Note to Hasbro:
To whom it may concern at Hasbro, I wanted to share a concern I have regarding Nerf, one of your popular products. Most kids' letters you receive about Nerf probably include requests like "I want a new Gatling gun that..." or "I wish you would make a new dart that..." My message is a bit different. I used to enjoy Nerf guns, finding them fun, colorful, and detailed. However, I've become more aware of their impact on the environment. The excessive plastic and foam used in these toys bother me. I've vowed not to purchase Nerf guns anymore, except for one occasion. I wish there was a more eco-friendly option. Hasbro, please consider sustainability in your production. Whether it's using recycled materials, alternative darts made from paper or cotton, or creating a nature-themed line, please show environmental responsibility. I believe there are many ways you can regain my trust. Thank you.

I purchased three ultra white Nerf guns for my grandsons for Christmas. Unfortunately, all three guns stopped working within 45 minutes of use despite trying new batteries. We returned two for a refund but kept the third one, which also malfunctioned on its first use this weekend despite new batteries. We are disappointed in the product and the letdown it caused the boys. We discarded the box for the third gun, so returning it to the store is not an option. A $50 investment in each toy should not result in non-functioning guns. I hope for your assistance in getting a refund. Thank you. Best regards, Pam S.

I bought 2 Nerf Ultra Pharaoh Bolt Action Toy Blasters with Limited Edition Gold Darts and 2 Nerf Ultra One Motorized Blasters, but I am disappointed with their performance. The motorized blasters work better, but the bolt action ones frequently jam. The orange rubber tips on the darts keep falling off, leading to them getting stuck in the barrel.
For the amount I spent on these 4 items, I expected better performance. I got them for my kids, but they can't enjoy them because of the constant dart jams. It's frustrating and takes away the fun.
I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to address these issues, as I am not satisfied with these products.

I am the owner of a Nerf N-Strike Trilogy blaster, and I truly enjoy the reloading system and how the ammunition shells easily fall out when reloading. I wish to acquire more of these 3-dart shells specifically for my blaster. I have noticed that there are no packages available that solely contain these shells, which has left me curious. I am interested in purchasing more shells for added enjoyment without having to buy another blaster that includes them. I am wondering why your company sells blasters with the shells but does not offer a separate package with just the shells included. I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this matter. Thank you, and I hope you have a wonderful day.

I have a suggestion instead of a question. My 15-year-old son has the mindset of a 3-year-old and loves Nerf guns, but he struggles with pulling back the piece to shoot them. Even as an adult, I find it difficult at times. It's heartbreaking to see him unable to play with his cousins. Could you please consider designing a Nerf gun that is easier to use? One that only requires loading without any additional actions to shoot, similar to cap guns. I want him to enjoy playing with his cousins without feeling discouraged. Please think about helping children who may have different abilities. Thank you for your time. I hope to hear back from you. Sincerely, B. Childress

I am not certain if you currently host such events, but I think organizing "Nerf instead of 9's" could be a fantastic occasion to promote businesses and support high-crime neighborhoods. This event could bring the community together through a wide-ranging Nerf gun battle to raise donations for areas affected by gun violence in black communities. By allocating a significant portion of the event proceeds to non-profit organizations, it could not only generate revenue but also boost sales profits considerably.
