Hello team, I would like to raise a concern regarding the haircut I received from stylist RUPA at Naturals Thiripur near Sir Sakthi Cinema. During the service, RUPA made inappropriate comments about my dandruff, implying it was severe and embarrassing. She even went as far as to suggest that my dandruff would spread to others, which was very unprofessional. RUPA also lazily recommended changing comb and pillow covers at home. This behavior from a stylist at Naturals is unacceptable, especially since I am a regular customer. The haircut itself was poorly done, and I left the salon without proper styling. I believe action should be taken regarding RUPA's behavior, as it reflects poorly on Naturals. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
