I am inquiring about the status of my refund from Plate Pass for toll overcharges on two separate rental contracts with Hertz. Upon returning the first rental on March 20, I was incorrectly charged $[redacted].98 instead of the $93.56 in tolls incurred. After disputing the charge, Plate Pass claimed to have sent a check that I never received. The same toll overcharge issue happened again on April 10 with a different rental, this time $[redacted].97 over the $26.88 in toll fees. Despite assurances from Plate Pass, I am still waiting for the refunds as promised. I reached out to a supervisor several times, but they have been unable to provide a definite timeline for when I will receive my refunds. I have all the necessary documentation and have even involved my legal representation. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter.
