I signed up for a Prezi account in high school and made it public, including my family's information. Due to a conflict, my family wants me to delete it. Unfortunately, I can't remember the email and password associated with the account. I need to remove content dating back to [redacted], like my ethnoautobiography, breakthrough plans, Christian persecution list, and thoughts on introducing wolves. Could you please delete this account for me since I can't access the email linked to it? If that's not possible, could you update the email to [redacted] so I can delete the account myself? Thank you for your assistance.

I had almost sixty destinations, pictures, and other information alongside the main idea bubbles that need to be restored from Three., edit wise. I was presenting my Prezi from both the projecting computer and an iPad when the connection issues caused disruptions, leading to most of my work disappearing without me deleting anything. I am in desperate need to recover all the lost work from Four.Thirteen.Two Thousand Nineteen. Although I tried various methods to retrieve the data, I was unsuccessful and unable to access my edit history. The Prezi system wiped out my work, and the lack of editing history available without a premium account is frustrating. I am seeking assistance as reloading, searching on Google or Prezi, and accessing old internet Prezi links have not worked to restore my work. I have been using Prezi since high school without any problems until this incident, and I am deeply concerned about losing all my hard work.

I encountered a frustrating issue while presenting my Prezi, where most of my work disappeared after experiencing connection problems on both the projecting computer and iPad. Despite not deleting anything, when I reopened the presentation, the majority of my content was gone. I urgently need assistance to restore my work or access the edit history to recover nearly sixty destinations and associated materials created since April 13, [redacted]. Previously, I successfully used Prezi without any troubles until this recent incident. I am unable to find my previous edits or contact Prezi for support without upgrading to a premium account, which I find frustrating. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could address this matter promptly and provide a functioning PDF download of my work from the specified date. Thank you.

I recently noticed that £[redacted] was deducted from my PayPal account by Prezi. I am subscribed to the £7 monthly package and have only been using it for a month. I am requesting a full refund, except for the monthly fee of £7, without delay. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate the issue further and consider terminating my account. It was shocking to see more than ten times the expected amount withdrawn without any prior notice. Please refund the excess amount as soon as possible.

Last week, Prezi contacted me about renewing my subscription. I clicked the link to cancel as I can't use their Flash format at work and my prezis disappeared from my page. I explained its uselessness for classes. Yet, I received a renewal receipt yesterday, and money was deducted. I need a refund.

I utilized Prezi during my time at university, but I needed to cancel my subscription. I accessed my account settings and navigated to the license section to proceed with the cancellation. To my surprise, I couldn't find the cancel option. I thought deleting my account might halt the charges, but upon checking the information tab, I realized that deleting the account wouldn't stop the charges. How can I cancel my subscription now that I have deleted my account?

Hello. I had to finish a project for my college class using Prezi Next, which costs $19 per month. I completed the project, sent it to my professor, and then deleted my account to avoid being charged unnecessarily. However, my professor said she can't access the project. I assumed the project would remain accessible on Prezi's website. Is there a way for me to retrieve my project without having to pay for a full month of the account? Please advise on how to proceed.

As a retired math teacher and College Board consultant, I rely on Prezi for my professional development workshops with AP Calculus educators. Upon revisiting my Prezi account to prepare for upcoming events, I encountered issues accessing my presentations, despite selecting the Prezi (not Next) dashboard. I am considering upgrading to an Educational account for $7 a month but lack an educational institution email. I seek guidance on how to proceed without this specific email address.
