I have been a loyal user of Napster Music since they acquired Rhapsody, but have noticed a decline in their service. Recently, my carefully curated playlist stopped working. When I tried to select a song, the cursor would not respond correctly, leading to error messages about the inability to retrieve the song. A few days ago, my entire playlist, containing hundreds of songs, was erased. Despite my efforts to contact them via email, my messages kept bouncing back, and there is no phone number for support. As a professional vocalist who relies on these playlists for practice, I urgently need this issue resolved or I will have to consider canceling my subscription and disputing the August charges. Hello, I recently received a message regarding my lifetime subscription to Rhapsody, which I acquired through Metro PCS several years ago. Since Metro PCS was taken over by T-Mobile, I have been asked to update my payment information by 12/30/18. I wish to clarify that I would like to retain my lifetime subscription without any changes. I have been a Napster subscriber with Metro for years before it was transferred to your company. When the transfer happened, I mistakenly thought I needed to create a new account. However, my old account was still active with the email [redacted] and password Nd4qcMy. Consequently, I was unknowingly charged for both the new account under [redacted] and my old account. I would like to close the new account, receive a refund of the $10.00 fee to my checking account, and cancel the automatic payments. I will continue using my original account. I have been a member of Rhapsody for years before it transitioned to NAPSTER. However, I am unable to access the songs I downloaded with Rhapsody. Even though I am connected to the internet, the program indicates otherwise when I try to sign in. As Rhapsody is now part of Napster, I would like assistance in accessing my Rhapsody music in Napster. I hope for a swift resolution without any delays or excuses, as I simply want access to the music I enjoy. If Napster is not able to transfer my Rhapsody content, I would appreciate a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently noticed a charge of $10.65 on my card on June 21st, [redacted] from Napster, which I do not use. My name is Dawn Thompson, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Through my research, I discovered the email [redacted] associated with the charge, with the screen name displaying as chillfusion22413, which is unfamiliar to me. I did not authorize this transaction and I am still trying to understand its origin. I am requesting a refund of $10.65 for this charge and wish to cancel any further charges from Napster. The charge was made on card ending in [redacted], and I would like the refund to be credited back to that same card. I was surprised to find out that another creditor withdrew more money from my account than originally stated, leading to a disruption in my service due to nonpayment. After investigating, I discovered that the payment wasn't made. The person I had been communicating with directed me to tech support, where I suspect an additional charge of $14.99 per month was applied. I did not intend to sign up for this service and mistakenly provided my card details while trying to pay my bill. I simply want to ensure the payment of $14.99 per month is processed correctly and cancel the tech service subscription.

I cancelled my subscription with Napster last year and stopped being billed. However, this year I noticed Napster has started auto-drafting my account again, with charges in January and February. I checked both of my accounts and they appear canceled and closed, so I'm unsure which one is still being charged. The email addresses associated with my accounts are as follows. I want to ensure my accounts are permanently closed and removed from Napster's system. Additionally, I believe I am owed a refund for the charges made after I closed my accounts. Hello everyone,
I recently started using the NAPSTER service through my car, a BMW 1 series in France. My subscription is active until the end of January [redacted], courtesy of BMW's music service. While I have no issues with using the service in my car, I am interested in managing my account and music on a PC or Mac.
After receiving a request from the Napster software API on my PC to change the password, I am uncertain about why I need to adjust my account settings. I want to ensure that I am not being charged twice for the Napster service, especially since I am already covered through BMW in my car.

I am currently subscribed to Napster and pay a monthly fee for the service. I am encountering issues signing into my account as it is showing my old email address, [redacted], which has not been active for the past two years. Due to the recent snowstorm in Hot Springs, Arkansas, we were unable to purchase iTunes cards for the music app. The weather conditions were severe, with predictions of 4 to 5 inches of snow, possibly escalating to 8 inches the next day. The road conditions were unsafe, making it impossible for us to travel to the store. It would be greatly appreciated if a discount could be offered considering the extreme weather circumstances. We would like to request an extension for the activation of the iTunes card when the weather improves. Thank you and stay safe during this snowy weather.

Hello, since the new version was implemented, everything has become much less efficient. For the past three days, it has been impossible to listen, search, or even open the application. Please do your best to resolve these issues as soon as possible. I am seriously considering leaving Napster for new streaming platform adventures. Thank you sincerely.

I have a Napster account under the username [redacted] with password gulino6824. I encountered difficulties logging in as it required authorization, and when attempting to reset my password, I couldn't receive the authorization code since the linked email is outdated. Changing the email to my new one, [redacted], proved unsuccessful, leading me to create a new account and unintentionally losing my music library in the process. Seeking guidance in transitioning my original account to the new email [redacted] and discontinuing the new account created yesterday. Your assistance is appreciated.

I frequently use the Napster app while driving home in my car. Suddenly, the app stopped playing music, and when I attempted to open it again, I was prompted to log in. Despite entering my saved information, I was unable to log in. After attempting to reset my password, I encountered several errors, which have left me unable to access my account. It is frustrating to continue paying for a service that I am currently unable to use.
