I currently have no means of communication and I'm using someone else's phone to seek help. My details are as follows: Name: Karen Guildry Address: [redacted] Penn Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, [redacted]. My social security last four digits are [redacted]. The lifeline phone number in question is [redacted]. I have Qwest long-distance service on my landline. When my significant other tries to call our neighbor and also our daughter on their cell phones, sometimes she receives a "sorry, this is not a working number" recording. She mentioned it usually works better in the early part of the day but later on goes to the recording. She tries to call multiple times in case of dialing errors, but the issue persists. We can provide both numbers for you to test, and if needed, we are willing to have a repair person look into this intermittent problem. We all reside in the northern end of Bear Lake Valley, Utah. Our landline number is [redacted], our daughter's number is [redacted], and the neighbor's number is [redacted].

Our property's telephone service box has been knocked over, potentially impacting our current service. The box is labeled USWest, possibly under Qwest or Centurylink now. I am uncertain if the cables inside are active or old lines, as our phone service remains functional. I need assistance to have a technician assess the situation, stand the box back up, and check for any damages. The address in need of repair is at Sparboe Farms, Inc. located at [redacted] WCR 47, Hudson, CO [redacted].

I had several landline phone numbers with CenturyLink (formerly Qwest), used for home and home business, fax, and custom ringing numbers. Another person changed my service to receive internet, altering my affordable package. Despite a class action lawsuit, I never got a resolution. I ported one number to a new mobile carrier due to ongoing issues. I still face problems with the oldest number. How can I check the current status of all my numbers?

I am a customer with the account for Jon D., located at [redacted] Hunt Mtn Lane, Baker City, Oregon [redacted]. Our phone line is over 60 years old, affecting our internet speed due to overloaded lines shared with multiple customers. Despite paying for 40 mbps at $45 a month for 10-12 years, we only receive speeds around 1.4 mbps causing buffering and unreliable service on our Samsung Smart TV. We have repeatedly requested an upgrade to the fiber optic line located just half a mile away. We are in urgent need of assistance from the ground line repair division to address this issue promptly. Our modem requires daily reboots and despite our annual payment of $[redacted], we struggle to watch shows without interruptions. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this situation and update our service lines. Bogus

We are experiencing difficulties reconnecting our TV to wifi using the password. Despite not changing our wifi password, we consistently face issues reconnecting after a power outage. We reside in a secluded area with no neighbors nearby who could access our wifi network, making the password prompt seem unnecessary. The password has remained the same for years and continues to function for our other devices. We would appreciate if you could investigate our account and provide the passwords for our main wifi channels, namely Wavlink-N and Wavlink-N_Ext. We have not modified these passwords ourselves, but we have heard that the company might require them to be changed for security purposes. This is frustrating since there is no immediate threat in our area. We would prefer not to have any passwords at all, if feasible.
