Hello, I would like to share my experience with my [redacted] Cayenne Platinum. When I bought my Porsche, I opted for the 50,[redacted]-mile Porsche maintenance plan for $2,[redacted]. The main reason behind this decision was the belief that oil changes were around $[redacted] every 10,[redacted] miles. However, I recently found out that this might not be the case. During my last oil change at 30,[redacted] miles, the service advisor mentioned it would be my final service covered by the plan. I was puzzled as I expected five oil changes for the amount paid. After discussing this with the advisor, he was unable to provide the signed paperwork due to the dealership move and change in ownership. As a loyal Porsche customer, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution. I am reaching out for help regarding this matter. Thank you. Merry Christmas. - Gregory P.

I recently fulfilled a dream by purchasing my Porsche Cayenne. Despite owning various brands in the past, getting a Porsche was a long-held aspiration that I finally achieved last November. However, after driving the car for a month, I noticed an unusual noise when applying the brakes. Upon consulting with my spouse, we decided to take the car to the dealer for inspection. Despite leaving the car with the dealer for 20 days and them attempting to address the issue by applying lubricant to the brakes, the noise persisted. The dealer mentioned that this noise is typical for the model but advised contacting the manufacturer to inquire about switching to different brakes. I now wonder if I have to accept this noise to enjoy my dream car fully. Can anything be done to resolve this issue? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I would like to continue enjoying my Porsche Cayenne without the bothersome noise.
