I have always been a dedicated Nintendo gamer, owning every system they have made. However, I recently decided to give Microsoft a try and bought a Nintendo Switch, which has left me feeling very disappointed. I purchased games like Donkey Kong Country Freeze and Super Mario Bros for the Wii U, only to find out that I have to pay high prices for the same games on the new Switch. I feel let down and cheated by Nintendo. The fact that games are more expensive on the Switch compared to other consoles like PS4 and Xbox One is pushing me to consider selling or returning the system. As a loyal Nintendo fan since the late 80s, this experience has made me think about switching to other gaming platforms. I believe I'm not alone in feeling this way, and it might be a reason why Nintendo is losing ground to PlayStation and Microsoft.

I need assistance with resetting my grandson's Switch. I initially wanted to set up the game system myself, but he went ahead and set it up on his own. Now, he can't remember the email, password, or ID he used. I'm attempting to download Fortnite, but I'm stuck. Is there a way to delete his setup and start fresh? Despite trying to change details like email addresses and passwords, I'm stuck in a loop of not knowing the required information. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the Nintendo Switch Fortnite Double Helix bundle for my son. Yesterday, I attempted to set it up using the Epic account details I had on hand. Unknowingly, my other son was already signed into that account on his PS4, which caused him to be logged out. I was not aware that the bonus items, such as the skin and V-Bucks, would be tied to the account rather than the Switch console. As a result, my son ended up with the skin on the PS4, and my other son did not receive anything. The V-Bucks seem to have vanished. This situation has left my 5-year-old extremely disappointed. Is there a way to reset the code, remove it from the current Epic account, and transfer it to the new account I had to create? My lack of understanding has caused this mix-up, and I feel awful about it.

I believe I may have wasted $60 on a game that is broken when it comes to playing online. I think the decision to ban players who disconnect is not ideal. I want to clarify that the issue is not on my end as my internet connection is stable. Many others seem to be facing the same problem based on what I have seen online. I hope there will be a patch to resolve this in the next few days; otherwise, I will seek a refund as I bought the game mainly for its online features. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jason Chad Kinsey. I live in Kingwood, Texas, in the northern part of Houston, Texas. I want to reach out to Nintendo regarding a glitch I found in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. In the game, there is a new glitch with Herald the blade's blade quest. After a cutscene, she goes berserk, and then players need to complete a merc mission called Herald Search. However, in my game, the mission requirements show needing seven blades instead of the usual six. Additionally, I was able to add blades below the required strength level. I believe Nintendo should address these issues with an update. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently purchased a new Nintendo Switch console and logged into my Nintendo account to play Splatoon 2. Despite knowing that cloud saves are not supported with Splatoon 2, I encountered an issue. When I launched the game, it prompted me to visit the eShop to purchase the DLC, even though I had already bought the Octo Expansion previously. I'm unable to re-download it since I had already purchased it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Nintendo, I purchased "Taiko no Tatsujin" for my Switch and was extremely disappointed after spending money on DLC, the game, and accessories. Everyone in my household was excited to play, but we encountered a significant delay while playing. We checked the Switch and monitor for issues, ensuring everything was in sync and even watched tutorials to troubleshoot, but the problem persisted. Additionally, there were fewer songs compared to the original version despite buying almost all the DLC. This has been a major letdown, and I am frustrated. I would appreciate a refund for the game and all the purchased DLCs.

I'm looking to buy a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I currently reside in Germany while he is planning to visit. I want to buy the controller from a local shop here, but I'm unsure if it will be compatible with his American Switch and if it includes everything needed for charging. I have purchased joy-cons before with no problems, but the higher price of the pro controller makes me anxious about any potential compatibility issues. Can I still buy the pro controller locally and ensure it will work with his system?

In late January and again in early February, I reached out to Nintendo customer service via email to inquire about registering my Super Smash Ultimate game and obtaining a Piranha Plant DLC code. Despite registering my game within the specified period, I did not receive the code. I have not received a response via email and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with a representative. I am eager to receive the code so I can enjoy playing as Piranha Plant.

Hello, I'm Jackson K., an 11-year-old Nintendo fan who enjoys playing on the Nintendo Switch. I've been a fan of classic games like Super Mario Bros and Metroid, as well as newer titles like New Super Mario Bros U. I'm eagerly looking forward to upcoming releases like Mario Maker 2 in June. However, I've noticed that there hasn't been a sequel to Mario Galaxy 2, which I had hoped for in [redacted]. I love all of Nintendo's games, but a sequel to Mario Galaxy 2 would make me even happier. If possible, could you share any information about the potential release of Mario Galaxy 3 on the Switch or Wii/Wii U? Thank you for your time, and if this message should be directed elsewhere, please kindly forward it to the appropriate contact. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Nintendo customer service. My Nintendo Switch suddenly stopped working, and after speaking with the helpful customer service representative, I am now sending it in for repair. The issue arises from the recent system update that can damage the device when using a different charger. While I understand the need to prevent misuse, it is challenging for users like me who cannot afford a new dock and charger. I have been a loyal Nintendo customer since the release of the system. Despite some minor issues like the card reader problem, I genuinely enjoy my Switch and have invested a lot in it, given its positive impact on my medical condition. The situation has caused me significant anxiety, but the support from customer service has been reassuring. I hope Nintendo considers better communication in the future to avoid such incidents, as it feels like a letdown to dedicated customers like myself. I look forward to hearing from the company to feel reassured about their commitment to customers going forward.

I need help transferring data from my broken New 3DS XL to a new 2DS XL. After attempting repairs on the New 3DS XL by replacing buttons and soldering a new charging port, I damaged a crucial component, and now it is unresponsive. When I press the power button, the red light flashes, and the speaker emits a brief pop noise. Since I cannot repair it further, I am seeking assistance with transferring the data. Any guidance you can provide would be highly valued. Thank you.

I encountered an issue when trying to make a payment on my Nintendo Switch. The first attempt failed, prompting me to recheck my details. Even after retyping my information, I faced the same problem. Although the transaction did not seem successful, $[redacted] was deducted from my account. In an attempt to resolve this, I restarted my console, but my funds remained at $2.97. I am now seeking assistance to obtain a refund for the amount I appear to have lost.

Dear Nintendo team, I am a graduate student from China and a loyal fan. I currently own a Nintendo Switch, which I enjoy, but I am also a fan of the Persona series. Persona 5 is only available on PlayStation, and although I considered getting a PS4 in the past, I chose the Switch for titles like Zelda and Mario. I recently learned that Joker from Persona 5 is joining Super Smash Bros, hinting at a collaboration with ATLUS. I'm intrigued if this means Persona 5 could come to Switch. As I am moving and now have a TV, I am contemplating buying a PS4 to play Persona 5, but if there's a chance it will come to Switch, I would rather wait for a portable version. Please let me know if Persona 5 will be on Switch as it would influence my decision on getting a PS4 or adopting a cat. I look forward to your response via my contact email linked to my Nintendo Account. Best Regards, Your enthusiastic fan

I am experiencing difficulties connecting my Nintendo Switch to the television. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as changing the stand, rebooting the console, using alternate HDMI cables, connecting to a different TV, and switching HDMI ports, yet the issue persists. Upon powering the switch on, the green indicator light illuminates, but the TV does not display any signal. It seems that the problem may lie within the Nintendo Switch console. I would be grateful for any assistance you can offer.

I have an idea for a 3D Mario game that starts with Mario chasing down Bowser's airship. In this game concept, Mario gains powers from the fire flower, a super star, and the ability to place a trampoline after jumping. When Mario confronts Bowser, who has just attacked the Mushroom Kingdom with minions, he loses the battle. Bowser then summons a magikoopa and says to Mario, "Today is your lucky day Mario, you're going back to your roots!" The magikoopa's spell transforms the entire Mushroom Kingdom back into an 8-bit form, but Mario retains all his power-ups from various games, such as the cat bell and boomerang, scattered throughout the kingdom.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch back in April and overall had no issues with it until recently. Whenever I connect it to any HDMI port on my TV, the port seems to short out. I have tried plugging the Switch into different ports, and the same issue occurs only with the one it's connected to. Oddly, if I perform a factory reset on my TV, all ports work perfectly again. This problem only seems to happen with the Switch and not with my other devices like the Amazon Fire Stick or PS4, which work fine on all HDMI ports without any problems. I've swapped devices around, and it's consistently the port the Switch is connected to that malfunctions. I'm puzzled if it's a Nintendo problem or an issue with my LG TV. Just to note, I have the Switch plugged directly into a power outlet for power.

Hello, I am Heather Kraus, and I have discovered a bug beneath the top screen of my 3DSXL. The bug is not under the screen protector but under the actual top screen. It is affecting my ability to enjoy my 3DSXL as the bug has died right in the middle of the screen. I believe this should not have happened, and it may be a defect. I kindly request Nintendo to either repair or replace the screen to eliminate the bug and restore my device to normal. I am eager to continue enjoying my games on the 3DSXL. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Heather Kraus

Subject: Request for Information on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sequel Hello Nintendo, Shuntaro Furukawa, and Doug Bowser, I hope this message finds you well. Firstly, I would like to extend my congratulations to Doug on his new role as president of Nintendo and to Shuntaro for the development of the Switch Lite. I am writing to kindly request information regarding the release date of the upcoming sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It would greatly benefit fans, especially younger Switch owners, to have an estimated release date to plan for purchasing the game either as a personal expense or as a potential gift for special occasions like birthdays or Christmas. Additionally, it would be wonderful if you could consider releasing another teaser video to keep fans excited. These are just suggestions from a dedicated gamer, and I believe many others share my sentiments. Warm regards, Joshua Ward
