I placed my pizza order at 12:48 pm EST with an estimated delivery time of 1:19. At 1:30, I called and was put on hold without communication. After waiting for 10 minutes, I tried calling from another phone, and the same thing happened. Upon calling from a different phone, I was put on hold for 20 minutes without a response. My order arrived at 2:00. When I inquired about the delay, the driver's response lacked an apology, stating, "I'm going as fast as I can." This delivery experience was the worst I have ever encountered.

Hello, my name is Anthony Turner, and my address is [redacted] Mundy Drive. On June 6, [redacted], I ordered a large meat lover's pizza. When the delivery driver arrived, he requested payment in cash, despite Pizza Hut deducting the amount from my account. After showing him the receipt, he became agitated and threw the pizza in my yard. I visited Pizza Hut #[redacted] to discuss the issue with a young lady who identified herself as the manager. However, things escalated when the driver and others behaved aggressively. Feeling uncomfortable, I left without a resolution. I contacted the store later, but the same lady refused to refund my money and asked me to stop calling. I would appreciate a quick response. Thank you.

Hello, I made an order through the app using my rewards points for boneless wings ([redacted] points). However, I accidentally placed the order at the wrong store in Brea, CA, instead of the store near me in Upland, CA. I contacted them to try and cancel the order in Brea and transfer it to the Upland location, but they were unable to assist. I am hoping to either get my points back or receive a store credit to cover the cost of the 8-piece boneless wings. Thank you.

I have submitted complaints to customer service three times regarding two separate order issues from 4/20. Each time, I received an automated reply promising a response within 3 days, but I never heard back. It seems like the store manager might be the issue. My first order was a $28 large taco with only bean sauce, which was a nightmare. Two weeks later, I ordered again, but they canceled it right before closing time because they ran out of pan crust. They assured me a $48 refund to my card, but it never came through. I am frustrated and unwilling to do business again until this is resolved.

I ordered a Medium Pan Size Cheese Steak Pizza from the store but was disappointed with the pizza I received. It had excessive cheese, was messy, had a dirty box, and only had 9 small pieces of steak. I returned the pizza to the store for a refund but was initially offered a remake or store credit. I requested to speak to a manager, but the manager was unavailable and authorized the employee to provide a credit for future purchases over the phone. However, I only want a refund and not a credit or a re-order.

I placed an order yesterday for delivery, but unfortunately, the main item - the pizza - was missing when it arrived. While I did receive the cinnamon rolls and cheese sticks, the pizza was not included. The delivery picture from Doordash only shows the two side items being delivered. I would like a refund for the missing pizza or to have the complete order redelivered to ensure my family can enjoy the meal we paid for as intended.

I recently drove to the Wallace, NC store to pick up a pizza. Despite it not being busy and only one table seated, I had to get my own plates to eat on. There were 4 or 5 employees standing around doing nothing. I had to ask one of them to come and work the register to get my 3-topping pizza with pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage. Unfortunately, most slices had no mushrooms, and one slice had only one piece of pepperoni. This was the worst pizza I ever bought, and I would like a refund for the $11.76 I spent. Yesterday evening on 06/25/[redacted], I placed an order for a box meal from my local Pizza Hut at [redacted] Highway 20, Conyers, GA. The estimated wait time was [redacted] minutes, longer than usual. Despite the wait, I proceeded with the order. Upon arrival, I was informed that my order was delayed as they had run out of square pans, resulting in no breadsticks, cinnasticks, or square pizza available. Only my wings were prepared. The employee suggested making two medium pan pizzas as an alternative, but I inquired about a refund which he couldn't provide as only the store manager, absent until 9:00 am the next day, could authorize it. Opting for the two pizzas, I was told they would be ready in 15 minutes. To my dismay, upon returning home, the wings were soggy and the pizza lacked proper cooking with an unsatisfactory crust. This experience was disappointing after such a long wait, especially compared to Domino's shorter wait time of 15 minutes.

Last week, I placed an order through the app using my points for a few pizzas. Initially, the order was confirmed, and I received a thank you email. However, the app then indicated that the store was closed. Upon visiting the store, I learned they were open but experiencing internet issues, unable to see my order. I explained that my account was deducted [redacted] points instead of [redacted] as I accidentally submitted the order twice. The staff assured me they would refund the extra points once the internet was back up to cancel the duplicate order, but upon checking, the points haven't been returned yet. I believe I should get my points back and perhaps a free coupon. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I purchased a pizza last Friday, June 30th, from Pizza Hut in Champaign, Illinois. Unfortunately, the Uber driver who delivered my order mishandled the pizza, leading to it being cold and unappealing. Despite this incident, I want to highlight that I've always had positive interactions with this store, finding the staff to be friendly and the food consistently hot. The only redeeming part of this order was the cheese sticks. I ordered a medium pizza and the cheese sticks online, totaling $25.36. When I contacted the store, the person I spoke with, although unnamed, was friendly. However, the Uber driver's behavior was disappointing. Going forward, I will continue to patronize this Pizza Hut location in Champaign, but I prefer not to have Uber drivers handle my deliveries due to this negative experience. Thank you. Karen Berry

Good afternoon, Sir. It is unbelievable how they discriminate against express customers on platforms. Today at the Belén branch from 11:45 am to 1 pm, they had not started the food preparation process for express customers. There was a long waiting line, and the response an hour later was that they had not even started preparing for express orders, leaving customers frustrated. The regular table pays more than the express customer. Express customers rely on the quick service during their lunch break, and delays impact them greatly. This situation creates issues for both the customer and the staff. Those risking their lives on the streets are receiving insults and complaints from the same customers they are supposed to assist. Financially, the staff takes about an hour for delivery within a 2-kilometer radius, earning the delivery person [redacted] colones per hour. Does anyone in your staff earn that? This is a clear indication that Pizza Hut does not train its staff or lacks customer service knowledge and is discriminatory.

I placed my order more than an hour ago. When I checked the status, it said it was picked up or delivered, but it hasn't been. I tried calling the store, but I was on hold for 30 minutes before I had to hang up. This level of service is very unprofessional and not up to the standards your company claims to uphold. Even though I love the Hut and am a total Hut enthusiast, I will have to refrain from ordering again for some time. I also request a refund for the $39.99 I spent on an order that was not delivered.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut for my kids and me and it was a disappointing experience. The pizza had an excessive amount of parmesan cheese making it mushy and unpleasant. I contacted the store for a refund but was denied. Pizza Hut has always been our go-to pizza place, but this incident has left me quite upset. I ordered a pizza tonight before 6:00 PM, but it wasn't ready until 7:48 PM, which was quite frustrating. I spoke with at least five individuals, including the night manager, who unfortunately seemed uninformed. Despite being told it would be ready in 15 minutes, the wait was almost an hour due to being short-staffed and overwhelmed with orders on a busy Friday night in the summer. It would have been more practical to have sufficient staff rather than making customers wait excessively. I believe some form of compensation is warranted in this situation. What do you suggest? On 07/05/[redacted], I ordered a Dinner Box from Pizza Hut store #[redacted]. I customized my pizza, requesting half pepperoni. When the $23.12 order arrived, it was all cheese and my kids insisted on pepperoni. When I called the store, they couldn't refund me due to using ApplePay. I had to order a new pizza for $21.53. I placed an order at Pizza Hut on Staples @ Baldwin around 11 pm. When my door dash delivery arrived, they were asking for $38 when my order was only $31. My son mistakenly gave them $20, and when they asked for $38, I refused the order as I didn't use door dash and prefer not to order online. The Asian lady driver kept $29 after I declined the order, as I couldn't reach a manager at the store. I attempted to contact the manager through various means but faced difficulties. I used to work at Pizza Hut, and Bill, the GM, always prioritized customers. I hope to resolve this issue as I frequently spend money at Pizza Hut.

I placed an order for a pizza on June 12 from Pizza Hut, but it was never delivered. An hour later, I received a call from UBER claiming to be at my door, which was not the case. The UBER driver had the wrong address even though I provided the correct one to the Pizza Hut customer service representative. I never ordered through UBER as I do not use their services. If Pizza Hut had informed me that they were using a third party like UBER, I would have canceled the order immediately. I paid $23 to Pizza Hut, and UBER refuses to issue a refund since the payment was made to Pizza Hut. When I contacted Pizza Hut, they directed me to UBER, and UBER directed me back to Pizza Hut. I am frustrated as Pizza Hut is a large company, and I feel like my $23 is being unfairly withheld.

I placed an order with Pizza Hut for pizza and pasta over the phone. An hour after it was supposed to arrive, the delivery driver called saying he was lost due to being given the wrong street name as my address fell outside the delivery zone. He mentioned I would only get a refund in a few days. The person I placed the order with confirmed my address and zip code, making the error confusing. The poor customer service throughout this ordeal was truly disappointing.

I placed an order for pizza and pasta with Pizza Hut over the phone. An hour after my food was supposed to arrive, the delivery driver called to say he was lost because of the wrong address given. Despite providing the correct details during ordering, the driver claimed I was outside the delivery zone. I was informed that a refund would take a few days, which was disappointing considering the situation. I am requesting a prompt refund and also a Pizza Hut gift card to make up for the inconvenience. My order included a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta.
