PowWeb Customer Service Issues

I used to rely on phaner, electromontis.net, and Powweb, but recent changes to the website have made it frustrating and inconvenient for me. I could easily access my files before to make necessary edits, check file dates, and ensure my file system worked on both my Mac and our system. However, the recent updates have made the site slow to load, inundated with financial information I don't need, and caused my files to disappear from the old system. I can still upload and display files, but I can't organize or view them properly. Despite attempts to address the issues, there has been no improvement. Should I look for a different service provider or are you still working on fixing these issues? I use multiple browsers to manage my files, and it's crucial for me to review my code on your site to avoid caching problems.

We are looking for the most cost-effective way to maintain our email addresses and continue using gillfahats.com for all our financial needs without making any changes.
