I purchased two Ninja blenders recently, one from Costco and the other from Walmart. Unfortunately, after a brief period, both models started leaking due to cracks in the plastic reservoirs. I am disappointed in the product's quality, especially after hearing so many positive reviews about Ninja. I have pictures of the cracks in both blenders and hope this issue is not a common one. Returning two blenders has been inconvenient, and I hope I won't have to do it again. I would appreciate it if the company could send me one of their top blenders as a replacement. I recently purchased the Ninja Blender BL480D and was disappointed to find that it did not include the 32 oz container as advertised. I rely on this specific model to easily prepare meals for my disabled veteran husband, so this missing component is a letdown. Despite this, I have been a loyal customer of Ninja products, including the Foodi, the Ultimate Blender, the Coffee Center, and the grill. It is disheartening that the description claimed the blender came with three containers when it did not. I purchased the item at the Navy Exchange in Jacksonville, where the pricing differed from other retailers like Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, who offered the blender with the 32 oz container at a lower price. The $10 price difference was justified by supporting veterans, but it now seems like I overpaid. I kindly request that Ninja provide me with the 32 oz cup that was promised. I purchased the Ninja Grill from ninjagriller.com on November 30th. However, I have not received an email confirming my order or a tracking number. I have tried contacting them three times through their website with no response. I am starting to think that I might have been scammed. Should I dispute the credit card charge to get a refund or should I continue to wait? I am feeling very frustrated and would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Subject: Issues with BL810-30 Unit Hello Customer Services, I am reaching out regarding my mother's BL810-30 unit. There seems to be an issue with the top blade. I believe that the top of the blade (black lock-in piece) is supposed to lock into the top of the pitcher to support it during operation. However, I am unsure if the lock-in part in the lid is supposed to spin when in use. Currently, when I tried it on a short burst, it was causing damage to the gear. My mother had a conversation with someone from your company who offered a new top blade for half the price, but she reacted unpleasantly. She is 82 years old and can have difficult moments. I am attempting to assist her in resolving this matter as she uses the unit to make smoothies, which she greatly enjoys. Could you please advise me on the necessary steps to address this issue?

I misplaced the instruction booklet for my Ninja "Storm" food chopper that I got from HSN a while back. I recently tried to clean it but couldn't put it back together without the manual. I am quite disappointed with the defective Coffee Bar you replaced as the CF09732CF4 model is not under warranty since the original warranty was from [redacted]. It is frustrating, especially since it was a new item from your company. Despite many complaints about this unit being defective, I hope to resolve this matter without adding to the negativity. I have recommended this coffee maker to friends, only to receive a faulty one myself. It is unfair that I cannot afford to purchase another $[redacted].00 coffee maker. The one-year warranty is not a rigid rule; adjustments can be made. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I own a Ninja small food processor. When I was cleaning it after making frozen drinks, I discovered black mold under the rubber part of the lid. Despite my efforts to clean it thoroughly, this mold has made the appliance unusable for me. I always soak the lid after each use, but there seems to be no way to fully clean it due to the design. This experience has left me feeling disgusted, especially considering we consumed drinks made with this contaminated lid. I had been considering buying a larger blender from Ninja, but now I am hesitant. It's frustrating to have to discard an otherwise perfectly functional machine due to this issue. I hope Ninja addresses this problem in their products to prevent other customers from facing a similar situation. - Cindy

I purchased the Ninja Foodi on 3/14/20 from our local Bed, Bath, & Beyond store. I have used it to make a single smoothie 3-4 times per week, using chunks of fruit, spinach, and nuts with water. Unfortunately, in late January, the motor started failing, eventually only working on Low speed with a burnt smell and smoke. For safety, I have stopped using it altogether. Considering the price and quality reputation of Ninja, I expected it to last longer than 10 ½ months of light use. Despite receiving two replacement pitchers (Model #404KKU641), they do not lock into place correctly, causing a concern. I am facing an issue with my Ninja blender canister cracking for the third time. This is the third canister that has broken within two years. I am a 66-year-old disabled individual who solely uses the Ninja for making liquid soups and smoothies to aid in my eating. Despite my gentle usage, the canisters keep failing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a disrespectful response, insinuating that I can afford a new unit. This treatment is unacceptable. I am seeking compensation for the money spent on replacements. A free replacement or significantly discounted canister would be appropriate at this point. The refusal of the customer service agent to escalate my call further exacerbated the situation. With a history of four broken canisters, I am extremely disappointed. The situation is untenable as I rely on this equipment for my meals. It is imperative for the company to rectify this and provide a suitable solution.

While it makes great coffee, it started leaking water from the water reservoir after just 2 weeks of use. This is disappointing considering the cost of the product. Please address this issue. I bought this product on Amazon and received it on July 10, [redacted]. I have only used it a few times, but each time an error message appears on the blender, and it stays until I unplug and plug it back in. I have tested it on different outlets. I have read the manual, and I previously had a Ninja blender for years without any issues. Also, the numbers on the display seem to flicker instead of being steady. This worries me as it may pose a safety risk.

Hello everyone, I would like to request a resend of my previous message dated 11-10 regarding a material defect on the ceramic-coated pot (Nonstick, PTFE/PFOA free) of the Ninja Foodie unit purchased under model # OS305CCO/6.15L 10in1. The attached images (1 & 2) show the pot is fading and stained, with the coating blistering at the bottom, despite only being used for less than three months. We take great care of our kitchen items, and this issue seems to be a product defect. Can someone assist us with this matter? Thanks, Albert A.

I purchased a 5-quart Ninja Foodi pressure cooker from Target on 10/15/21. Despite using it less than a dozen times, the appliance is now displaying an error 4 and not functioning correctly. I attempted to find solutions online without success. Yesterday, I reached out to Ninja Shark for assistance. However, the call came in early, and despite being transferred between departments, the call abruptly disconnected after a lengthy hold time. I am frustrated by this experience and expect better service from a company with $1.6 billion in revenue. My registered product requires either a full replacement or a refund. I am having issues with my Ninja coffee maker and have been dealing with multiple customer service representatives without a resolution. The coffee maker does not brew finely ground coffee, and I am dissatisfied with the lack of support to fix it. I am frustrated as I cannot use espresso or finely ground fresh beans, just medium ground cheap coffee like Folgers. I purchased the model CF080Q69 for $80 at Bed Bath and Beyond, and it no longer heats the water properly, affecting its performance. I would like guidance on whether I should exchange it at Walmart for a different model that can accommodate fine ground or whole bean coffee. Any assistance would be appreciated. I received an unexpected Ninja Air fryer in the mail. It arrived without a return address, receipt, order number, or gift note. I've checked with my friends and family, and none of them sent it. I received a call two days ago informing me that my parcel has arrived at the Ninja Van office branch in Passi City and is scheduled for delivery. I reached out to the seller to locate the manufacture date of the tires and got a response this morning. When I called the Passi City office to ask about the manufacture date, a person named Cherry May handled my call. However, I found her explanation about the return policy to be unprofessional and rude. I was simply asking for them to check the date of manufacture, as I haven't received the item yet. I expect better customer service from Cherry May or the office staff at Ninja Van in Passi City. The item is ready for delivery, and all I ask is to ensure the date is correct before sending it to me. I am eager to receive the tires I ordered, but I also need to verify their manufacture date.
