I am Andrea Figueroa, a recipient of unemployment benefits, and I have not received more than half of my entitled payments. I am requesting retroactive payments of $[redacted] for the weeks that were missed from both of my open claims. I currently only receive income from my part-time position at Reno Media Group and I am owed money from the full-time position I lost at J&J Technical Group. The total payout each week should include both the $56 claim and the $[redacted] claim from each job I lost.
Despite being assured by phone on three occasions in the past month that a supervisor would address and resolve this issue promptly, I have not received any updates or payments. I urgently need the missed payments from my job at J&J Technical retroactively from 1/14/[redacted] to 4/20/[redacted] to cover essential expenses. I request direct access to a supervisor or an immediate disbursement of the owed funds as this delay has lasted too long with no communication despite promises from the claims department.
