Hello, I am Gord. Today when I logged into Questrade, my Summary page didn't open like it usually does. It was blank, and the 'ini' files I tried were not the correct ones from my account. This has happened to me a few times before, resulting in potential losses. The last occurrence was about a month ago. I'm not sure what to do. Is it possible to restore to an earlier time, maybe around 01:00 today? I have never done this before. I feel lost and frustrated. Sincerely, Gordon P. Account Number: [redacted]9

I urgently request assistance in resolving a trading issue related to selecting the correct 'ini' file to use. At 1am today, I encountered a problem with the file selection, and I am unsure about the correct course of action. I am hesitant to reset all my settings, formats, and charts, as it would be time-consuming to recreate them. Is this a common occurrence, and do other brokers, like TD, face similar challenges? I appreciate any guidance on utilizing the 'ini' settings from 1am today. Thank you in advance for your support.

I need to close my account with account number [redacted]. I requested this a month ago and was instructed to upload a void bank cheque, which I did. However, my account has not been closed, and my remaining funds have not been refunded yet. I spoke with extension [redacted] regarding this issue. The lack of communication with no response via live chat, extremely long phone wait times over 5 hours, and the unresolved matter has led me to consider reporting this to the Ministry of Finance and Trade. I will also share my experience on social media and blogs to highlight the poor communication from your end.

Currently, we manage our accounts with BMO Investorline, which holds over $[redacted],[redacted]. In our monthly e-documents with Investorline, the individual associated with our account is referred to as a “Successor”. We are looking for a platform that consistently uses the term “Successor Holder”, following the standard set by the CRA guide RC4466 (E) Rev. 23 for Tax-Free Savings Accounts. We have learned that Questrade is recognized as a top platform for self-directed investing, particularly for passive investments in ETFs. If Questrade adopts the term “Successor Holder” for its online accounts, we would be interested in transitioning our business to your company. Christina and Thomas Kenny
