Qpay Customer Service Issues

I am in need of assistance from a representative regarding my issue. I have attempted to address it online, but the system claims my email is incorrect while accepting the password. Recently, I tried to make a purchase at Walmart. Initially, the total amount was $[redacted].00. However, upon receiving the card with the information, my balance showed $[redacted].00. During my subsequent transaction, I tried to spend $[redacted].00, under my balance of $[redacted].00. I am puzzled as to why it was declined even though I did not exceed my limit. I am unsure if payments are split up, or if there was an error. I am struggling to resolve this independently. I have been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks now. The email proof shows it should be $[redacted], not $72 as you claim. Despite asking not to deduct any payment until this is resolved, you still took a payment. Dominique has been handling my case, but no one else will assist me. Her responses have been irrelevant to my issue. I have reached out multiple times today with no response. I am furious at the unprofessionalism. I need this fixed today, or I will escalate the matter further. I am disappointed with the level of customer service and the mishandling of my money.
