OptumRx Customer Service Issues

When trying to verify my OptumRx account online, the text verification is sent to an old phone number instead of my updated one. Despite contacting customer service three times to change the number to my new one, the issue persists. I have even received calls from Optum on my new number, but the old number still shows up during online sign-in, hindering me from verifying. The last representative I spoke with acknowledged the previous attempts to rectify this and assured me they would resolve it, but the problem remains. I recently transitioned to Medicare and contacted PillPack to stop my medications. They advised OptumRx should reach out to transfer prescription details. I mentioned some doctors have connected directly, but others might not have. They suggested OptumRx should contact them. My doctor prescribed time-sensitive medication, OxyContin 30 mg twice daily, and oxycodone 15 mg three times daily. I urgently need these medications. I need assistance updating my shipping address for my Optum RX account. Unfortunately, I am in Ecuador and unable to receive the text verification code from them as I cannot make or receive calls to/from the US. I rely on a trusted service with a US address to receive packages including my medication. Optum RX lacks an email contact option, and I am unable to access my account due to the security code requirement sent via text message, which I am not receiving.
