] (Account #[redacted]7). If this first book is a free sample to consider subscribing to the Reader's Digest Book plan, I will keep it to review at no cost. Yet, there is no information provided regarding the pricing of the books, the frequency of shipments, the themes of the books, or if there is an option to choose categories. I am hesitant to keep an unsolicited book without more detailed information. Please provide clarification on these matters. Thank you, C. Darken - [redacted] email: [redacted]

I have been receiving two copies of each new Reader's Digest mailing at [redacted] Merrymont Drive, Martinez, GA 30[redacted]. One copy is addressed to me, Glenda Briggs, and the other to my husband, J.E. Briggs. I have been a subscriber for many years, but my husband has never subscribed to Reader's Digest. I kindly request that you do not continue to send duplicate copies of your publication. If I accidentally paid for two subscriptions, please merge them and only send me a renewal notice when Glenda's subscription is due. I would appreciate receiving only one copy in July. Thank you for your assistance. - Glenda Briggs

Upon renewing my RD subscription, I opted for the large print edition. However, instead of solely receiving the large print edition, a new account was created for it while the regular print subscription remained active. This has resulted in receiving two copies each month - one in large print and the other in regular small print. My preference is for the large print edition exclusively. I kindly request to merge these two accounts, transfer any balance from the small print account to the large print account, and reimburse me for the surplus of duplicate copies over the past few months. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a third reminder that my subscription to Readers Digest would expire. I got a notification that Reminisce was discontinued and replaced with Readers Digest. Despite this, I have only received three issues when my subscription should last until April/May [redacted]. When I spoke with Shelby from Readers Digest on May 23rd, he acknowledged the error and extended my subscription to [redacted] as a courtesy. Can you please ensure my subscription is not canceled since payment has already been made? I'd appreciate it if you could resolve this issue so I can receive all my Readers Digest issues. Thank you. Best regards, D. B.
