On May 18, [redacted], I made a purchase of a pair of shoes for $53.58. However, when the shoes arrived at the end of June, they were not as expected. The shoes were supposed to be white but they arrived gray and poorly made, not at all comfortable as described. To add to the issue, another pair arrived a week later, and I was charged again on my credit card for it. I am having trouble finding the appropriate channels to complain and seek a refund as the shoe company has changed names multiple times, and I cannot reach PayPal customer service for assistance. I am seeking advice on how to get a refund for both pairs of shoes and guidance on where to return them. My mother, who is 88 years old, made the purchase using my PayPal account, and I want to handle the returns on her behalf. Thank you for your help. D. Conner

This is a message for PPG lawyers.
I am reaching out regarding a situation from 20 years ago where PPG was involved. Recently, Randy Dauchenbaugh, a current PPG employee at the Allison Park facility (formerly Monroeville facility), has been cooperating with investigators. I believe Randy has been truthful, but I am concerned about being unfairly implicated in this matter due to false information provided by Jeff Susa, which ultimately led to me losing my job and facing a lawsuit.
I have tried to communicate with Randy, who seems unaware of the investigators' intentions. I want PPG to be fully informed and not misled by the investigators, as this could potentially drag the company into the situation. Various individuals within PPG, including Rich Bell, Lisa Walters, and Frank Heinemann, acted on Jeff's false claims, leading to a chaotic situation for me.
I am currently dealing with a criminal investigation and seek the truth to defend myself. Any assistance or information from PPG lawyers on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have recently relocated from Allegheny to Westmoreland County and understand if PPG prefers to involve the local authorities in Allegheny County.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Kelly Geanous

I applied the stain to my 30 by 14-foot deck in October [redacted], and now I have to redo it. The product warranty claims 6 years, but I only got 2.5 years out of it. The store mentioned that if the deck is in full sun, I wouldn't achieve the full 6 years. I had to purchase more stain to match the color after cleaning it. When I contacted PPG customer service, they claimed it wasn't their issue and advised me to return to the store. However, when I went back to the store, they couldn't help either. I found the customer service response from PPG to be unhelpful and unexpected.

The main phone number listed requires the name of the person you wish to reach. Unfortunately, transfers are not answered, and no additional contact information is available. I am currently looking into whether PPG would be interested in significant projects like the Gateway tunnel with polyurea spray coatings. The recent acquisition of the Versaflex companies on 1/5/[redacted] has consolidated this technology under a large corporate structure. I have a background in developing specifications for projects like the Boston Central Artery (Big Dig) tunnels and have experience in various markets such as infrastructure, secondary containment, waterproofing, and blast mitigation. If there is interest in discussing potential collaborations further, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you for your time and consideration.

We apply Spraylat [redacted]-B3755 to coat a frangible sphere for radar calibration purposes. The paint specification mandates a resistivity of less than .[redacted] ohm/square per 1.0 mil (25 Microns) when dry.
Could you kindly provide insights into the testing process and equipment utilized by PPG to assess this specification? Despite applying 5 coats of paint, we are unable to achieve the desired .[redacted] ohm/square reading using a Guardian SRM-[redacted] SRT meter with a four-point probe.
Any guidance on this matter would be highly valued.
Best regards,
Tim Sartori
