Hello, my name is Mattie L. Cross, and I am reaching out regarding the issues I've been experiencing trying to reenroll Ziquerius Zavon Cross in Peachcare since January. Despite my efforts and multiple attempts at contacting the local DFCS offices and reporting that my renewal information didn't populate on Gateway back in January, no progress seems to have been made. I've called numerous times, provided my incident number and Peachcare number, filled out renewal forms, and followed up consistently. Unfortunately, the system still shows no response, and my son is unable to see a doctor without active coverage. Even when attempting to make a payment through the automated system, the case remains closed. I've been vigilant in my efforts, calling every other day, but it feels like no action is being taken. This delay is concerning, as families like mine depend on insurance and Medicaid. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. If not, I will have to escalate this further. Case# [redacted]87.
