I am experiencing difficulties using my PayPal Credit to make online purchases at checkout. Instead of proceeding with the payment, I receive a BX dialog requesting me to reapply for the application, which seems to be an error. I have contacted customer service, and they confirmed that everything is fine on their end with my account. However, when I log into my PayPal Credit account with my email and password, I do not see any transactions, including a purchase made in October [redacted] that should be on record. This issue has caused me a lot of frustration and time. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. My contact numbers are [redacted] or [redacted]. Please help me clear up and fix this problem, as my usual email address, [redacted], is not linking to my PayPal Credit account correctly for purchases. Thank you.

A third of my house floor collapsed, leading to costly repairs and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Additionally, the main waterline was damaged by a state lawnmower, resulting in further expenses. I spent nearly $20,[redacted] on these necessary repairs. I've been attempting to reach PayPal Credit for assistance, but I encountered discrepancies in the amounts shown on the screen for back payments and late payments. I am in urgent need of payment relief or reduced payments to continue meeting my bill obligations.

I have been receiving emails from PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Synchrony Bank, including what seem to be fake emails about a PayPal Credit account I closed years ago. However, there is no effective way to contact them to resolve this issue. I encounter issues when trying to log in, with my account being disabled or receiving a cryptic "oops something went wrong on our end" message. After multiple attempts to reach them via domestic and international phone numbers, I am consistently disconnected after 2-3 minutes. This lack of support from PayPal is frustrating and shows a disregard for customer empathy. I am unable to chat online or email them without logging in, which I cannot do due to account issues. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I'm having trouble understanding how this account functions. I created it with the intention of being able to pay off purchases over $99 in installments, but that's not happening. When I use my regular PayPal account, it redirects to PayPal Credit, which I don't want. Since using this, my debit card has been suspended due to suspicious activity. Unfortunately, I don't know the account number. I want to pay off this balance and tried several times to link to my checking account without success. Please send me the necessary details so I can pay by check. Kindly close this PayPal Credit account promptly.

Hello. I have been attempting to contact a representative for several months, but every time I am transferred, the call gets disconnected, and I end up back at the same automated message. I hope this method of communication is more successful. Recently, I lost my job due to the pandemic, and I am receiving government assistance. My current financial situation allows me to only afford payments between $25 to $30 per month. I am wondering if I could apply for a hardship program given my circumstances. Dealing with COVID-19 has made it difficult for me to communicate clearly over the phone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have raised a dispute for a refund with an eBay vendor called Elegance Leather for a jacket I bought using PayPal credit. The jacket was meant to be a size 5XL according to their size chart, but it does not fit me even though I normally wear a 2XL. Upon receiving the jacket, it is clear that the size is more suitable for someone who wears a Large or XL. I believe I should not have to repay PayPal credit for an item that doesn't fit me. I am requesting Elegance Leather to provide me with a return label and refund the purchase amount to my PayPal credit account once they receive the unworn jacket in new condition. I hope we can resolve this matter satisfactorily. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of leather suede boots from USA Dandelion, a company affiliated with PayPal. The boots were advertised as "real" leather and suede, costing $65.14 plus undisclosed international shipping charges. My bank was charged on 10-30-[redacted] when the funds were taken out. When I finally received the boots months later, they turned out to be cheap, fake suede with thin plastic soles, a far cry from the advertised product. The package had no return address, receipt, or any indication of how to return the item. Despite numerous attempts to contact USA Dandelion through emails and calls, I received no response. Their lack of customer service and refusal to refund my money for the falsely advertised product has left me deeply disappointed. I will be reporting this experience to various consumer protection agencies and warning others not to purchase from USA Dandelion.

I want to share my recent conversation with PayPal for your reference. On March 6, [redacted], a PayPal representative informed me that I couldn't use my credit for a purchase, contradicting PayPal Credit's claim that it works wherever PayPal is accepted. This discrepancy has caused confusion. When a merchant does not allow me to choose PayPal Credit at checkout, how will I know beforehand that it's not accepted? I'm puzzled by the conflicting information from PayPal representatives who suggested changing my payment method to PayPal Credit for a Microsoft purchase. Do customers only find out that PayPal Credit doesn't work for all online purchases where PayPal is accepted after facing issues such as insufficient funds? My bank account went negative due to this confusion, impacting my ability to purchase important medications for my wife. I need clarity and a solution from PayPal or PayPal Credit to rectify this situation.

On February 21, [redacted], I disputed a $9.99 charge on my account with tacticalpromos.com. Thinking it was resolved, I later discovered a fraudulent $50 charge on February 23rd, which I disputed with Capital One. Unfortunately, after their investigation, Capital One deemed me responsible due to lack of evidence. I realize now that I should have directed the dispute to PayPal instead. As a result, I am now at a loss of $59.99. Although PayPal reversed the $9.99 charge, Capital One is still holding me accountable for both transactions: the reversed $9.99 charge and the unauthorized $50 charge from JEREMIAHALFTRENTONNJ on 2/23/21.

I was recently informed by American Express that eBay had approved my dispute regarding a $1,[redacted] transaction with a vendor. To receive a refund, I was instructed to return the item, a 42RlE Transmission, which had already been installed on my Jeep Liberty for $[redacted]. After comparing the costs of shipping from Puerto Rico to Brooklyn, NY, I found it more practical to repair my original transmission instead of returning the new one. Additionally, PayPal credit rejected my dispute with ID: PP-1-[redacted]4. I am very disappointed with PayPal credit, eBay, and American Express for not upholding the product purchase guarantee. I have decided to sever my relationship with all three companies due to this experience.

I frequently make deposits and withdrawals from my PayPal Credit account, relying on the availability of funds the next day. A recent deposit on 10/12 did not post as expected on 10/13. Instead, after a small deposit on 10/13, the funds were held for 'Security Reasons' for 13 days, without access. Despite completed transactions in my account activity, I cannot utilize the deposited funds from 10/12. When discussing this with PayPal Credit, they confirmed holding my money and potential further holds on additional deposits. This situation prevents me from using the account to pay bills, prompting consideration of closing it if the funds remain inaccessible.

I recently got a PayPal credit card to buy a Ninja Foodi oven from HSN on 11/27/21 to avail of the $50 discount. Unfortunately, I didn't see the discount applied. Customer service said I needed to make another purchase by 11/31/21 to receive the $50 off. The payment was deducted from my bank linked to my PayPal account. I want clarification on the status of my credit card. Additionally, when I agreed to the card at 22.9% interest, I tried to save the agreement but couldn't. I request a copy of the agreement. Thank you. - KK, Frontenac KS [redacted]

I applied for PayPal credit around Thanksgiving to take advantage of the holiday sales. Most of my orders arrived on time for Christmas, but I encountered issues with a company called Hola Pic. I ordered multiple items from them, but only received two so far. The quality was extremely poor, not resembling what was advertised. I'd like to cancel any outstanding orders from Hola Pic as I'm not satisfied with the products I've received. I made a substantial investment in these purchases and now wish to avoid receiving any more items from them.

I recently received an email informing me of a charge of $[redacted].99 for an item I did not purchase. Invoice number: [redacted] The email included a contact number, [redacted], which I need to reach out to get this resolved. I would like to discontinue my relationship with PayPal altogether due to this issue, especially since a similar incident occurred a couple of weeks ago, which I thought was resolved. There is no credit card linked to my account that should have been used for this purchase, and I do not have a credit account with PayPal. I am concerned about how this purchase was made and when the charge will be reversed, as well as the closure of my account.

Due to my boyfriend gaining unauthorized access to my PayPal account and misusing my credit card to purchase goods sent to his address, my credit was excessively used. Dealing with multiple sclerosis for 17 years has impacted my cognitive abilities, leaving me unsure of how to handle the situation promptly. Feeling vulnerable and betrayed, I eventually confided in a friend who is a private investigator about the incident. The individual, George Day, not only defrauded me but also swindled nearly $4,[redacted] from me through this deceitful act. Despite the embarrassment and initial reluctance to seek help, I now possess evidence in the form of screenshots documenting the fraudulent transactions orchestrated by him without my consent.

While reviewing my recent bank statements, I observed that on September 8th and 9th, the same payment of $[redacted].26 was processed twice. This could have been an error on my part or the system's. Kindly investigate this issue and inform me of the resolution. If the payment was indeed duplicated, please issue a credit. If not, I will need to contact my bank for further assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Wishing you a great day and happy holidays.

I have noticed unauthorized debits on my PayPal account totaling $[redacted]. Prior to filing a claim against Diana Blackburn for $[redacted] due to receiving counterfeit items and payment made to her via phone, there was an added duplicate charge. I made a payment of $[redacted] to her through my bank's credit card, not PayPal. I requested Ms. Leigh to cancel the order without a response, so my bank intervened. Despite her recent claim of non-payment, I have proof of payment made via Wells Fargo. I want clarification on these debits as they do not align with my PayPal activity, including fraudulent charges. I am requesting paper statements since I am unable to access digital statements easily. As a disabled individual, please provide accommodations for statement delivery and promptly address any discrepancies. Additionally, I have encountered issues with an order from Urban Gypsy Silver. I urge you not to charge me late fees for these fraudulent transactions. Kindly refrain from contacting me via Gmail and share your fax number for further communication. - Deborah N. from Lanham, MD.

I've been operating a Paypal Business account under the name Radiant Skin Sciences for years. I want to clarify that I do not possess a Paypal Credit card account, nor do I wish to have one. Recently, I received correspondence from Synchrony Bank, the entity handling their credit card services, stating that my application to open a Paypal credit card on 1-17-22 was rejected due to "failure to verify identity," which I see as fraudulent, as I never initiated such a request. The communication contains reference code 4NUEDRACSNSWL. As a precaution, I've updated my Paypal account password and security questions. The letter only provides a PO Box for inquiries, which I find inadequate. I seek assistance in contacting the appropriate department to prevent any unauthorized Paypal credit card openings and to learn how to prevent future occurrences. Thank you for any assistance you may offer.

Fraud Concern. I was recently contacted by Portfolio Recovery Services regarding a payment for an account attributed to Cynthia C. I have confirmed with Paypal that I do not have an account. The PRS statement they sent from 3/9/20 shows purchases I don't recognize. The account number they provided is 6[redacted] 0[redacted]. I am unsure of the account opening details or who may have opened it. I am doubting the legitimacy of this situation and worry they may attempt more transactions. I hope the account has been closed. PRS reference number: [redacted]4. PRS disputes department contact: 1-[redacted].

I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my late wife's account. Despite having made a full payment on March 10, [redacted], I received a letter from a collection agency today. I attempted to resolve this matter by contacting the agency but encountered language barriers with representatives named Jennifer and Nelson. I expressed my desire to close the account and requested no further contact. I am disappointed with the service received and will be sharing my experience with others. It is frustrating to deal with this situation, especially when faced with difficulties in communication. I hope to see a resolution soon.
