I have a subscription to Oprah's magazine, and I usually receive the unscented version. Lately, I've been getting fragrance issues instead. Despite contacting you about this change two months ago, I received another scented issue today in a Manila envelope filled with fragrance. This is problematic for me as I have severe allergies. Can you please switch me back to the unscented version for the last three issues? This is my second request for this matter. Thank you, Erin O.

Hello Oprah. I am reaching out regarding my daughter in Los Angeles who lives with my grandson, Jude. I keep them in my prayers daily. While my daughter, Mary, is a dedicated worker at Instacart, she unfortunately lacks benefits. Whenever Jude is out of school, Mary struggles to take time off due to fear of losing her pay. They reside in a studio apartment, and Mary is falling behind on bills. She even hesitates to take time off for necessary car maintenance, crucial for her grocery and water delivery job. Despite being legally separated from Jude's father, she still needs to protect Jude from negative influences. As a disabled individual, I can only hope for a better job opportunity for Mary to provide for Jude. It's a difficult situation, and I appreciate any support. Thank you, Linda Szudy.

I have encountered issues with receiving my Magazine subscription. Despite having a one-year subscription, I have only received two copies so far. Recently, my husband surprised me by renewing the subscription, mentioning Oprah Magazine, but unfortunately, I haven't received any issues. After checking our Chase Visa card, we noticed a charge of $37.00 for the subscription. Due to the lack of delivery, we would like to cancel the subscription and will be disputing the charge accordingly.

I have been the victim of hate crimes, ignored because of complaints at work. I was paid to keep silent, then subjected to a relentless campaign of stalking, harassment, intimidation, and even physical harm in places like HEB Wooded Acres Woodway. Despite reaching out to the police for help, my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. The injuries inflicted on me were not properly treated at the hospital, and I continue to suffer. Now, even my children are being targeted. I am in fear for my life. Additionally, my 24-year-old paraplegic son's health is being neglected. His feet are swollen to the size of bowling balls, and his whole body is experiencing swelling. We desperately need assistance. Please, help us. My credibility has been unfairly attacked with accusations of being crazy.

I have been a loyal subscriber of O Magazine since its beginning. I recently received a renewal bill for $32.97 for one year, yet online the subscription is offered for $12. I am hesitant to pay the higher price and would appreciate it if my renewal cost could be adjusted to $12 as done last year. Please send me a revised renewal notice with the corrected amount to continue my subscription. If this cannot be changed, I kindly request that my subscription be canceled. I enjoy the magazine but find the discrepancy in pricing concerning. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Sincerely, LC Acct# [redacted]

I am a retired Emergency Medical Technician/Medical Assistant seeking Oprah's assistance in supporting nurses and doctors on the frontlines. The pandemic may lead to high rates of suicide among these heroic healthcare professionals. I was deeply affected by the story of a nurse in London who took her life after losing eight coronavirus patients in one day. I am desperate for help in creating a program to address depression and suicidal thoughts among our frontline heroes. Healthcare workers, especially nurses, are empathetic individuals, and the current crisis is challenging their belief in their ability to save lives. I have limited resources due to disability and am not seeking any financial gain. It is crucial to act now to support those who are risking their lives for all of us. I believe Oprah's compassion, influence, and network can make a difference. Please consider helping to implement a program to care for these dedicated individuals. Let's prevent further tragedies. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Natalee. I am married with 4 children and work as a nurse assistant, which I truly enjoy as it allows me to care for others. Due to the challenges posed by COVID-19, my husband is currently unemployed, leaving me as the sole provider. We are aiming to purchase a home of our own, but given the circumstances, it has become quite a daunting task. Our current rental situation is nearing an end as the owner needs the property back, so we are urgently seeking assistance to secure a down payment. We are not expecting someone to purchase the house for us, just a helping hand to get us started. We have nobody else to turn to except for our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are a loving family trying to give our children something we never had. Your support would mean the world to us. Thank you, and may God bless you.

I am advocating for the passing of HB4507 Duty to Act in Michigan and the United States. I urge Representative Filler to move this bill to his committee and then to the senators. Your support and sharing are highly appreciated. Thank you. Dear Representative Filler, I am Shirley Mitchner, and I am advocating for the bill HB [redacted] Duty to Act. This bill is essential as it addresses situations where individuals fail to act in emergencies. I recount a personal experience when my son was left in a river while his friends did not call for help. Similar laws are present in ten states such as Wisconsin, Minnesota, Rhode Island, and Vermont. I propose amendments to hold individuals accountable with prison time and restitution. Many states are considering similar Duty to Act laws, and it is crucial for Michigan to follow suit. Mr. Filler, I have attempted to contact you through email and calls but have not received a response. Imagine if it was your child in need of help. I recall our previous conversation where you showed interest in the bill. Kindly move the bill to your committee and support its progression. Please share this message. Thank you. Sincerely, Shirley Mitchner

I look forward to each monthly magazine, and I have a special request to share. In the mid '70s, I had the opportunity to work on a project with Oprah when she initially arrived in Baltimore. We organized a successful "Push Excel Rally" for Rev. Jesse Jackson and spent a lot of time together for over a year. Following the event, Oprah graciously hosted a dinner where I joined her, her mom, another CBS news anchor, and his wife. I had two more encounters with her later on. My wish is to reconnect with Oprah by my significant 80th birthday on July 3. I would appreciate any assistance in directing this message to the appropriate person. Thank you very much. Treopia G. I am Mary S. from Jackson, Mississippi. My son, who is African American, was wrongly imprisoned with two separate trials for the same crime. Despite not being a murder case, the second trial in a different town resulted in a longer sentence because the victim was Caucasian. I recall Oprah Winfrey's impact on freeing an innocent athlete, and I am hopeful she can help my son, who is also an athlete. Oprah's ability to shed light on injustices inspires me to seek her assistance in sharing my son's untold story. I appreciate Oprah's work and pray for her continued blessings. Thank you.

Here is a link to access my document discussing the facts of history that debunk white supremacist beliefs. I challenge typical assumptions using historical evidence and highlight significant African accomplishments. By disseminating this 'antidote' effectively, I aim to change white supremacist ideologies. My goal is to combat ignorance stemming from centuries of colonization and promote mutual respect between Europeans and Africans. I urge you to join me in this important mission. Hello, I am wondering about the status of my subscription to O magazine. My last issue was the Christmas one, and I am quite disappointed. I have been a loyal subscriber for a long time, but the lack of response to my issues is concerning. Can you confirm if the magazine is still in production? Additionally, I have been receiving a magazine called "Prevention" that I never signed up for. This situation is frustrating, as I have faced numerous subscription problems with O in the past. I hope that these issues can be resolved promptly and efficiently. Thank you for your assistance. Loralee S.

I have been managing depression with medication since the age of 19, and as I approach turning 50 in August, I've struggled with significant weight gain due to my current medication. I am eager to shed some pounds and considered trying out Dr. Oz's Keto supplement, Max Thrive Keto, inspired by Oprah's successful weight loss journey of 60 pounds with it. However, I am in a tight financial situation and cannot afford the supplement at the moment. If possible, could you kindly assist me in obtaining some Max Thrive Keto? Thank you for being a source of inspiration in my life, Oprah! Best regards, Carrie S.

I am in a relationship with a man 33 years my junior. He is also the cousin of my daughter's children. I am 55, and he is 22. No one knows or suspects. We are in love, not for my money. Yes, I could be his mom, but I love this guy. Yes, he is in a relationship with a girl and has 2 children. She does not know either. He loves me, and I love him so much that we are willing to just go. We did not expect this love to happen, and it keeps getting deeper every day. We even go away on trips together. I love him to death, and I know he loves me the same. We have been seeing each other for the past 6 months in a relationship, but we've been friends for the past 2 years. I want to help and support him as he has so much ambition. He is half white, and I am full black. People will have opinions, but we're fully committed. Love knows no boundaries, and we are prepared for whatever comes our way. We keep our relationship as private as possible but sometimes face challenges from the outside world. What should we do? Signed, K9 Cougar

I have small cell lung cancer, and thanks to tests showing it's contained, I feel like a miracle. I'm Judy D., going back and forth to a Joplin, Missouri doctor on a $[redacted] monthly budget. I'm not seeking money, just resources I can't find for aid. I've emailed organizations, but assistance is slow due to the holidays. Many continue to pray for me, and I feel blessed. A surgeon will soon remove half of my left lung, as the mass is near my heart and requires urgent action. Small cell carcinoma is aggressive. Can anyone provide me with help?

After years of misunderstood engagement with established systems, I found myself facing criticism and rejection caused by misconceptions and prejudices. Despite these challenges, I transitioned from modest work as a janitor to being encouraged to explore opportunities in the music industry. Traveling across multiple cities and states, I observed firsthand the varied reactions to my presence. Seeking understanding in conversations led me to question unjust practices and their implications. Amidst personal struggles and encounters with law enforcement, I reflected on systemic flaws and accountability. The knowledge of long-standing corruption within certain institutions raised concerns about past events and their repercussions. It became evident that addressing these complex issues required a broader societal examination and acknowledgment of historical injustices.
