I am inquiring about a flight cancellation due to illness related to COVID-19 and other viral infections. Both my husband, Amit G., and I, Jasmina G., have received medical advice not to travel abroad. We have attempted to reach a representative for seven days, only to be put on hold for extended periods. Our flight scheduled for Monday, the 13th needs resolution. Please contact us promptly at [redacted]. We are seeking either a rescheduled flight or a refund for the booking with reference# 5O8CVI.

Booking Reference 6RSFRW I am having an issue with my flight booking. When I check the seat allocation for my flight from Mackay to Bundaberg, it shows me on QF [redacted] with seat 24F departing at 11:45 AM. However, my e-ticket now displays a different flight, QF [redacted], departing at 11:25 AM. Additionally, my return flight on Thursday, 30th December, has been changed from QF [redacted] to QF [redacted] with a stopover in Rockhampton. I am confused about the changes and would like clarification on my correct departure time from Mackay on Friday, 24th December. These alterations were not communicated to me, and I only found out through printing my e-ticket.

Good evening, I am writing to seek assistance regarding the PCR testing requirement before my upcoming Qantas flight from New Delhi to Melbourne on 26 December [redacted] (Flight no. QF070). I kindly request details of the nearest ICMR designated labs to my location for the necessary test approved by immigration and government authorities. My address: 63, Phase 1, Golden Colony Birring, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Thank you for your help in providing information on the authorized ICMR laboratory nearby. Your help is greatly appreciated. I have been attempting to reach out for booking changes over the past few days, spending over 2 hours on hold each time. However, the line has been disconnected before finalizing the changes twice, including a 5-hour call yesterday. The agent gave me a separate reference for my husband's return ticket, but after waiting almost 3 hours in total on hold, the line was cut off before finalizing everything. Despite being assured of a callback in case of disconnection, I have not received one. I am still waiting for a resolution. I have been trying to address ticket credit/change due to the flight cancelation on QF 11 on March 23, [redacted]. I can be reached at +[redacted]4. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Sincerely, E. H.

I have flights booked from the Sunshine Coast to Cape Town in March [redacted] and from Cape Town to the Sunshine Coast in April [redacted]. Recently, I received an email from Qantas informing me that the Johannesburg to Sydney leg of my return flights has been changed to a day earlier. Unfortunately, this change has disrupted the connecting flights, specifically the Cape Town to Johannesburg and Sydney to Sunshine Coast legs. How can I go about having Qantas resolve this issue?

We have a multi-city booking for our trip, starting from Ireland to Heathrow and then onwards to Melbourne. Quantas has unexpectedly canceled the Heathrow to Melbourne leg with a 24-hour gap. It has been challenging to reach them to understand why they couldn't adjust the Dublin to Heathrow flight to match the new connection time. The issue was only noticed upon checking the booking management portal. Surprisingly, there were no emails from Quantas regarding these changes.

Booking reference [redacted]: One of us has tested positive on our fit-to-fly test. We have been trying to reach out to you since Wednesday, January 19th, [redacted], and all day on the 20th, but the calls keep getting abruptly disconnected without any response. My son managed to reach your Australian number after waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We were hoping to obtain a COVID recovery certificate, but the time constraints did not allow. Unfortunately, Emirates and lastminute.com have not been helpful. We were contacted by airport staff when we didn't board the plane, and they removed us from the flights to avoid "no show" fees. If we need to rebook, we require an alternative method to contact you as the current situation is extremely frustrating. Spending 12 hours trying to call in one day and 3 hours the night before is unacceptable by any company's standards. When I did manage to get through once, my name and email were noted, and I was redirected to a survey.

I am reaching out regarding my ongoing struggle to contact a Customer Representative at Qantas. Despite numerous attempts through calls and emails, I have faced long wait times, disconnections during conversations, and unfulfilled promises of email correspondence. I hold a credit voucher obtained due to a canceled flight in [redacted], which I am unable to utilize for booking a new flight. Various Qantas offices in Scandinavia, the US, and Australia have been unhelpful, suggesting I travel from Mexico to either Dallas or Los Angeles to physically book my flight - an expensive and uncertain solution. The journey to resolve this has been financially burdensome, with countless hours spent on international calls with no resolution. The situation originated from a ticket purchased in [redacted], canceled due to COVID in [redacted], leading to the issuance of a credit voucher. Despite numerous corrections and extensions to the voucher, it remains untraceable in the system. I possess documentation of this process and seek assistance in booking a flight from Los Angeles to Melbourne, in line with the original terms provided over the phone and email. I am eager to commence my delayed PhD studies, scheduled initially for March [redacted], and request prompt assistance to honor the commitments made by Qantas representatives. Grateful for your help in advance.

Regarding the e-tickets with numbers [redacted][redacted]-64 and ...........[redacted]-66, as well as the frequent flyer account [redacted], and the Quantas Confirmation # 2M3013: When my original itinerary booked through Flight Hub got canceled on December 16, [redacted], I paid an Administration fee to rebook within one year. However, when I contacted Flight Hub to reschedule our flights from Toronto to Launceston, they informed me that Quantas was not permitting me to rebook using the credit. This seems confusing and troubling. Our Flight-Hub booking # is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. My spouse and I are hoping that Quantas will honor the agreement made last December when we had to cancel due to the Covid Variant and Canadian travel warnings. We are eager to reunite with our children in Launceston and find it unjust to have to repay for airfare after an agreement and payment of a fee had already been made.

I, P. Kruse, along with P. Kruse and L. Domecillo, have a booking for QF [redacted] from Sydney to Adelaide on 9th April [redacted] at 15:40. Despite booking through Flight Centre online, we have not yet received our tickets. The staff at Flight Centre Macarthur Square confirmed our reservation but directed us to contact the Flight Centre Website number at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for our tickets, which we did, but received no response after waiting for hours. We request the tickets to be sent to us promptly. Our reservation code is GZYYFJ, and the original Booking Number was [redacted]5. The Flight Centre has been unhelpful, leading us to reach out to you directly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, P. Kruse. Airline Reservation Code: 5GNFMZ (QF).

I had my Qantas tickets canceled due to Covid, and I requested a credit which I have not received yet. I've tried to reach out four times without success, spending hours on hold each time. When I did speak to someone, they couldn't locate my credit even with the reference numbers provided by Qantas. Finally, a supervisor found it, but I am still waiting for the details to be sent to me as promised. It's been very frustrating trying to resolve this and I just want to use the credit for my flight. During our trip from Newcastle to Perth to visit my ailing brother, we experienced a tragedy when we received the news of his passing in Melbourne while changing planes. The Qantas staff showed us exceptional kindness and arranged for a flight to Sydney, where our son assisted us in returning to Newcastle. As elderly passengers, we are unsure about how to proceed regarding the unused car hire and flights. Contacting Qantas has been challenging, as we were told there is a two-hour wait time when we call. We are worried about the $10,[redacted] spent on fares and are uncertain about receiving credits as we no longer fly for leisure due to our age. We would appreciate guidance on what to do in this situation. Thank you. - P. Armitt, Frequent Flyer Number: [redacted].

Upon arrival in Canberra yesterday at 11:39am from Sydney with my family and five bags, I was informed that our bags would arrive on a later flight and be sent by courier to our destination. Despite being told last night around 9pm that the bags were in Canberra and would be sent out at 8am this morning, they have yet to arrive. Coming from Queensland to a cold climate without warm clothing has made our first day of vacation challenging. Enduring multiple calls and transfers with no resolution has been frustrating. The reference number provided is [redacted]6. I am disappointed with Qantas and the situation, restricting our activities in freezing conditions. - Andrew BECKE

Subject: Issue with Payment for Business Class Air Fares I want to address an issue with my booking (No 67P27X) for Flight QF1 on July 18, [redacted], and Flight QF2 on September 26, [redacted]. I have been a frequent flyer (No [redacted]) with Qantas since December [redacted]. On February 7, [redacted], I booked business class airfares from Sydney to London return. I received an email to pay via B-Pay, which I promptly completed. However, upon checking the "Manage Your Booking" page recently, it showed an outstanding payment of $16,[redacted].80. After contacting Qantas customer service, I was initially told the payment was received, but later was informed it was not. I have involved my bank, Westpac, to investigate the payment. Despite receiving emails stating payment was due on May 1 and that my booking was cancelled, I urge Qantas to reinstate my original booking as I work to resolve this payment discrepancy. Sincerely, Gerald DI CORPO

Good morning, My name is Juan Diego Lizarazo Cufiño. I hope you are doing well. I want to express my dissatisfaction regarding a trip to Australia planned for [redacted] that I was unable to take due to the pandemic. Last week, I was informed that my visa was approved again, and all I needed was a ticket to travel. However, when I contacted the agency, they directed me to reach out to the airline directly. I have been unsuccessful in contacting them. I visited a branch in Bogota only to find it closed since the pandemic began. I have tried calling but haven't received a response. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue promptly as I need to travel by the end of the month either through a refund or by arranging a new ticket. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a prompt response. Sincerely, Juan Diego Lizarazo Cufiño Tel: [redacted]

Hello, I am Colin William H. My Frequent Flyer number is [redacted], and I have been a member since [redacted], with the pin [redacted]. I am currently residing in New Zealand and need to update my phone number. When I try to change my details online, I receive a code on my old number instead of my current one. Could you assist me with this issue, please? Additionally, I had booked a round-trip flight from Queenstown to Sydney in [redacted], but I no longer have the booking number. I paid over $[redacted] AUD for the fare, and due to Covid, I received a credit instead of a refund. I would like to utilize this credit now. Can you provide guidance on how to proceed with this matter? Thank you and regards, Colin H. (Passing Clouds, 53 Patience Bay Drive RD1, Te Anau [redacted], Southland, New Zealand)

1. Concerned about my flight change from traveling from Columbus to Dallas to Sydney, now redirecting from Chicago to LA and then to Sydney. I am 70 years old and unfamiliar with Chicago and Los Angeles airports, worried about making my connecting flights. 2. Wondering if there is a cost difference for flights with additional stops compared to the original flight with only one stop. 3. I had purchased preferred seats for the direct flight portion (seats 41K and 41F) but have been assigned row 75 A on the flight to Sydney. Curious if I am paying a premium for being seated over 30 rows back on the flight from LA.

I recently traveled with Qantas on two flights: QF536 from Sydney to Brisbane on June 2nd and QF623 from Brisbane to Melbourne on June 5th, both in Business Class. QF536 had a delay of over two hours. Unfortunately, QF623 was canceled, and we weren't notified until we arrived at the airport, resulting in a 7-hour wait. I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, especially for QF623. I believe some form of compensation, such as a voucher or upgrade, is warranted for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I recently made a booking for two passengers traveling from Melbourne to Cairns on September 5th with return flights on September 14th. My booking reference number is 6FNLW7. After mistakenly thinking I needed to pay for seat selection, I quickly paid for two seats from Melbourne to Cairns and four seats from Cairns to Melbourne (with a stop in Brisbane) totaling $[redacted]. I later learned that seats are automatically assigned when booking and included in the fare. I would like to request a refund for the unnecessary seat payment as we do not require any special seating as long as we can sit together. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Michelle M.

I enrolled in a frequent flyer program, but the application only requested my first and last names. I have two middle names that I didn't include. When I made a booking through the frequent flyer app, it only displayed my first and last names. I'm struggling to add my middle names to the APIS form. I attempted to call Qantas but was on hold for hours with no answer. I also sent emails, texts, and even scheduled a call back, which I didn't receive! I'm uncertain if this will be an issue or how to correct it. My flight is in mid-September.
