Hello, my name is Addison W. I am interested in discussing the Titanic. I don't believe it hit an iceberg, and I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to chat about it. I recently bought a Schwinn spin bike that came with delivery and set-up included. The website mentioned that I would receive a call within 3 days of shipping to schedule the installation, but I didn't hear from anyone. After struggling to reach customer service, a supervisor gave me the contact information of their third-party installation vendor. The vendor mentioned that their installers set their own schedules, and I would need to track them down to make an appointment. Having the installation service was a big reason why I chose to purchase from this company, and I assumed they would handle it, not leave it up to me to organize. Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to set up an appointment.
