Orchard Bank Customer Service Issues

I received a writ of garnishment from the District Court of Prince George's County, MD issued by Unifund CCR, LLC for an Orchard Bank credit card allegedly opened in August [redacted]. This is not feasible as I have been in Chapter 13 since [redacted], making regular payments, and have not had any credit cards since [redacted]. I do not owe Orchard Bank any money, and I suspect I have been a victim of a scam. I have been disabled since [redacted], relying solely on SSDI for income, following a serious car accident on March 17, [redacted], leading to multiple severe injuries. After being hospitalized in Prince George's Hospital, undergoing surgeries and intensive care, I received physical and occupational therapy until my discharge on October 3, [redacted], due to Medicare constraints.
