Despite contacting multiple representatives who claimed to fix the issue, it remains unresolved. I am frustrated by the long delay and the lack of progress in resolving this. I have spent significant time on hold waiting for assistance. I have exhausted all the phone numbers I have been given. I am considering closing my account if I cannot receive the necessary support. Furthermore, the message service is not functioning, making it impossible to communicate my concerns. I have been unable to access my account for three months now. I urgently need dedicated assistance to address this issue.

Since November 15, I've been eagerly waiting for a call back from the Retail Support department. On that day, I spoke to Melissa Staken regarding the whereabouts of my transferred funds totaling $4,[redacted].74. These funds were electronically sent from my First American Bank account to my Virtual Wallet Account on 10/28/21. I provided Melissa with proof of transfer documents, including confirmation and tracking, via email on 11/15/21. Despite her assurance to get back to me as soon as possible, I have not received any follow-up. I have left three detailed voice messages, but no one has responded. Upon checking my PNC Virtual Wallet account, I noticed that the balance remains unchanged. This ongoing situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated.

I'm experiencing an issue with a Zelle transfer. As a new customer who recently switched over from BBVA Compass, I haven't received any notification or card in the mail yet. Last night, I contacted customer service, and they assisted me in setting up my online banking. I urgently need to transfer funds using Zelle, but I don't have an ATM PIN as I haven't received my card. After being on the phone for 55 minutes, I was disconnected while waiting on hold after being transferred to the Zelle team.

BBVA resolved a fraud claim from a few months back by crediting the money back to me. However, upon PNC's takeover, they decided not to cover me. Unfortunately, they withdrew all the funds from my account without prior communication, leaving me with a negative balance. They only informed me afterwards. I have been attempting to contact the bank to dispute this matter, but I have not received any response yet.

My account got closed due to what they call improper use. They said they mailed me a check. I have been out of the US since this happened and have not received it. I called PNC customer service about three months back and they told me my wife couldn't deposit the check into another bank account. Due to the pandemic, I don't have any immediate plans to return to the US. I'm just wondering how long I have to cash the check.

Trying to speak to a person is extremely challenging and frustrating. I am unable to access my Online Banking Account due to my voice banking being suspended. It would be appreciated if I could receive clarification on the reason for this. My account number is [redacted]. The long wait times, such as being kept on hold for 20 minutes, are unacceptable. Please consider hiring more staff to improve customer service given the significant revenue your company generates annually.

I have a negative balance in my account due to a recent write-off charge. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use my account properly since August as I have not received a new card. It seems someone has hacked into my account, spending a large portion of my funds and creating multiple disputes that have worsened my financial situation. I am having trouble logging into my account. Normally, I can sign in without any issues, but now I'm being directed to a page that asks me to verify my identity and choose to receive a passcode via text or phone call. I prefer to receive the passcode via text, but I can't seem to uncheck the phone option. When I click to send the passcode, I receive a passcode number from a robotic female voice. However, I'm hesitant to use it because my phone displays a SCAM alert. I have been using the same iPad, ID, and password for years, but suddenly nothing is being recognized. I have been attempting to access my account for two days now.

I signed up for a checking account with direct deposit online on December 6, [redacted]. Even though I was waiting for my ATM card, I became anxious as it had been nearly a week without receiving it. My checking account was mistakenly charged $[redacted].75 on 12/18/21. The merchant reversed the charge the same day, but PNC incorrectly let it go through. Since 12/20, I have been trying to dispute this with PNC, but have faced long wait times and unhelpful staff. I was told the dispute was incorrectly filed and can't get a manager to assist. I spoke with a representative this morning regarding unauthorized Apple.com shares that were posted to my account on Christmas Day. The representative assured me that the pending charges would be resolved. However, a $10 charge from Apple remains on my account. Upon further inspection, I also discovered a $14 charge from Amazon made a few days prior without my authorization. Once these charges are resolved, I will need to obtain a new bank card to prevent further issues with my account.

I had a BBVA account that I tried to close. After PNC acquired BBVA, I keep receiving notifications from various vendors that my BBVA account is still active. I want to verify with someone that the account has been closed. I've been on hold for quite some time, which is understandable during the holidays. I would be grateful for a prompt follow-up. Matt

I had a vehicle loan with PNC that went into collateral default repossession; however, I brought the payments current and sold the vehicle to a Nissan dealership. I am trying to determine when PNC will send the dealership the lien release title. Despite multiple calls, I have not received a clear answer and have been told they cannot assist me. I have always been timely with payments, and it is frustrating that my husband and I were sent to a collection agency. The total due is approximately $[redacted].25. Asia was supposed to contact us weeks ago but has been calling late at night. I hope to receive a response to address this issue promptly. I am currently residing in the Philippines, and my grandfather's trust, the Carroll D Kennedy Irrevocable Trust, is being terminated following my mother's passing. The termination process is being handled by Julies Brandstetter. In June [redacted], I received the required paperwork to receive my portion of the trust, which I completed and returned in August. Despite sending the paperwork to Alecia Kumar, Julie has not been forthcoming with information about the termination progress, failing to respond to my emails. This lack of communication is unprofessional and reflects poorly on PNC Bank. I am quite frustrated with the lack of transparency in this process and would not recommend PNC Bank's services. Julie Brandstetter, despite being an Assistant Vice President, is not meeting the expected communication standards for her role at the bank. I am eager to receive updates on the termination status and anticipate the transfer of assets to my brokerage account.
