While working at Pizza Hut, I encountered a concerning situation last night. A general manager from a store over [redacted] miles away came in unhappy with her pizza. Our store was understaffed, resulting in 30-minute wait times just at the make table. Despite our challenges, she entered our kitchen without permission and proceeded to video record all the crew members, focusing on their faces and the mess in the kitchen. I respect anonymity due to job security concerns, but it's unsettling to be recorded without consent by a manager from a different store. I'm seeking advice on the legality of this invasion of privacy as I value my job and don't want to jeopardize it.

I placed an order and the payment was deducted from my card. Despite waiting, my order was never delivered. When I contacted them, they claimed my address was not within their delivery zone, insisting I pick it up. Upon arrival, the store mentioned that the order was delivered via doordash. However, upon returning home, the order was still missing. Upon trying to speak to a manager, I was given the runaround by two individuals named Sherise and Mark, who claimed there was no manager available and eventually hung up after stalling for 30 minutes until they closed. The contact number associated with the order is [redacted]. I request a replacement for my order as I was charged for an undelivered item. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the store's actions leading to over 2 hours of confusion and frustration.

I submitted a form on April 12, [redacted], regarding the issue at Williston Pizza Hut. The complaint addresses the franchise owner's failure to enforce Pizza Hut policies, such as employees not securing hair adequately, resulting in hair getting into the food. On April 9, [redacted], I reported to Russ Klug that an employee named Tracy verbally abused me, used profanity, and threatened me with physical harm on the premises. I raised concerns about Russ being in a relationship with an employee and requested footage from the non-functional outside camera facing drivers' vehicles. To protect myself, I had to buy an $[redacted] dash cam and MASE for personal safety. Despite my complaint on April 12, the situation escalated with both Russ and Tracy's confrontational behavior towards me, even in the presence of customers. I expressed to Russ the hostile work environment created by his actions and his relationship with Tracy. The disregard for Tracy's behavior and my safety led me to seek help from another owner, but no resolution was reached. I am disappointed by the lack of response since my initial complaint date. I received a pizza order yesterday around 4pm. It had my name on it, my neighbor's address on the first floor in the communal hallway, and my daughter's phone number. Originally, I thought it was from my son, who had ordered two pizzas the day before. However, those pizzas arrived at 2am in the wrong sizes. I wasn't home when the new order came, but my daughter received it, along with 8 spicy chicken strips. Assuming it was a replacement from my son, I didn't think much of it until he mentioned he hadn't placed any orders. I contacted Pizza Hut on Fortress Road, and they asked me to call back today at 7pm for the order number. After several unsuccessful attempts, they refused to provide any information. I need urgent assistance with this issue.

I am a Grab rider in the Langkawi area. On June 5, [redacted], around 4:15 pm, I received an order from Pizza Hut in the Padang Matsirat area (Langkawi). While waiting for the order to be ready, I decided to complete another order first. At 4:40 pm, I arrived at the vendor and inquired about my order, only to find out it had not been prepared, and there were no customers inside the shop, nor was there an order list displayed on the vendor's monitor. When I asked about my order, it was then processed and appeared on the Grab tablet. I want to report that the manager at that franchise seemed indifferent. I hope this incident does not reoccur, as it causes inconvenience to riders. This has happened three times, and I hope the relevant authorities take strict action against the manager at that franchise. Thank you.

I am concerned about Pizza Hut's decision to promote a book supporting transgender issues for children. This goes against the values that Pizza Hut should uphold. Children should be allowed to enjoy their innocence without being subjected to adult themes. The focus should be on serving quality food rather than pushing specific agendas. I hope Pizza Hut reconsiders its approach and returns to its core mission.

I placed two separate orders on July 18, [redacted] for Curbside pickup, using my loyalty points. I should have received two large hand-tossed pizzas with different toppings, but both were incorrect. Despite calling about the issue, there was confusion, and no resolution was provided. I am still waiting for a callback from a supervisor. I kindly request that my two pizzas be reinstated on my account promptly so I can reorder them correctly. I expect the points I earned to be honored. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the mix-up and the inability to return the same day due to the rain. If adding the pizzas back to my account is not feasible, I request a voucher code of equal value to place a new order and hope for accurate fulfillment this time.

On July 18, [redacted], I placed two separate orders for a large hand-tossed half-and-half pizza with different toppings on each side. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that both pizzas had the same sausage topping instead of the meat lovers and cheese toppings I requested. Due to the distance and bad weather, I couldn't return to the store that evening. I contacted Pizza Hut and was initially promised a resolution, but when I followed up the next day, they had no record of it. I am now seeking a credit or points on my app account as compensation for the inconvenience of not getting the correct order and the lack of follow-up from Pizza Hut. I would appreciate prompt action on this matter to rectify the situation.

I am a member of a freebie website, and I recently received an email with a link to sign up with Pizza Hut to get a free medium pizza. However, I encountered an issue during the sign-up process. The website keeps informing me that the two emails I entered do not match, even though I can only input my email once on the form. I tried all my valid email addresses, but none of them worked. I am frustrated, as are three of my friends who faced the same problem. We are all puzzled as to how we can input our email addresses twice when the form does not allow it. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach a Pizza Hut customer service representative for assistance. Hopefully, someone can help me resolve this so I can claim my free pizza.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, but received the wrong order. After a frustrating experience trying to resolve the issue with the store, I was promised a refund by a supposed manager who turned out not to be one. Despite speaking with Jason, the Regional Manager, the situation did not improve. Eventually, I contacted the corporate phone number and was assured someone would follow up. After corresponding with Robert Galkowski via email, the issue remains unresolved as Jason denied the refund and offered only a credit. Despite my efforts to address this, I have not received a satisfactory response.

Recently, I used to call the general Pizza Hut ordering number to order from the Rainbow location in Kansas City, Kansas. I'm having trouble with the new online ordering system for carryout. My usual order is a large 3-topping thin crust pizza with light cheese. I like half regular pork sausage, half mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper. Even though I've tried to do a phone order through the number listed online, my usual Pizza Hut says they can't provide the 3-topping special from the website. I no longer receive coupons in the mail. My mother and I, who is 99 years old, have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for years. It's frustrating that it's now difficult for older folks on a fixed income to order our favorite pizza at the online price of $10, which used to be a special for phone carryout orders. This new system isn't very user-friendly for seniors like us. Plus, I still rely on a landline as smartphones are too costly. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

On October 4th, I ordered the Big Dinner Box, but unfortunately, it wasn't prepared correctly. The first pizza, which I paid extra for additional toppings, was missing the beef I requested. The second pizza was made with the wrong sauce, and the pasta was extremely hard. To top it off, the cheesy breadsticks were cold and tough. It took over two hours to make my order, and even when I was there waiting, they left my food to the side without informing me. I had to approach the delivery driver myself when he arrived. The whole experience was disappointing and frustrating.

On October 5th, I placed an order online for $16.61. I noticed that delivery or pick-up was an option. When I contacted the store in West Point, VA, I was informed I had to pick it up without any prior notification. After calling the 1-[redacted] number, the lady I spoke with initially seemed helpful until I explained my situation. Unfortunately, she mentioned she couldn't assist with a refund. I expressed my disappointment, especially given my recent surgery which prevented me from picking up the order. I'm new to this area and did not expect this experience from Pizza Hut. As a customer, I believe in putting the customer first to maintain their loyalty. This incident has left me questioning the training in customer service for your staff. Just moved here. I placed an online pizza order via pizzahut.com and paid for the pizza, delivery fee, and tip. Despite the pizza arriving promptly at my hotel, it was cold. Upon contacting the store, the manager claimed it was delivered by GrubHub, not Pizza Hut. I insist that I ordered directly from and paid Pizza Hut. Even if using a third-party delivery service, the responsibility for quality remains with Pizza Hut. I demand a refund for the unsatisfactory cold pizza I received. It is disappointing that Pizza Hut is not owning up to their service and product. Please refund the $30.52 total I paid for a hot, delicious pizza that I did not receive.

I ordered $36.00 worth of pizza, a big dinner box, and wings, but it never arrived at our new duplex. The delivery person claimed it was delivered, but it never made it to our door. The server was rude and unhelpful, insisting it was delivered and refusing to assist further. I couldn't believe I was being charged for food we never got. I had to go to Little Caesars to feed my family due to the unresolved issue. The server's unprofessional behavior and lack of concern about our missing order was frustrating.

Hello, I'm having trouble using the Pizza Hut app in Mora, MN [redacted]. The app freezes, skips selections, and doesn't allow me to log in, forcing me to order as a guest. I've tried four times and lost points for 8 pizzas, 4 breadsticks, and 4 family-sized pastas. When I called to place an order, I spoke with Becky who was incredibly rude. She refused to give me online pricing and insisted on charging me $57.23 instead of the online price of $32.68 because their app wasn't working. This experience has made me decide not to return to their store again after being a loyal customer who has ordered over [redacted] pizzas.

I placed an order last night for delivery, but the store called to say they couldn't deliver and offered to cancel or for us to pick it up. We picked it up, expecting 24 garlic parmesan wings, but got hot wings instead. When I called to explain, I was disconnected multiple times and put on hold for 42 minutes. I never got to speak with anyone to fix this. I would appreciate receiving the correct 24 wings delivered to my house tonight as originally intended.

Hello, I placed an order on 25/11/[redacted] at 6:40 PM at Pizza Hut Velachery Store. By 6:54 PM, I received a message saying my order was dispatched. However, by 7:15 PM, the order tracking showed it was delivered, but I hadn't received it even by 8 PM. When I contacted the store, they rudely mentioned my order would be refunded. I had ordered 6 personal pizzas for my kids, but they never arrived, leaving my kids unhappy and without dinner. I'm yet to receive the refund. My recent experience at Pizza Hut was extremely unpleasant. Upon trying to collect an order paid for with a credit from a previous mishandled order, I encountered the general manager, David, whose behavior was shockingly rude. David raised his voice, exhibited a condescending attitude, and adamantly refused to assist me. He even declined to contact the manager responsible for issuing the credit. This encounter left me frustrated and angry at being treated so disrespectfully. To make matters worse, another employee appeared to support and encourage David's unprofessional conduct. Despite leaving, David continued shouting.
