Partypoker.com Customer Service Issues

I play Parky Poker but only non-cash games. Recently, I encountered harassment from another player. Since then, I've had trouble accessing the site. Despite reinstalling the game, the issue persists, and a technical support site mentioned contacting Party Poker for assistance. Unfortunately, they do not have a phone number, and my emails to them remain unanswered. This has led me to believe that the harasser might have ties to Party Poker and tampered with my account to prevent me from playing. On January 6th, [redacted], I attempted to deposit $[redacted] into the online casino using my debit card. However, the transaction did not go through as the website does not accept this deposit method. The $[redacted] was debited from my TD Bank checking account, but I did not receive any funds to use on the site. I am seeking a refund for this amount. My name is Carol Demirtas.
