I recently lost access to my IMAP server through Outlook, which was working well until a few hours ago. Similarly, I can't connect to optimum.net and optimum.com to access emails via webmail or check for service updates. I've attempted to troubleshoot by exploring alternative IMAP settings on Outlook without success. Contact seems impossible. I reside in Light Farms, Celina, Texas. Approximately two months ago, your crews were in our community to set up fiber optic cable. However, about six weeks ago, your crews suddenly departed, leaving the job incomplete. The area now has torn-up sod, heaps of dirt with your debris, open holes, and cables protruding from the ground near newly installed cable vaults. These issues are widespread throughout Light Farms.
Your company's actions have not left a favorable impression.

Despite having a moving date scheduled, her TV service was unexpectedly cut off. We attempted to reboot the cable box, but encountered difficulties as an unknown tech ID was requested, which she doesn't possess. I have been in contact with customer service multiple times, but my account remains unresolved. My service has been disconnected again due to a supposed outstanding balance. I had $[redacted] taken from my account by Optimum in June. They claimed I was on auto-pay, insisted on my full social security number, and were rude. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I wasn't on auto-pay but they took all my money. When my daughter-in-law, mistakenly on the account, spoke to Muhammad, they demanded our equipment back. I'm Debra Z. from Sparta, NJ. Optimum had no right to take money or demand full social security numbers. Ali wouldn't let me escalate to a supervisor, insisting my daughter-in-law must handle it, even though she wants her name removed from the account. I want my money back. Ali's behavior was unacceptable. Optimum's actions were illegal and I will contact authorities. I hope for a kinder response. Giving out full social security numbers is not protocol. I've since moved from Sparta. I'll find the equipment. Please return the money to my account, as what was done is illegal.

I recently experienced an interruption in my internet service due to the installation of a new house in the neighborhood. A technician, while setting up services for the new property, mistakenly disconnected my connection. Despite promptly reporting the issue multiple times over the past five days, the technicians sent to address it have informed me that they are not the appropriate personnel to resolve the problem, and instead, they have raised work tickets. Unfortunately, it appears that the tickets have not been actioned by the relevant team for repairs. I am eagerly awaiting the resolution of this matter to restore my internet service and appreciate any assistance in expediting the process.

I currently reside in Midland. Yesterday, I contacted Adrian Cardinez for information regarding Internet plans. Initially, he requested all my details before presenting me with a 1GB plan for $66. Upon expressing my interest in exploring other options due to the excessive data for my needs and the high cost, he repeatedly attempted to sway my decision. Despite my request to reconsider and decide later, he later informed me that he mistakenly processed the order for the modem. I insisted on canceling, and he advised me to do so by phone or in-store, even though it was not my error.
I feel disappointed and frustrated as I did not authorize the plan he enrolled me in. I suspect he may have misled me by not offering the cheaper plan initially. He also mentioned a $[redacted] installation fee for the more affordable plan after initially stating the same for the plan he was promoting, then later implying no charge was necessary. If his intentions were genuine, he requires further training on the available plans and procedures.
I am hopeful that you can assist me in resolving this matter.

A representative from Optimum visited my home offering services. Despite initially declining, I reconsidered and signed up online immediately. A service appointment was scheduled for 13 July between 11 AM and 2 PM. I assured the representative that I would pay the bill next week when I receive my paycheck, and he agreed. However, today I received a call stating that service will not be provided unless payment is made in advance. I find this change in policy unnecessary. I would like to discuss this matter with a manager promptly.

I've been experiencing connectivity problems with both my internet from Optimum and my mobile service from Optimum Mobile. Today, I encountered issues with texting. When I contacted Optimum customer service and explained the situation, they transferred me to another department, but the call got disconnected. Since then, I have been unable to make or receive calls. I tried reaching out by phone and was on hold for almost two hours without any resolution. I can confirm that my bill has been paid, so that is not the cause of the problem.

I applied for the ACP program without understanding how it works. I completed the application and got approved. I just need to provide the completion number they mentioned. During the last storm, my internet service went out. I had a technician come over and replace the modem. Although the internet came back, it was very slow. Another technician replaced some cables, and the internet improved for a while but has since become slow again. I experience disconnections while gaming, etc. I contacted Agatha's, and they advised me to check the speed test site, which reported the speed was adequate. Since the storm, my internet, with only one meg, has not been functioning properly. I do not stream or heavily use the internet, as I am the only one using it. There seems to be an ongoing issue, and the service remains extremely slow. - Tom

I did not receive my bill via email and was surprised to receive a notice claiming non-payment. After checking the website and confronting a representative, the payment suddenly appeared when threatened with a complaint to the Attorney General. When I escalated the issue to a supervisor, I explained I had not received the bill timely to make an informed decision. However, the supervisor attempted to shift blame and gaslight me about the billing error. I was not informed of the $41 increase until after checking online, although the supervisor acknowledged my email was incorrectly entered. Despite my frustration, attempting to cancel the service was met with resistance. This experience has left me extremely displeased with this company.

I have been experiencing issues with Optimum charging my card for mobile services instead of applying the payment to my internet bill. Despite paying over $70 to have my internet restored, it was only back on for a few days. However, about three to four months ago, I started receiving physical letters instead. I was charged $50 for the installation of the new fiber optic line, but I have not been able to enjoy watching TV on my TVs since the change. Despite four service calls, the issues have not been resolved. While watching a movie, I often receive a message about a connection problem, and if the movie resumes after a delay, I have to start it from the beginning. This repeated process is frustrating. Additionally, I am having difficulty finding my regular TV broadcasts and my DVR service is inconsistent.

Subject: Issue with Mobile Phone Voicemail Access and Reimbursement
I reached out to Optimum when I still had my US number and spoke with two different representatives. I requested a supervisor to expedite a reset as I was unable to access my voicemail. At that time, I had to use my friend’s US phone as mine was no longer available. I paid $[redacted] to maintain my US calls and texts for two weeks and later added an extra day for $15. Despite the assistance of your representatives, I could not change my voicemail message due to being unable to access my number. None of the passwords worked, and I was promised a callback from a supervisor. Currently, I have an eSIM card as my US service has expired, and I was informed that I would be reimbursed. Unfortunately, I am still unable to modify my voicemail message to inform callers how to contact me. I am feeling disappointed and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
