I recently discovered that I have an international Paypal account linked to Andorra, Ireland. After finally accessing my account, I was unable to update my phone number, but I successfully updated all other information. The cell number associated with my Paypal account is [redacted], while the one linked to my [redacted] account remains as [redacted], which I cannot modify. I am looking to transfer $11.50 back to my Robin's Federal Credit Union account that is linked on my Paypal. I have tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but have had no success. Despite being given a contact number, [redacted][redacted], I have been unable to reach anyone. I am frustrated by the lack of help provided and would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter and getting the funds back into my account. I am reaching out because I am frustrated with the current handling of my PayPal dispute regarding Nike shoes that were sold. To the PayPal Complaint Center, I am reaching out regarding a discrepancy in a transaction involving Citicard and Time Warp. Citicard initially credited me $14.37, but after realizing this was an error on my part, they rightfully debited the amount back. However, Time Warp has not received their refund from PayPal. I have a Case# ID#D[redacted]1 from Citicard as proof of this resolution in Time Warp's favor. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to get this issue resolved with PayPal customer service. I recently spoke with Jean Vaughn at PayPal, who acknowledged the limitations of her department in communicating with the backend of PayPal. I urge you to investigate this matter further and verify the transaction with Citicard to ensure Time Warp receives the $14.37 they are owed. Failure to address this issue promptly may result in a formal complaint to the NY State Attorney General's office. I'm currently experiencing a hold on my PayPal balance due to pending information needed by PayPal. I have submitted documentation as requested, except for the last piece of information they are asking for. I'm confused about the type of receipts they are requesting, as the funds were sent by a friend to assist with my business expenses for my cleaning and maintenance business. My main suppliers are Walmart and Lowe's for cleaning supplies, so I am unsure if they need receipts from these suppliers or specific transaction receipts totaling $[redacted]. I recently had an unauthorized transaction on my card that resulted in a negative balance. Upon contacting the company, they assured me of a refund. However, another company attempted a withdrawal even though there was $40 in my account. One of these transactions was from Sonic, and though the funds were available, the authorization process seemed flawed. This led to my account being overdrawn by $10 despite having sufficient funds. PayPal advised me to obtain authorization numbers, but when I contacted Sonic, they were unhelpful and claimed ignorance. I am frustrated by this situation as I had the necessary funds in my account, which were only restored through a refund, depleting the entire amount. This experience of having a negative balance is unacceptable, and I am adamant about getting a resolution.

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account for [redacted] USD to Express VPN. The receipt number is EVPS[redacted]1. I do not have an account with this company and did not authorize this payment. I am currently traveling, which makes it difficult to reach PayPal Customer Service during their operating hours. Additionally, I canceled the card associated with my PayPal account back in March [redacted] and do not have the necessary information to log in and dispute the charge. I would like to stop the transaction and plan to contact Express VPN to inquire why I was charged this amount. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Additionally, I intend to close my PayPal account as I have experienced issues with unauthorized charges in the past.

I'm Wilfred Carr. I have a Fan Box mail account that I believe has generated some money over the years. This money should have been transferred to my PayPal account, but I've never been able to access it. I was informed on two occasions in the last 48 hours that funds were used to buy different products, with the latest being airfares. I want all these charges reversed and to regain control of my account.

Most of the time, I get an "Access Denied" error with a permissions message when I attempt to log into Paypal on my laptop. This has persisted for about four days. Oddly, I can access my account on my iPhone. I have previously contacted support and was advised to clear my browsing history and cookies, which has resolved the issue in the past. Unfortunately, this time it did not work. As I conduct numerous transactions totaling thousands of dollars monthly through Paypal, this situation is becoming increasingly exasperating. If a solution is not forthcoming promptly, I may be compelled to withdraw my funds from Paypal and seek an alternative method for financial transactions.

I have not received my order from LONGGER CORP, despite providing the correct shipping address. I ordered a UPF 50 Channel Flow Rashguard on August 19 for $69.50 (Transaction ID: 2F665463FS145232C). Although LONGGER CORP eventually sent a USPS tracking number ([redacted][redacted]76) to PayPal, it was addressed to a different resident on 262nd Ave in Gresham. The package that arrived was too small to contain my order. I believe the company's actions are dishonest, as they provided a tracking number promptly to PayPal but failed to respond to my messages. I later discovered that she had changed her last name back to her birth name. Strangely, my original application seemed to have vanished. I placed an international order on coolwallet.com, but it seems the delivery address defaults to Kenya where my PayPal account is registered, and I am currently in France. I have attempted to reach out to coolwallet.com, but it appears they do not address customer concerns based on reviews. I need to cancel the order and receive a refund. However, I am unable to access my PayPal account as the verification code is being sent to my Kenyan number, which I cannot retrieve while in France. I disagree with the decision to limit my account. I'm unsure about any violations, but I am willing to have my account closed if that's what you prefer. I have not purchased anything illegal, and all my transactions have been approved by you. If there was any violation, it was permitted by your approval. Feel free to close the account; I have other payment methods and will not be using PayPal anymore. I value my freedom to choose what I purchase.

My account was created using [redacted], which I can no longer access for emails. My new email is [redacted], and my new mobile number is [redacted]. I am unable to log in as I no longer have the old login details. I made a payment on October 23rd with receipt number 3[redacted]-7[redacted], using my new email address, but I have not received the dress I ordered. I tried contacting the company but have not had any luck. I reached out to [redacted], but their automatic reply was not helpful.
