National Visa Center Customer Service Issues

When I try to access the NVC case page to input and upload documents, I encounter an error message stating that the server is unable to reach the target, and the shown target is tdcwozwcapp02.ca.state.sbu. This issue has occurred for the first time today while accessing two different cases on the NVC website. I suspect that the NVC pages may have been compromised for the "pay" buttons and the DS-[redacted] button links, as this problem has affected at least three separate cases for me today.

As the attorney for two U.S. Citizen children, I am concerned about their approved consular processing from June last year. I had printed their DS Confirmation pages which are essential for their immigration process. However, when attempting to check their cases recently, the DS-[redacted] forms and affidavit of support seem to have disappeared. I submitted a petition for my wife and our two children, ages 8 and 12, on November 13, [redacted].
