1. Despite publishing my new Custom NING theme, it keeps reverting back to the old theme intermittently.
2. The option to export member's csv data from my social site manager should trigger an email notification with the data, but no email has been received for days, weeks, or even months.
3. Administrators encounter various "A problem has occurred" errors when trying to save changes to web pages, forms, groups, blogs, and other pages on their Social Site Managers.
4. The publish/edit button on blog, forms, groups, and blog posts pages does not promptly publish content, requiring multiple clicks to update information on the NING Network.
5. Both new and old users are experiencing sign-in/sign-up issues. New users are not receiving email verifications for password activation and are redirected to the sign-in page after login attempts. Old users do not receive email verifications to reset passwords after using the "forgot your password?" process.
I have reached out to NING support through tickets and calls, but despite them escalating the issue to their engineers, there has been no update or resolution. It is disheartening to feel like my concerns are not a top priority for them.

Subject: Help Needed to Recover My Ning Page
Hello, I am reaching out regarding my page titled "[redacted] THE WORLD (time?) DOES NOT END: IT TRANSFORMS" created on Ning when it was a free service.
It seems that Ning transitioned to a paid service, and I missed managing this transition. Subsequently, my page vanished, and I was unable to access the research I had compiled there.
At that time, I struggled to reach out to your support and could not resolve the payment issue. I have been longing to retrieve my work and the time invested in it.
Could you assist me in recovering my page, please? Also, I would appreciate information on the current pricing of your service to catch up on payments.
