I received an email on December 21st at 9:44 am advertising adult, girls, and toddlers' jeans on sale for $10. Despite not planning to go to town that day, the low price tempted me to visit the store. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that none of the women's jeans were actually priced at $10. This inconsistency left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I believe I was lured into the store under false pretenses. Given that there were many jeans at half price, I suggest providing a $15 off coupon for a future purchase to make up for this discrepancy and allow me to purchase the jeans as advertised. I returned a jacket recently because the sleeves were too short. I made the purchase on 11/26 and shipped the jacket back on Dec 6/21. The order number is #17L2VPK. Strangely, I received a credit for a shirt I returned at the same time, but not for the jacket. I tried contacting Customer Service multiple times, but each time I was given the runaround. During my last call a few days ago, the service representative blatantly lied to me, and seemed irritated. I was even asked to take a survey at the end, but I declined as I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I simply want my $42 refund, as that's a significant amount of money to lose. I wanted to share my love for the oversized women's mock-neck sweatshirt designer! I'm in awe of its design - the large armholes make it so comfy, and the absence of a constricting hood is perfect. The fit is great, no tight sleeves, and the cropped length solves my usual size issues. I live in a warm climate but still bought all 3 colors because I love them so much. I received reward codes from someone to buy items from Old Navy. The codes worked well, and I got a great deal in August [redacted]. Later, in February [redacted], I couldn't make a purchase as my account was locked for supposed code abuse. I managed to place an order using my sister's account without any codes to avoid the lock. After contacting Old Navy, they informed me that using codes from others is not allowed and locked my account. I believe it was an honest mistake as the codes were valid. I'm puzzled why they would take such drastic actions for this issue. Both my sister's account and mine are now blocked, and I can't shop online anymore. I enjoy shopping at Old Navy and Gap for my family. I think this situation is unfair as people commonly share discount codes. I hope to get my account unlocked as I have no malicious intent.

I had a disappointing experience at the Christina location in Delaware due to poor customer service. The associates were extremely rude and made snarky comments about me in front of me. When a price mistake occurred, instead of handling it professionally, one associate named Adam laughed arrogantly to their trainee. This behavior is unacceptable and has deterred me from wanting to shop at the store again. Even though I like the items Old Navy offers, I will now be buying clothes for myself and my children elsewhere. The manager showed little concern for what happened, offering a brief apology and walking away without addressing the rude associate. Such behavior being allowed by the manager only adds to my disappointment and lack of desire to return.

During my visit to the Bend Oregon store, I came across a pair of pants that I liked, but I needed another pair. Despite my efforts to find assistance, I couldn't locate a staff member. When I finally approached the cash register, I felt a sense of reluctance to help me. The staff member made me wait while they checked for the pants I requested, and it seemed like they weren't eager to assist me. I noticed many empty racks in the store, with only 2 employees visible. The overall customer service gave off an unenthusiastic vibe, making me question if they truly value their customers. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at Old Navy, this experience has left me disappointed and considering shopping elsewhere in the future. I encountered an error when trying to "check out" my bag. A message stated there were technical difficulties and advised to call customer service to complete the order. This issue persisted from 10 a.m. this morning until 1:18 p.m. on 5/29/[redacted]. I attempted different browsers thinking it could be related to my WiFi. Upon refreshing the page, some items had been removed from my bag as they are only reserved for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I exceeded this time limit due to the checkout problem. Now, I am frustrated because I can't recall all the items I intended to purchase before, except for the ones no longer in the bag due to the time restriction.

I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the current selection of jeggings. As a long-time customer, I have always loved the original style for its comfort and fit. However, the shift to only offering "super skinny" jeggings has been challenging, especially for those above a size 8 like myself. It seems necessary to size up to achieve a proper fit with this new style.
The consistent stock issues have made it difficult for me to purchase jeggings lately. Today, I visited Old Navy in Cumberland, Atlanta, Georgia. I selected a pair of shoes that were marked as 40% off, but the young lady at the register claimed they were still $29.99. After a disagreement, the manager, Mo, got involved, and we argued about the pricing discrepancy. Despite being a loyal customer who spends a substantial amount at Old Navy, I was dissatisfied with how I was spoken to during this incident. The manager insisted that only the glitter shoes were on sale based on the signage's placement. When I checked another shoe, it rang up as $17.99, proving the mistake.
Ultimately, Mo was frustrated and instructed the young lady to sell me the shoes for $17.99. Frustrated by the experience, I requested to speak with the store manager, Danny, who was unavailable at the time. Today's shopping trip was disappointing for me.

I am currently attempting to place an order online, but I am encountering issues with resetting my password as I am not receiving the email for the reset. I have already contacted customer service and experienced difficulties with my order being placed without my name initially. I recently placed an order online, but realized an hour later that it was being shipped to the wrong address. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the address couldn't be changed, and my order was canceled.
