I received an email about an unauthorized purchase in my name. I haven’t used PayPal in over 20 years and believed my account was closed. I need to dispute and remove the charge from any existing account. Additionally, I want to close any account associated with my name and verify the credit card being charged by PayPal. I would like to speak with a representative to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I don't have an account number. The phone number in the email led me to someone who claimed my information was compromised, mentioning a purchase in Germany for an Android phone, and requested access to my computer, which I declined. To ensure this isn't a scam, I'm reaching out here. The unauthorized charge was for $[redacted].00.

I recently cashed out on a phone game and won a significant amount of money. However, my acquaintances are trying to deceive me, using fake identification cards to steal from me. They have managed to switch my cards at the post office multiple times. Regardless of who is involved, whether it's a family member, friend, or stranger, I demand that this stops immediately. I want to access the money I rightfully won. I live at [redacted] Larchwood and hope that my sister-in-law, Melissa, does not join in on taking advantage of me. Hello, I purchased a computer adapter on November 13th and still have not received it. I need it for my computer to do my work and my children's homework. The order number is YT[redacted][redacted]. I have tried calling the company that sold it to me, but they do not answer and the automated voice only speaks in English. I do not speak English well and I do not understand it. I have tracked the shipment on YunExpress and I saw they wrote that I wanted to receive it, but that is not true because they did not come. They wrote that I did not want to receive it. If they came when I was working and my children were at school. What do I need to do? I urgently need the charger. Greetings.

I have reached out to PayPal chat support multiple times without success. They assured me that once the payment cleared in my bank, it would be deposited into my PayPal account. However, after confirming with my bank and PayPal on a call today, they indicated the payment cleared on the 1st but it has not reflected in my account. Despite being told by several PayPal Representatives that the money would be available to me once cleared, it is still missing. Despite their claims, I have not received the funds and I am frustrated by the situation. I am considering escalating this matter to PayPal corporate to resolve the issue.

I have $[redacted].97 in my PayPal account. I attempted to request a check but received an error message stating there was an issue with my account. I have resolved all other mentioned issues except confirming my social security number, as I cannot locate where to do so. I also tried to make an online purchase using PayPal, but after selecting it as my preferred payment method, I was still denied. Despite entering my password and a one-time code, I couldn’t access my account on the website where I wanted to make a purchase. Why is it challenging to access my funds?

I have $[redacted].97 available in my PayPal account. I requested a check to be sent but encountered issues with my account. Despite resolving issues noted, I still need to verify my social security number. Clicking "resolve" does not provide an option to verify. When attempting to make a purchase online, payment was denied due to account problems. Even changing the payment method to PayPal preferred did not solve the issue. Please conduct a thorough investigation into how my account was compromised despite having two-tier security for transactions. Having opened an account while residing in Spain and relocated to the US in [redacted], I no longer utilize the account. Recently, I received an email from PayPal indicating an impending inactivity fee unless I log in. Regrettably, attempts to access my account were unsuccessful, as I no longer possess my previous Spanish phone number, the sole verification method available being through text or call to that number. I am seeking advice as I recently encountered a scam while purchasing a ring on the Etsy app. The seller provided a deceptive image of shipping details, blocked my attempts to communicate, and charged me $21.23 a week ago. I reached out to the Resolution Center on the PayPal app, and they advised me to wait until the end of the month. However, given the dishonesty of the seller and being blocked, I feel compelled to address this issue promptly to secure a refund.

Hello! Yesterday, I signed up on Paypal and was supposed to receive $[redacted], but I didn't get it because Paypal informed me that I needed a business account to receive the money. They asked the sender to send an additional $[redacted] for me to receive the funds. Then, I was told to refund $[redacted] from my own money outside of Paypal, or the amount would be blocked. This seems suspicious to me. Can someone confirm if this is legitimate?

I recently got notified by Super Shoes that they issued a credit of $[redacted].70 for the returned shoes on 11/29/[redacted], which I initially paid for via PayPal. Shortly after, PayPal sent me an email that they were processing a refund for the same amount. However, I haven't noticed the refund reflected in my Visa account ending in [redacted] yet. In [redacted], I was locked out of my PayPal account associated with the email [redacted] I am also unable to access this email as I no longer have the recovery phone number. I have since created a new email, [redacted], and a new PayPal account under this address. However, I need to recover other accounts linked to my old PayPal account, including my Steam account. In order to regain access to my Steam account, I am required to provide a screenshot of my last Steam game purchase made with my [redacted] PayPal account. It's frustrating that I have to first regain access to my old PayPal account to proceed with recovering my other accounts.

Despite challenges, such as the situation in Ukraine, PayPal's flexibility in fund withdrawals is crucial. Recently, my account got hacked, compromising my password and leading to unauthorized transactions to another individual's card. Though I hadn't been actively monitoring the account due to extenuating circumstances, I promptly secured a new account with a different password. Surprisingly, despite no transactions, PayPal blocked my account again. I'm keen to resolve this issue as I plan to increase transactions through their service for its convenience and reliability. This is my first time purchasing through PayPal. I believed it was a secure site. However, I have realized that the product from Inckw, pcoltd Inc is a scam. I bought this item for my granddaughter for Christmas and now it seems like I won’t be receiving it. The transaction number is 2DH61997X[redacted]Y for the MAGICAL training work set with invoice number WGNU[redacted]8. I attempted to cancel the order on the same day but received no response. They provided a tracking number, but it turned out to be invalid. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer use PayPal. Kindly cancel this order. Thank you.

Hello, I ordered an item on the ETSY website for [redacted]€ (excluding shipping charges). Today, I received the item which is completely different from what I ordered. I have the email confirmation with the photo of the item I ordered, which proves that the product I received is different - I ordered an upper dental appliance that was well-designed, very white, and wide, but what I received is yellow, narrow, with poorly designed and misaligned teeth. I contacted ETSY via email, and they claimed that the item sent was correct. I replied, informing them that I can prove that I have been scammed and requesting a refund. I recently noticed charges on my bank statement for a Roku channel for $47.58, an Amazon marketplace order for $30.30 that was supposed to be canceled but didn't issue a refund, and Amazon music for $17.32. Despite being told I wasn't charged, my payment was cleared yesterday. Over the months, I've experienced recurring mysterious charges. Sadly, the Alexa service I've received has been subpar, with constant skipping, buffering, and interruptions, making it impossible to enjoy music. Even after switching to T-Mobile home internet and providing a separate Cox internet connection for my child, the service has not improved. Paying so much for Amazon music feels like a waste considering the ongoing issues with the service.

I would like to report a fraudulent incident that occurred during a phone call with a PayPal employee. Yesterday, on December 16, [redacted], I spoke with an individual who identified himself as Albert Smith, with employee number [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I was contacting PayPal to update my address for a purchase from the merchant Marin Holdings Limited for $[redacted].75. However, during the call, Albert instructed me to download the AnyDesk app and proceeded to deceive me into purchasing vanilla gift cards totaling $[redacted].90 and pyplgiftus cards for $[redacted]. Additionally, he convinced me to open a $[redacted] line of credit with PayPal. When I confronted him about his actions, he promised to reimburse the funds to avoid being fired.
