I have encountered three charges on my account linked to [redacted] for parking in a garage situated on a street that was inaccessible. Construction blocked the street on two occasions, and on the other, the FDNY closed it off. I was unaware of these obstructions before arriving. Despite prepaying, I couldn't cancel via the app as my "time had already started." This left me with no choice but to go to a different garage. The incidents occurred on 4/23/19, 4/24/19, and 4/26/19. I kindly request the removal of these charges from my account and a refund to my card due to the circumstances.

I am writing regarding Parking Pass #[redacted]28 purchased for the TransPerfect Music City Bowl in Nashville, TN on Dec 30, [redacted]. The pass was for the Wisherman Lot at [redacted] 4th Ave S. managed by Parking Management Company. Upon arrival, the lot was inaccessible due to construction, forcing us to find an alternative parking location. I kindly request a refund for the inconvenience. I recently visited the City Parking at the Ritz Plaza lot using my ParkWhiz parking pass #[redacted]65. Despite having a reservation, I was told by the attendant that the lot was full and I couldn't park there. I ended up parking and paying at another location instead. I contacted Help@parkwhiz, sent them a photo of the receipt and the pending charge on my credit card statement. It has been 10 days since then, and despite sending two more follow-up emails, I have not received any response from the company.
