I am experiencing issues with my new Pear Izumi bicycle gloves (Style # [redacted]4, Vendor # 31, PO # [redacted]) as they have started to fall apart after only 3 weeks of moderate wear. The seam on the right pointer finger is tearing, with a 2 cm gap already appearing. Given that I have only used them for bi-weekly bicycle rides, I am disappointed that they are deteriorating so quickly. I am seeking guidance on how to return them for a refund or replacement.
