Games were loading slowly or not at all despite following troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log in. I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account, which was [redacted] When I tried to update my email, it created a new free account instead. My screen name is Pdillpicklers, and I have been a member for 20 years. The payment method linked to my account ends in [redacted]. Receiving a verification code to an inactive email will not help me regain access to my games. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am a paying customer who encountered issues after performing a network reset. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. I even created two new accounts in an attempt to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, that did not work. My screen name is BLONDENBLU2U, and the email linked to that account is [redacted] I have been a loyal Pogo member for 18 years and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. If this issue cannot be fixed, I may have to consider canceling my subscription and requesting a refund. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

We recently updated our email service, moving from [redacted] to [redacted] While trying to update our email online, it seems that a new account was mistakenly created. We've already paid the subscription fee of $39.99 on 5/30/23. Any help with this matter would be greatly welcomed. Thank you. Janis Further... We can access POGO again but seek assistance in transferring our $39.99 subscription fee paid on 5/30/23 to our new account. Thank you once more.

I am attempting to complete a challenge on Pogo that is set for February. The challenge is to win 12 Blind Bids in Spades HD before the event ends. Currently, I have won 11 blind bids, but only one of them has been added to my account. It's strange because I won 7 or 8 blind bids yesterday and 3 today, but none of them are showing up. I believe I have achieved the badge, but the wins are not being reflected. Can someone assist me, please? My account is under the name "pagefishing."
