I am a parent with two children who have nut allergies. I used to purchase your cookies regularly until recently. The packaging of your chewy chocolate chip and chewy Reese's cookies is very similar, except for a small picture of Reese's. This similarity could lead to dangerous mix-ups, as has tragically been reported in the news. For safety reasons, I have stopped buying your products. I have photographed the items in-store, and I am spreading the word on social media to encourage others to boycott until this packaging issue is rectified. I will persist in these efforts until the necessary changes are made. It is crucial for your company to prioritize these adjustments to avoid potential harm. Thank you. *Vicky Luvison

I couldn't find a better place to share this, and I want to express my sheer delight about the new Dark Chocolate Oreo cookie. It has surpassed my expectations and become my favorite treat in a long time. I find it incredibly addictive, and after introducing it to my friends and family, I can confidently say that they, fellow chocolate lovers, are just as enamored with this cookie. The smooth and divine chocolate flavor makes it a unique delight. Being a chocolate aficionado for 60 years, having tried brands like Godiva and See's, I hold high chocolate standards, and this cookie ranks among the top for me. It truly satisfies my chocolate cravings, scoring a perfect 12 out of 10. Choosing a Nabisco product is always a safe bet. Thank you.

Recently, I have noticed a consistent issue with the packs of Oreos I've purchased from the Food Lion in Garner, NC. Each packet seems to have missing cookies and an incorrect cream amount, despite being sealed. It's frustrating that this problem is only evident after opening the pack at home. When I raised this concern with customer service, they dismissed it by stating it was how the product was stocked.
It's clear that quality control is lacking in ensuring each pack is filled correctly. To resolve this, I propose that before sealing the packets, a quick check is done to ensure accuracy. By feeling the rows inside, it should be possible to detect any inconsistencies in the filling.
Even though I keep encountering this issue, I continue buying Oreos due to my love for them; the alternatives are simply not as satisfying. I urge the company to address this problem promptly.

I have been waiting for assistance all week, only to keep receiving emails asking if my issue is resolved. Despite clearly stating my problem and contact information multiple times, I am asked again for my number and how I want the issue resolved. I want a refund for the overly salty box of Wheat Thins that I cannot eat. I have the receipt, box, and the crackers. This situation is frustrating me.

Hello,
I am a huge fan of your product and buy Cream of Rice regularly as a professional bodybuilder. Lately, I have noticed an increase in black specks in the last 10 boxes I purchased, which is concerning because it is not something I have encountered before. Due to our frequent consumption, we do not have the receipts or boxes anymore. Receiving replacement coupons for these boxes would be greatly appreciated. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you for providing excellent customer service.
Sincerely,
Andrea Trippi

I absolutely adore your pistachio oreos thins! I can't seem to get enough of them since a friend introduced me to them postpartum. As a nursing mom, my appetite is always on overdrive, and these cookies are a lifesaver. They are truly incredible! I devoured a whole pack in less than two days. I believe you should consider offering them in regular and double stuffed sizes because they are reminiscent of the pistachio-flavored custard from a beloved hometown custard shop from my childhood summers. They evoke such nostalgic and fantastic memories. In my opinion, they are the best cookies ever! Thank you for producing such a fantastic product!

I purchased 2 packs of Chips Ahoy Chunky Road Chocolate Chip cookies and unfortunately, one pack is burnt with a brownish color/texture on all the cookies, making them inedible. I am a big fan of these cookies and disappointed in the quality of this packet. It seems like they were overcooked. It's disheartening to spend money on a product that doesn't meet expectations. This experience has made me hesitant to buy chocolate chip cookies again. I kindly request a replacement pack of Chunky Road Chocolate Chip cookies with the original taste. Thank you, I await your response.

I am reaching out regarding a concerning experience with a purchase of Nabisco Cheese Nips from a Vons store at [redacted] Ximeno Avenue, Long Beach, California.
Typically, I have been excited about Vons carrying Cheese Nips as I prefer them over Cheese It's. On June 29th, my daughter bought a box of Cheese Nips for me. Today, upon opening it, I observed that it was an older version as the inner packaging had transitioned from silver to clear plastic. The box had a date of 16OCT198011, indicating it was nearly 39 years old. I examined the contents and found them to be noticeably old. I have reached out to Vons about this issue, questioning how such an old box ended up in their inventory. This experience has made me more cautious about checking expiration dates on products.
I have attached photos for reference. I urge for a review of product stock to prevent any potential health risks associated with expired items being sold. The safety of consumers, especially children, is paramount in situations like this.

Today, while grocery shopping after a trip to Indiana due to my grandmother's passing, I picked up some chocolate Oreos for a sweet treat. Excited to enjoy them later, I found upon opening the package that there were empty spaces in each row, raising concerns about tampering. This led to worries about safety and disappointment in the experience. Unsure of how to address the situation without a receipt and fearing judgment for returning them, I began carefully inspecting each cookie, detracting from the joy of indulging in them. Despite the issue, I still hold a love for Oreos but am left unsettled by this unusual occurrence. It would have been helpful to share a photo to illustrate the concern better.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to share an experience my family had recently. We purchased a single bag of Ritz Toasted Chips Sour Cream & Onion from our local Walmart in July. When I opened the bag, it was very stale and outdated, with an expiration date of March 20th, which was almost four months prior to our purchase.
I understand that this issue is not with the product itself but likely due to the store selling an expired bag. Unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt to go back and request a replacement. As loyal customers who enjoy Ritz flavored snacks, we are hopeful that we can somehow receive a replacement bag for customer satisfaction.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best, The Steven's Family

Hello, our family adores Chips Ahoy cookies! My grandmother especially enjoys the Choco Chips Ahoy variety. These are chocolate cookies loaded with chocolate chips. Lately, we've been having difficulty finding them in local stores or even online. Do you have any insight on why these particular cookies are no longer available? Thankfully, my aunt discovered another favorite from your Chip Ahoy Thins selection – the double chocolate thins, which remind us of Chocos but thinner. She found them at a Walmart, but I've had no luck spotting them locally. Could you shed light on why they are also challenging to find? Could it be related to production costs or the price of chocolate? Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated since my grandma truly enjoys these cookies. Any clarification would be wonderful!

Hello. I have a few inquiries about Oreo flavors. Do springtime Oreos release annually? Could you create Golden Peep Oreos with both pink and purple fillings? I enjoy both colors and would like to see them both available. Will the Swedish Fish and Mood Oreos return? Also, have you considered making a SpongeBob Oreo? If a desired flavor is not available in stores, how can it be obtained? Can Oreos be purchased online, and what is the pricing? Please bring back Double Stuf Oreos. Resolving these questions would be appreciated.
I really enjoyed the Rice Krispie Oreos. Although requesting a surprise flavor pack might not be ideal, I would love for new flavors like Lucky Charms Oreos to be introduced.
I have a great fondness for Oreos!

I typically go through 2 to 2 1/2 large bags of your Lifesaver Wint-O-Green lifesavers (2lbs. 9oz. / 41oz.) each month for the last 4 to 5 years. This is the first time I've been disappointed with the contents of the bag. There were numerous wrappers stuck together, many mints were broken, and some were unwrapped inside the bag. I'm unsure of the cause but wanted to bring it to your attention. Each bag is quite pricey at $7 to $8. I hope this was a one-time occurrence as I love these mints. Thank you for addressing this issue. - Jessie Ciampi

I recently purchased a package of Wheat Thins that you make, the 9.7 oz box. I was under the impression that this product, which you have been producing since [redacted], would be the same as it was years ago. However, upon reading the fine print on the packaging, I noticed it is labeled as "Produced with Genetic Engineering," which was not the case back in [redacted] when the product was first introduced. I am disappointed to have discovered this, as I do not support genetically modified products. I have consumed half of the box already and only noticed this detail when I put on my glasses to read the packaging closely. I feel misled by the term "original" used on the box when it contains genetically modified ingredients. I would like a refund and suggest a change to your packaging to accurately reflect the product's ingredients.

I am disappointed by the recent decrease in the size of your packages. It is disheartening to see the prices increase while the quantity diminishes. The focus seems solely on maximizing profits without considering customer satisfaction. It is frustrating that the top executives and management appear indifferent to these concerns. Perhaps they have lost sight of the importance of valuing customers. It is unfortunate that in a world already filled with challenges, large corporations like yours sometimes neglect the importance of treating people with respect. The company's actions will not go unnoticed, as there is a higher authority that will judge accordingly. The current approach feels cold-hearted and unjustifiably expensive for the minimal product being offered.

I have recently started collaborating with a village in Haiti to provide clean drinking water. The village is home to approximately [redacted] orphans. The lady who oversees the village shared with me her efforts to make Christmas special for these children. I was deeply moved when she mentioned that most of them have never had the opportunity to taste an Oreo cookie, a simple pleasure from my own childhood that they have never experienced. I am interested in finding a charitable organization that could help these children have the joy of trying an Oreo cookie. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am a dedicated fan of Ritz crackers and enjoy buying the family size box regularly. However, I have been experiencing an issue with the crackers crumbling excessively, starting a while back. Initially, I thought it might have been a one-time problem with a bad batch, but it persisted across multiple boxes, including the party size box I tried. Despite checking the expiration dates and switching box sizes, the problem of the crackers falling apart continued. I found myself throwing away most of the product due to the excessive crumbling, which has been quite disappointing. I have noticed visible cracks on the crackers, and when I try to pick one up, it disintegrates, resulting in a chain reaction for the rest. I am puzzled by this recurring issue and concerned that it might be affecting other customers as well. I am reaching out to understand if there have been any ingredient changes or manufacturing problems causing this issue. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly as I may need to explore other brands if the problem persists. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, T. Tripo.

Dear Nabisco,
My siblings and I have been loyal consumers of your products for years. However, we have noticed significant changes in the quality and taste of your Chips Ahoy cookies and Oreos. It is disappointing to see a renowned company like yours compromise on the standard we once loved. Many of my friends who grew up enjoying your treats share the same sentiment.
In my opinion, offering coupons to customers could help retain loyalty despite these changes. I have even experimented with homemade recipes inspired by your original products, which ironically taste better. It is disheartening to witness the decline in the quality of products that once brought so much joy to many.
Sincerely,
Peter V.

Hello, I am an American with limited mobility living in England. After my parents' divorce, my British mother returned to the UK, prompting my move at the age of 14. I have fond memories of Nabisco vanilla wafers and Graham crackers, staples from my American upbringing that were easy on my sensitive stomach. Currently facing financial constraints at 24, I have struggled to locate these beloved snacks in the UK within my budget. Longing for a taste of home to comfort me during health challenges, I am reaching out in the hopes of receiving any leftover or discounted products you may offer. Your generosity would mean the world to me. Thank you for your consideration.
Warm regards,
