Paramount-supplements.com Customer Service Issues

I would like to request the cancellation of my Paramount account. I am frustrated because when I tried to watch a show on MTV, I was redirected to Paramount and asked to pay. I made the payment, but still cannot access the content. Subsequently, Hulu required a payment too, which I also made. Unfortunately, I am encountering issues on both websites. Additionally, I was contacted by someone suggesting another app that would cost extra, which I declined. My intention was simply to watch one show by paying for access, but the process has been complicated. I would appreciate it if you could cancel my account. Thank you.
