People PC Customer Service Issues

For the past twenty years, I've been a loyal customer with my Debit card set up on autopay. However, with the recent policy change not accepting Debit cards, I encountered issues updating my new card ending in [redacted] on my profile. The hacker who compromised my previous card, leading to unauthorized Bitcoin purchases, has left me battling for a refund. Despite my commitment, the system keeps rejecting my attempts to update payment details, disrupting vital email access for work orders, doctor reminders, and other critical communications. I've always maintained a debt-free lifestyle and cannot switch to a credit card, leaving PayPal as my sole alternative. As PeoplePC is my primary email for professional and personal contacts, resolving this issue promptly is crucial.

I currently own a laptop that I use for my child's remote learning needs. Lately, I've been experiencing a hardware problem. I suspect that there might be ants inside the device as I noticed a couple crawling out of the air vents. I have a software warranty, but this seems to be a hardware issue. Unfortunately, I'm facing financial hardship due to being unemployed for a while now. I'm worried about losing my housing and, subsequently, custody of my daughter if I can't resolve this issue and work effectively. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
