I read your article about the two bonded dogs, one being a pit bull and the other a blind dachshund, who were separated due to a violation of the adoption agreement. The woman who kept the pit bull failed to keep them together, leading the dachshund to be found wandering. The blind pup was taken to a local shelter where they traced the microchip to the original adopter. The woman has been contacted but has refused to return the pit bull or take responsibility for the dachshund. It may be beneficial to provide an update on the situation to ensure the story remains accurate and transparent.

I find the recent issue's liberal perspective on gun control and Trump troubling. Reading Jess Cagle's article praising America made me question People's usual content. As a long-time subscriber, I feel the magazine leans towards liberal views more and more, which I do not subscribe to People for. The mention of Trump's immigration policies in relation to children being separated at the border troubled me, especially given past occurrences under Obama's administration not being highlighted. I believe People Magazine should stick to topics like heroes and fashion, rather than political commentary. I urge the editorial team to reconsider their approach before losing more subscribers. Diversity of thought is crucial, not just focusing on viewpoints from the coasts. I hope People Magazine will remain open to different perspectives in the future.

Hello, I have been receiving People magazine since April [redacted] as a gift. I renewed my subscription in May [redacted] and paid the total amount at that time. I was supposed to receive a tote bag for paying in full. However, I recently received an invoice from People stating I owe an installment payment of $43.40. As I paid in full with my Citibank credit card, I believe this invoice is incorrect. My account number is [redacted]. I kindly ask you to verify my account as I will be disregarding this installment invoice. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Pearl D. ([redacted]) [redacted]- [redacted]

I contacted People Magazine at 1-[redacted] and after speaking with a representative, I explained that we did not order the subscription. Unfortunately, the representative mentioned the order was from Sub Co Inc. They provided me with the number [redacted]. Upon calling this number, I was informed it was for Dish Network and the call was abruptly ended. Despite attempting to call your number multiple times using different extensions, I kept getting disconnected as if my number was being blocked. This situation reflects poorly on your company as the magazine represents you. It should be possible to unsubscribe based on the ID or investigate the company responsible for this spam. We did not subscribe to this magazine, please remove us from the list as we do not intend to pay for something we did not order. Kindly refrain from sharing my email with any third parties.

I am writing in regards to my People magazine subscription which my husband renewed in late August/September. Unfortunately, I have not received any issues since November 19 when the previous subscription ended. I am providing the numbers from the form for reference: 2[redacted] [redacted]#PE 197CHOI L November 19 [redacted] PN[redacted]8 XX [redacted] (D) For: Mrs. Pat Orme 40 Pellan Crescent, Kanata, Ontario, Canada K2K 1J5. This has been a recurring issue every year, and it is quite frustrating. I kindly request to receive the missing back issues owed to me and to ensure uninterrupted coverage until the current subscription expires. We plan to renew next year, hoping for improved service.

I manage three People Magazine subscriptions. One is for my aunt in St. Louis, and another is for my sister-in-law in Northbrook, IL. I also have my own subscription. About a month ago, I contacted People Magazine regarding the renewal notices my aunt keeps receiving despite my requests to stop. They mentioned they were in a transition phase and advised me to call back in a few weeks. It's been longer than expected, so I'm following up now. My aunt's subscription, which I gifted her for her birthday, is set to run until April. She hasn't received the latest issues, and we suspect a delivery issue. Her name is Marie Cori, and she lives at [redacted] Thunderbird Ct. Apt. B, Chesterfield, MO [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sandie Capsuto.

I recently placed an order for a two-year professional rate subscription as a Christmas gift for our business. However, upon receiving the subscription today, I noticed it was addressed to Natalie Miller at my home address and is set to expire in April [redacted] instead of December [redacted] as intended. The correct recipient and address for the subscription should be: Miller Funeral Home [redacted] Golansky Blvd Lake Ridge, VA. [redacted] I am reaching out to make sure this issue is rectified promptly to avoid any further embarrassment as I have already presented the gift. I have received two magazines at my home address intended for Miller Family, which expire in November [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to resolve this matter. Thank you, Natalie Miller

I have subscribed to "People Magazine" multiple times over the years. I am looking to resubscribe for at least a year or longer directly through "People Magazine" rather than the offer I received from "Amazon Year End Deals Magazine Subscriptions." I am particularly interested in a preferred rate for multiple years with bonus issues included. I am going through a difficult time as my divorce was finalized after a lengthy battle and I am the full-time caregiver for my mother who has advanced Lewy Body Dementia. As I just turned 60, I would like to treat myself to a subscription using a gift card that expires soon. I would appreciate speaking with a customer service representative from "People Magazine" to arrange this, as it would be more convenient for me due to my caregiving responsibilities. Thank you.

I paid for my subscription on October 9th for $94.50. I confirmed with my bank that the check was cashed on October 31st. However, I keep receiving bills and threats of non-payment. I sent another check in December, which I canceled due to it being a duplicate payment. The representatives I spoke with had no record of my payments and did not check if my account was up to date. I even called my bank to confirm the check was cashed. Why is the company cashing my checks without applying them to my account as paid? I am considering legal action and may cancel my long-standing subscription. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance and understanding. I have received multiple invoices despite my payments. I demand a manager to investigate this promptly to avoid legal consequences. My account number is [redacted]. I've called multiple times since October and was informed about the call center moving, which should not affect resolving my issue. I refuse to let this impact my credit score due to poor customer service. This level of service is unacceptable for a reputable magazine like People. Deal with this promptly or expect legal action from my husband and me.

I am a repeat customer of People magazine. After experiencing a delay in my subscription renewal, I contacted customer service and received a refund for the charge. I was informed that there were issues with the subscription handling company and was advised to renew directly at People.com. I complied with this instruction and renewed my subscription with Professional Subscription Services on 1/13/19. Despite this, I have yet to receive my magazine. I have a statement from Professional Subscription Services with Order Number [redacted] and Customer ID [redacted]. I would like to inquire about the status of my order and billing details. Additionally, prior to the subscription issue, management had agreed to extend my subscription to cover the missed issues.

I completed a postcard request to renew my subscription to People for 3 years before the New Year. After sending a half payment by check to PNC bank # [redacted] on Nov. 30, [redacted], for $[redacted].20, I later paid the outstanding balance of $[redacted].20 online on Jan. 22, [redacted], entering account number [redacted]. However, I've now received a final notice requesting $53.72 more or my subscription will be frozen. As a loyal subscriber for 15 years, always paying on time, this treatment is unacceptable. I believe I have fulfilled my payment obligation and am seeking clarification on why additional charges are being requested. If there are incurred fees, I would prefer the magazine to compensate me for the inconvenience. I kindly request a prompt response before I decide to continue my subscription or request a refund. Thank you. Sincerely, K. Williams.

I am writing on behalf of my sister, Cindy Pond, who is disabled and needs assistance with her doctor's appointments and communication. Cindy has been receiving multiple catalog subscriptions without reason, and we are unsure if these are gifts or if she will be billed for them. If there is a bill, could you please provide information on the amount owed and whether it has been sent to collections? We would like to cancel these subscriptions and inquire if returns are possible. Cindy has accumulated unread People's magazines and is unsure how to handle them. Attempts to return them through the Postal Service have been unsuccessful as they were returned. Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated. Thank you. Hollywood has long been perceived as a place where success can sometimes be achieved through dishonesty or connections, including through nepotism. Money has often been used for favors across different industries, even keeping some elites' children from military service. The truth eventually comes out, with some escaping scrutiny while others face consequences. This phenomenon is evident among TV and movie stars, as well as in the music industry where offensive lyrics sometimes go unchecked, hiding personal issues from the public eye.

I have not received this week's magazine yet. When I called the [redacted] number, I was connected to a representative in the Philippines after a one-minute wait. Despite requesting to speak to someone in the US, I was left on hold with no resolution. I was informed that my subscription had expired, even though I did not receive a renewal notice and typically renew in April. The next issue is scheduled to be sent on 4/22. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, my subscription was eventually renewed. However, when I asked for the latest issue to be mailed to me, they refused, citing that they are unable to do so. I ended up purchasing a copy for $5.99. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed with the poor service received. I am eager to connect with a customer service representative in the US promptly. Can you provide me with a local phone number for assistance?

After reading a People magazine article last year about a tragic limousine accident in Upstate NY that took 20 lives, I was shocked to see a picture of one of the deceased individuals who looked just like my dad. I decided to reach out to Jackie Schnurr a year later, providing her with information about my family and sending pictures. To my surprise, she confirmed that we were indeed related. It was an unexpected but heartwarming outcome from such a heartbreaking event. Thank you, People magazine. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I have been a loyal subscriber for over 30 years.

I have been a loyal subscriber to People Magazine for many years. However, my subscription was unexpectedly canceled in March, and customer service claimed it was due to me accepting a "better offer", which is not the case. I suspect a local resident who has been receiving my mail in error may have falsely canceled it. Despite explaining this situation, customer service did not offer to reinstate my subscription. It is disappointing to feel like my years of loyalty are not valued. I did not cancel my subscription and believe there was a mistake in accepting the cancellation request without proper verification. Moving forward, written confirmation may be necessary to prevent such errors from reoccurring.
