I missed the foreclosure sale today at 10:00 central time. Upon contacting the attorney's office, I inquired about paying over the bid amount made by the lender in cash to acquire the house located at [redacted] Liggett, owned by Shirley Kostedt. I was directed to reach out to you. I need to know if it's possible before the trustee finalizes the deed. In the past, the trustee typically contacted the lender, but now I'm being asked to have Ocwen reach out to them. I am Richard Smith at #[redacted]. The trustee is Substitute Trustee Corp. at #[redacted]. The foreclosure sale took place in St. Louis, MO on 6/20/18 at 10:00 am.

In the Declaration of Default, lines 16-20 explain that the Debtor did not meet obligations by missing September and October [redacted] payments totaling $[redacted].45 each, as well as additional payments in August through October [redacted] of $[redacted].28 each. The total due is $4,[redacted].22 with a $32.42 credit in suspense. Despite providing evidence of payment from Ocwen, the payments were not applied correctly, leading to the default approval. The existence of a post-petition agreement, though not initially accessible, serves as proof that relief should not have been given.

A family has been residing in one of your properties for the past four years, which used to be your residence at [redacted] North Haven Way, Dayton, Ohio [redacted]. Following your bankruptcy in [redacted] when the house was owned by Ocwen, you moved out as a friend offered you his home to rent before retiring and relocating. The family occupying the place openly pretends to be renting it and appear to be taking care of the property well, according to neighbors. Despite the previous owner going to prison, the property has not been foreclosed by Ocwen or put up for auction. You are concerned about any potential liabilities arising from the situation, especially if an accident occurs on the property.

I am experiencing issues with getting my funds released for my restoration post-fire. La Citizens Insurance has sent the claim money along with recoverable depreciation, of which I owe half to the contractor. However, there are delays and they are claiming I need to provide more documentation as a private repair. I have sent all necessary copies to Ocwen but no progress has been made.
The situation has led me to owe money to various workers, manufacturers, Lowe's, Home Depot, and American Express. I am concerned as the situation drags on, and I am afraid of defaulting on four mortgages. I am reaching out to all relevant parties and considering legal action if my funds are not released promptly.

After my wife's passing in [redacted], I granted my step-sons ownership of our house if they managed the payments. Unfortunately, I later discovered the payments were not made, leading to the house facing foreclosure. I managed to prevent the foreclosure, and now I plan to sell the house. However, I lack information on the outstanding payments and where to submit them, as well as the account number associated with the loan. The property address is [redacted] F M [redacted], Huntsville, Texas [redacted]. The loan was under the names of Sharon K Beggs and Leslie L Beggs. I am also seeking details on the loan balance. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Leslie

I have requested a rental history verification from Ocwen for my future landlord at Coppertree Apt Village in Houston, Texas. I am in need of stability and a place of my own after having to sell my home of 17 years to bury my husband. I am eagerly waiting for the landlord verification to be sent back so I can secure an apartment. As a disabled individual, I simply want to have my own space without being mistreated by others. Could you please let me know when the future landlord will receive the verification? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help. - S.R.

In early May, I was supposed to hear back from a relationship manager at Ocwen about extending my May [redacted] payment due to financial difficulties, but no one ever called. Despite my attempts to contact Ocwen in the last 10 days of May, all calls were automatically directed to a payment messaging service. I tried to make a payment on May 29, [redacted], but it was declined due to insufficient funds as a loan didn't process in time. When reaching out to PHH Mortgage, who were taking over Ocwen files on June 1, they couldn't assist due to incomplete file transfers. I have since made a payment to PHH, but the unresolved issue with Ocwen may impact my credit history negatively. It's unclear if the payment extension was honored by Ocwen, as communication has been disrupted during the transition to PHH Mortgage. PHH currently has no record of the extension, and all calls to Ocwen are now redirected to PHH.

I am experiencing issues with making a Western Union Speed Pay for my mortgage payment due on June 6, [redacted]. Since the merger with PHH, the system is not recognizing my financial information. Despite multiple attempts using different numbers, the payment is not going through. I have always used the Western Speed Pay service without any problems before. As a result, I will contact PHH/Ocwen Mortgage tomorrow to make the payment over the phone with a representative. My name is Thomas Moose, and I reside at [redacted] Church Road, Milford, NJ [redacted]. I plan to call and make the payment on June 17, [redacted], in the morning. Thank you.

Subject: Regarding Legal Actions on Property at 5S655 Bliss Rd., Sugar Grove, IL
Dear Attorneys representing DBTC, OneWest, and Ocwen,
I am writing to address the current legal actions concerning the property at 5S655 Bliss Rd., Sugar Grove, IL. Due to health challenges impacting my wife, we are at a critical juncture and need your assistance in making informed decisions regarding potential actions moving forward.
Two of the reviewing law firms acknowledge the survivability of certain counts in the current case and suggest the possibility of refiling with Ocwen included in the complaint for better chances of success. Meanwhile, other legal options, such as Quiet title action or bankruptcy filings, are also under consideration.
In light of these considerations, we are open to ending all judicial actions by vacating the property under a mutually agreed monetary offer (cash for keys) by the end of October [redacted], provided there are no new legal actions initiated.
Your prompt response within 10 days will be appreciated as we evaluate our next steps.
Sincerely,
The Kamperman family

Subject: PHH Loan # [redacted]
We received a dated letter on 1/10/[redacted] from OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC regarding a "Temporary Repayment Plan" but were not provided with a clear explanation for the necessity of the plan. Despite our confusion, we followed the terms outlined in the agreement as instructed.
Now, we are seeking a detailed explanation from OCWEN regarding the reasons behind initiating the "Repayment Plan". Despite our efforts to gather information from PHH, we have faced challenges in receiving a satisfactory response.
Upon reviewing the timeline, we are unable to identify the issue that resulted in the requirement for the Repayment plan. We believe there may be a possibility of a refund based on further examination of the situation.
Thank you for your assistance.

I am facing challenges with Ocwen regarding an insurance check for repairs I completed at my house. Despite me paying for all the repairs and materials, Ocwen is holding the check due to my ex-husband's involvement in the title, even though he did not contribute financially to the repairs. After a divorce where I was awarded the house, I am unable to communicate with Ocwen as my ex-husband is the only one authorized on the account. I am seeking advice on how to handle this situation without involving a lawyer.

I signed up Larry Green as an Ocwen (New Rez) customer for the online portal. While the registration was successful, the portal is not working. It displays a message saying "your account is limiting access," but there are no responses to my calls or emails. I only received one no-reply email stating the entered information was incorrect, even though the registered account says "hello Larry" and lists the loan number. Dealing with Ocwen has been a complete nightmare. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have resolved mortgage account number: [redacted] located at [redacted] Shady Lane, Shady Shores, Texas [redacted] with GMAC. I received a confirmation letter dated 07-30-10 for paying off the mortgage and an email from GMAC 1st Mortgage Servicing on 10-26-10, indicating that the Deed of Reconveyance and Satisfaction of Mortgage should have been sent to my address and recorded at the County Recorder's office by 05-07-10. Unfortunately, I never received these documents, and upon checking with the Denton County Courthouse, they confirmed not receiving or filing them. I did find the original Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien from [redacted]. To secure my property ownership for potential sale or transfer to beneficiaries, I kindly request all relevant documents from your records to address this matter.

I would like to express my appreciation for your attention. I possess a mortgage satisfaction letter from Ocwen dated [redacted]. Regrettably, the letter has not been officially registered in the courts during my current home refinancing process. Urgent assistance from Ocwen is necessary. They provided me with a fax number and an email address: [redacted] I am hopeful they can expedite this process; otherwise, I risk losing my deal. Despite my efforts to contact them, the new company PHH has no record of my account, citing it as an old account. This situation has left me feeling desperate. I require a legally recorded document, similar to the satisfaction letter they sent in [redacted], or at the very least, a statement outlining how they plan to resolve this matter.

I have received five letters from PHH Mortgage this past week claiming I changed my bank information, which I have not. They are stating my account is overdue, but I paid it on 2/23/[redacted] through my current bank. The amount they say is due is over a year old. They are threatening that if my payment is rejected again, I will have to pay 6 months in advance. I have tried calling all the provided numbers for PHH Mortgage, but I keep reaching the same two unhelpful women who cannot explain why my bank information was supposedly changed or where they got the incorrect payment information from. The first time I called, a foreign answering service answered. These same two women handle calls for both PHH and Ocwen. I have been unable to speak to anyone with a higher education level for a week, and I am considering hiring an attorney.
