I submitted an amended [redacted] NJ income tax form in March to rectify an error on my original return, entitling me to additional funds. I was assigned a Case Number upon submitting the correction. Despite reaching out via email in mid-May about the status of my corrected return, the state did not respond within the promised 15-day timeframe. Subsequent follow-up emails on June 9th and July 5th also went unanswered. I have been awaiting resolution for almost 4 months without any updates or the additional money owed to me. The Taxation Division's phone lines only direct to automated messages, leaving no option to speak with a live representative. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially considering the improved circumstances post-pandemic. I seek prompt attention to this matter.

I have not received my [redacted] NJ tax return. Sadly, I lost my father to Covid that year, and I believe I received a request from the state for more information. I claimed the EITC, and while the online notice is labeled new, I can't find the original notice or my DLN number. I am unsure if I should upload the documents or mail them. I am uncertain about the correct PO Box to send the information to as one PO Box mentioned online is only for mailing, not uploading. I have all the required documents, but I want to ensure everything is complete, and I need the DLN number. Please call me back at [redacted]. Thank you, Heather Sullivan.
