Dear Name Registrar of www.turningpointtechnology.com, I am William Kloss, and my customer number is [redacted]8. I purchased an organization SSL for my website two months ago and submitted the completed Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to you. After uploading the files based on the CSR, I have been trying to activate the SSL without success. I have been corresponding with Hostgator's Windows administrators, and they provided instructions regarding reissuing the certificate. They mentioned creating a CSR/RSA pair, linking the SSL to the RSA, and the need for proper connection security. I have attached the CSR as advised by Hostgator. Following their guidance, I need to acquire the reissued certificate to proceed with SSL installation. Kindly assist me in completing this SSL acquisition process. Thank you, William Kloss

Hello, I am seeking assistance in understanding and resolving an issue. My company purchased two websites through your platform, www.elev8lodging.com and www.mspapartment.com. Our intention was to acquire only the two sites as our website work is handled by another vendor. We have received emails from Network Solutions indicating additional steps were required to finalize the transaction. After following the instructions, we are now receiving invoices for amounts exceeding the original purchase price of the two websites. As I am not well-versed in IT matters, I mistakenly believed I was only buying the websites and apologize for any confusion. I kindly request that you adjust our account to accurately reflect the purchase of the two websites only. Hello, I am requesting to transfer my domain, garrobostyle.com, to another host. The admin informed me that the domain cannot be separated from other domains, texops.com and wear-it-to-heart.com, which he manages. Therefore, he suggested I move it to a different hosting service. I have the authorization code to proceed with the transfer. Since Saturday, all emails using my garrobostyle.com address have stopped, and senders receive a message stating that [redacted] is non-existent. This situation is negatively impacting my business. The new host has asked if there are any unresolved services with your company related to the domain. Could you please confirm if there are any outstanding services linked to garrobostyle.com? Hello, We recently moved our domain and email hosting from Network Solutions to Enom. We would like to use Enom as our email provider as well for simplicity. Enom informed me that our email host is worldnic, and they mentioned using the correct MX record for the domain name with the current DNS servers at WorldNIC. According to Enom, the DNS server settings show ns15.worldnic.com and ns16.worldnic.com as Name server 1 and 2. I tried to find help on worldnic.com but had no luck. In a Q&A, I read that WorldNIC is Network Solutions. As I am not tech-savvy and unfamiliar with MX records, I am reaching out to get assistance as Enom Support mentioned that this task needs to be done by you. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I recently received an email regarding a renewal due on October 30, [redacted]. When I logged into my account at street-ministry.org, I changed the auto-renew to OFF but couldn't locate the amount due. Instead, I received a message stating that order #[redacted] was in process, which I did not authorize and am unsure about. I tried calling and chatting for assistance but wasn't able to reach anyone. I have been a long-time user and am facing difficulties with checking my site stats and updating my website. Upon reviewing my payment history, I noticed attempts to charge my outdated credit card, which I did not authorize for auto-pay. Could you please specify the reason for the legal lock on each domain name? 2. In case the legal lock cannot be removed, is it possible to transfer the domain to a third party in Mexico? 3. Are there any specific administrative procedures required to show that the domain names have been legally transferred to SECTUR? 5. What is the process to change the account administrator's name? 6. I need assistance resetting my email password due to spam. I'm unsure if I reset my Network Solutions or webmail password. I believe it's the Network Solutions one as the new password isn't working in my Mac mail settings. This may be connected to ticket number [redacted]5 from June, which I thought was resolved. I recently found an email I sent in June to Network Solutions outlining my issue with outdated email addresses tied to my account and name changes over the years. I am experiencing issues with one of my email accounts on Thunderbird for Mac desktop. The error message states: "Sending of password for user [redacted] did not succeed. Mail server mail.vidnet.net responded: authorization failed." When trying to log in to webmail1.networksolutionsemail.com, I receive the message: "The user name or password is incorrect (LGI-[redacted])" using the same credentials. The same problem occurs when attempting to access the account via web2mail.com. Even after a procedure on my accounts was supposed to fix the problem, there has been no change in the error messages. I am considering resetting the password to see if that resolves the issue.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Network Solutions account because the previous account holder left the company years ago and their email has been deleted. I am unable to retrieve the password through their email. Can you please guide me on how to change the login ID/password in order to update a new name server? Could you let me know if I have to handle this change online or if Network Solutions can update it for me from their end? As the webmaster of www.verseinthebible.org hosted by Register.com, I encounter an issue accessing my webmail via www.register.com. Despite providing my login ID and password, the site does not recognize my email address "[redacted]" when attempting to log in. I was on hold for over 2 ½ hours. The last person I spoke with promised a call back today, May 5, [redacted]. However, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now, and the estimated wait time has been showing as 8 minutes for the past half an hour. If I cannot resolve this issue today, I will transfer my domain name to another company. My contact number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]

Hello, my name is Crys. I would like to apologize for any language errors in advance. I am having trouble adding my network solution email ([redacted]) to my Gmail account, which was successful. However, when I attempt to add my other account ([redacted]), I encounter the error message "Authentication failed. Please check your username/password. Server returned error: "[redacted] authentication failed (5.7.1), code: [redacted]." Here are my settings: SMTP Server: mail4.hostingplatform.com Username: [redacted] Secured connection using TLS PORT: [redacted] I am certain that I am entering the correct username and password since I have tried multiple times. Upon reviewing my accounts, I have noticed that my rightsbank account has the Professional Email Plus and Private Registration, while my boxgenius services include Domain Expiration Protection, Domain Name, and a Web hosting package. Could the issue be related to the package difference between boxgenius.com and rightsbank.com? Additionally, how can I access the Professional Email Plus for my boxgenius account? Hello, I'm not very tech-savvy when it comes to computers, but we have been using Network Solutions since [redacted]. My late brother spent hours setting up our email account back then. I need help with a password problem in Outlook, my chosen email platform. Upon opening Outlook, a box labeled "Internet Email - my name" appears, requesting a password for the pre-filled server and username information. I have attempted various passwords without success. This setup was configured when Outlook was first installed a few years back, and I cannot recall the password used. I am upset that I have been charged without my authorization, and I am currently lodging a complaint regarding this issue. The situation where I was not notified and the unilateral action taken has left me feeling defenseless. Despite my attempts to reach out via telephone, I have not received any responses throughout [redacted] and [redacted]. I demand an immediate and full refund of my money. Since last year, I have been unable to use the @trinium.tv emails as I have no access. I have been trying to resolve this matter through calls since [redacted] to no avail. I am extremely frustrated as I have been charged without my authorization. I am currently addressing this issue which happened without any prior notification on your end. Despite attempting to contact various phone numbers, I have been unable to reach anyone in [redacted] and [redacted]. I am insisting on a full refund promptly. I have been unable to use the @trinium.tv emails since last year due to lack of access, and despite my efforts to reach out via phone since [redacted], I have not received any resolution.

I am facing an issue with my Network Solutions email account. When trying to access my email, I received an error message (0x800CCC1A) regarding the connection encryption type. I am unable to log in because I have forgotten my User Name and Password. Network Solutions suggested sending new details via email, which is not helpful as I cannot receive emails. I attempted to contact their helpline at 1-[redacted], but was unsuccessful. Another helpline I tried had a recorded message stating restrictions on calls, preventing me from getting assistance.
