I recently moved in November and submitted a change of address at the post office. However, I received a notice that magazines may not have been included in the change. I am unable to provide the account number for my People Magazine subscription. I hope you can locate my account using my old address to update my information. Here are both addresses for reference: Old Address: Karen M Hionas [redacted] South Leavitt Rd SW Warren, Ohio 44[redacted] New Address: Karen M Hionas [redacted] Blakely Circle SW Unit [redacted] Warren, Ohio 44[redacted] I am unsure of the email address associated with the account. Given the circumstances, I believe my magazines are being kept from me. I would appreciate it if I could receive the back issues from November, even though they may have been sent out. Thank you for your assistance during this challenging time. Sincerely, Karen M Hionas

My People subscription expires in April [redacted], and I wish to renew it from April [redacted] to April [redacted] without losing the four months I've already paid for. Additionally, I need to update the address on the account as my mother-in-law has moved in with a sibling. I am concerned that renewing online may create a new account or cancel the current subscription. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. This renewal is a Christmas gift, so I want to ensure a smooth transition.

We used to receive People Magazine in the past. I am inquiring about the status of our subscription to verify if it is still active or if it has been terminated. If it's no longer active, I am interested in renewing it. I have the label from our previous issue with me and will provide the details here to assist in locating our account. Thank you. December 17, [redacted] Dan Wakeford, Editor in Chief People Magazine [redacted] Liberty Street New York City, New York, 10[redacted] Dear Mr. Wakefield, I recently purchased another copy of People magazine thinking it was a different issue due to the cover change from the one I bought last week. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times, and I do not have a subscription. I am concerned that this practice may be intentional to make customers buy the same issue multiple times without realizing it because of different covers. As a busy individual with multiple jobs and activities, I rely on magazines like People for relaxation. However, discovering I bought the same issue again is frustrating. Returning the magazine is not an option, and I feel it is unfair to spend extra money unknowingly on duplicate copies. This sales tactic of using multiple covers for the same issue is distasteful and needs to be addressed. I urge you to reconsider this strategy to retain loyal customers like myself. Sincerely, Gail Dudley [redacted] Berry Roberts Dr Sun City Center, Florida [redacted] [redacted] gddonfl@[redacted]

Due to the recent loss of several family members during the COVID pandemic, as well as my own cognitive challenges following a brain injury, staying up to date with subscriptions has been challenging. Both my husband and I are disabled and struggle with daily tasks due to our health conditions. We believe there has been fraudulent activity involving a subscription under my teenager's name without our consent. We kindly request that you investigate this matter immediately, flag the subscription as fraudulent, cease any billing, and refund any charges to our bank account. It was alarming to discover that the subscription was registered under my then 16-year-old's name. We are unable to read the magazines and would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

Please handle this matter promptly. The individual involved is a minor named Joshua L., residing at [redacted] Briarberry Ln, Tampa, FL [redacted]. I am eager for resolution as I have previously attempted to address this via email. Kindly inform me of the origin of this order. My son frequently hosts friends, and he trusted everyone until this incident. Hopefully, identifying the source will help us discover the culprit behind the identity theft. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

After completing my 8th shift in 9 days as a CVICU nurse, I found the issue with "Killer Nurse" on the cover in my mailbox. Considering all the challenges my colleagues and I have faced in the last two years, I am deeply disappointed with your choice. The thought of potentially harming a patient is truly devastating, and many of my fellow nurses would share this sentiment. Glorifying such a disturbed individual only to boost magazine sales seems insensitive. On a separate note, I strongly advise you to have a qualified anesthesiologist fact-check the information in your story, assuming any fact-checking was done. Please cancel my subscription immediately and refrain from renewing it in the future.

I am experiencing an issue with my subscription under account #[redacted] for Yvonne A. I reside at [redacted] 7th Ave. NW Apt [redacted], Choteau, MT 59[redacted]. I have not received the latest issue even though the December [redacted] label states my subscription is valid until August [redacted]. Surprisingly, I received a past due notice from People indicating my subscription is suspended due to non-payment. This contradicts the label's information about my subscription being paid through August [redacted]. I currently cannot access my bank records as I reside in a retirement home. Kindly verify your records to confirm if my account is past due. I appreciate your assistance. As I do not have a computer, a friend will be contacting you via email on my behalf since I had difficulty following the instructions over the phone during my previous attempt to reach out.

We are opening our home to a Ukrainian family of four who are on vacation in the USA and wish to stay. We are in the process of finalizing arrangements to host them in San Antonio, TX. We are considering approaching People Magazine for a potential human interest story about their experience. Any financial compensation would solely benefit the Ukrainian family as we are supporting them for humanitarian reasons. We are eager to hear back regarding this matter. Thank you. Hello, I’m trying to find out how I can purchase several copies of a magazine issue from earlier this year. My father is featured in one of the photos from the issue that showcased young photos of Whitney Houston. He is the bass player on the right in the image provided. Could you please let me know how I can have a few copies of the issue mailed to me? Thank you, -Lizz Fitzpatrick (my father is Howard "Chico" Rindner, who collaborated with Sissy and Whitney Houston in their early years)

I previously had a subscription to Entertainment Weekly but received notice that it has been replaced by People magazine. However, I am still receiving copies with a slight error in my middle initial on the address label (#PPL[redacted]/2#). Please cancel the remaining subscription as requested. Thanks, Donald M.

To Whom It May Concern, I am disappointed by People Magazine for publishing attorney Elaine Bredehoft's interview without a rebuttal from another attorney to provide a different perspective on the trial. Bredehoft's comments were false and offensive to the jurors who dedicated six weeks of their lives to hear the case. It is important to acknowledge the hard work of the legal team that ensured their client's evidence was presented properly, despite Bredehoft's struggles during the trial. It should be noted that the UK trial was against the Sun magazine and not Amber Heard directly. Johnny Depp did not have the opportunity to share his side, considering the different legal system with no jury present. Media coverage failed to highlight important details like pre-trial motions regarding evidence production. Amber Heard's testimony lacked credibility and evidence, which was pointed out by actual survivors of domestic violence. The media's biased narrative disregards the possibility of male DV victims, which is concerning. Alternative viewpoints like those provided by attorneys Emily D. Baker, Runkle the Bailey, Lumbar and Law, or Legal Bites offer a more comprehensive analysis of the case. The jury's verdict should be respected, giving both parties credit where due. People magazine is investigating a story about my father's murder, and I believe there are inaccuracies being spread for ratings. It's hurtful that Mary and her mother are trying to paint my father in a negative light to justify their actions. My dad was not abusive towards anyone. My sister and I, from his first marriage, have fond memories of spending time with him. Priscilla was the one who was often hostile towards us and even mistreated her own mother. I am disappointed that not only have they taken my father away from me, but now they are tarnishing his reputation as well.

I have not received two consecutive weekly issues of my yearly subscription to People Magazine. Last week I received a notification stating that my print editions will be temporarily stopped due to inventory limitations. Fortunately, they are offering me 6 months of People Magazine digital editions at no extra cost. To claim the digital versions, I need to visit Magazinenewsstand.com/peoplemag and use my account number, which can be found above my address. This solution ensures I can continue reading People Magazine on my digital device. However, I am concerned about the status of the company as I faced difficulties renewing my subscription last December and only received an issue three months later. If you have any questions, please reach out to [redacted] My account number is #[redacted]. Thank you. - K. Brasch

Dear Cruise Holland, I have been attempting to contact someone for assistance regarding a recent trip we took with your company. The Alaskan land and sea tour began on 05/25/[redacted] from Vancouver. The trip consisted of a three-day cruise ending in Skagway, Alaska. Following that, we embarked on a land tour to Dawson Yukon, continuing to Fairbanks, Denali, and Anchorage. On June 5th, we were scheduled to board a cruise back to Vancouver for seven nights. Unfortunately, we tested positive for Covid on June 4th, [redacted]. The land tour director also tested positive on June 1st in Fairbanks, resulting in us completing the tour without guidance and contracting Covid from the director. Due to our positive tests, we were denied boarding on June 5th in Anchorage, where we were left stranded without assistance from your company. While in Anchorage, a representative informed us that we would receive refunds for all prepaid expenses. However, we have only received refunds for excursions, not for the prepaid tips or the cruise itself. Despite filing the necessary paperwork, we have yet to receive any response from your company. Additionally, contacting your customer service via phone has been challenging, with long wait times leading to frustration. It has been nearly two months since we last heard from you, and if this issue is not addressed promptly, we will seek further compensation from appropriate channels. Best regards, Wesley C Z. Subject: Duplicate Magazine Issue Covers Concern Date: September 8, [redacted] To the team at People magazine, I recently purchased two copies of the People magazine on September 7, [redacted], with different covers. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, I realized that both copies had the exact same content inside. This led me to unnecessarily spend an extra $6.99. I have attached a photo showcasing the identical covers for your reference. I am disappointed with this oversight and would appreciate it if this could be rectified. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Debbie F. [redacted]-[redacted] Street NW Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T6J5R6
